A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

Hi Charlene
A lot of scary comments on this website. Sure makes me a little nervous too. I guess you do not get my emails since I don't hear back from you, so I am posting on this site. Please let me know when things will be taken care of for me, as it sounds like a lot of orders have been shipped which makes me wonder why I am not getting the response you owe me. You tell people to email you when they have questions instead of posting on this site. I understand now why some people post on this site. Hope all is well with you.

People post on this web site because they are sick and tired of all the excuses and lies. I have had over 25o dollars taken from my account illegally. Charlene will not answer emails. This appears to be a scam site I'd say. Authorities are looking into them.

I received this in an email from them:
"If you charge back your purchase without giving us the chance to make things right you will suffer sever penalties and your credit will be damaged."

Reputable companies DON"T do this . They also don't ignore emails. I received a reply after sending numerous emails and after I purchased the kit more than two months ago! I've been advised that my kit has been shipped and that the delay was due to them moving their distribution centre to another state. They could have advised me of this one or two months ago. Will I actually receive my kit? Lets continue to wait and see. So far I'm inclined to believe that this is a scam.

blemish free are not a reputable company. Reputable companies do not take your money. Charlene will not even answer emails . She does not have the manners to even reply. How low is that.

absoutly pissed off due to non contact after i have sent her 2 emails i willl not be scammed and am seeking legal action against her if my kit does not arrive this week !

I take theft from my account very seriously and will do everythink in my power to get my money back.
This inclues but is not limited to
.1. Place a negative mark on your company in every major newspaper
2. Send some seriously tough target men to track you down.
3. Write letters to your bank, credit card holders and your personal friends and acquantances.
4. Have a P. Investigator trace and record your every move.
5.Do everthing in my power to send you broke.
.6..Ensure that no-one deals with you again

The product appears to be useless and also dangerous. I have been promised a refund from the money stolen from my account after waiting 5 weeks and then cancelling my order. However am still waiting for Clik and Pay to credit my account as promised. Click and Pay are as bad as blemish free. Where is the 250 dollars taken from my account.

Charlene is an idiot. She ? sent an email to me saying - We have a contract with your credit card company to ship any ordered with your card. We have completed the contract. You have a responsibility as a customer to accept any order you order... $25o was taken from my account illegaly . The original order was cancelled $109 after waiting 6 weeks . Where has my money been . Where has the interest gone. They have a nice little racket going probably using other peoples money - which would be thousands - on the short term money market.

Anyway I now have my money back . My advice just keep hounding Klick and Pay and cancel the product. After all the complaints I wouldnt touch it with a 20 foot pole. I havent finished with charlene yet...I intend to sent her out of business

Example We have the most effective product you can buy. You want to cancel? Have your blemishes suddenly disappeared? Your option is to go to a dermatologist.

Your product is rubbish. Yes. I would rather go to a dermatologist - anyday.
Charlene ? You are the biggest blemish on Society. Anyone who deals with you is as big an idiot as you.

This company has ripped me off, My wife had bought the products online but we never received the Item, Don't buy from this company Blemish Free, this is a scam and i have reported the company to the internet crime and police. The 2 companies involved are klikandpay.com and blemishfree, do not use these companies. this is a scam and i repeat this is a scam.

Charlene and Juctine are theifs, oh and not forgetting Klikandpay.com, beware people do not buy as you will never receive your purchase, the company taking your money is Klikandpay and Blemish Free, This is a scam. please report to the police or Internet crime like what i did.

Advice - Hound KlikanPay for your money back . And cancel the order. Legally if you dont receive a product you dont have to pay for it. I received my money back They had stolen extra from my account . Klik and Pay is suposed to be in Switzerland and Blemish Free somewhere in South America. But who knows. If you paid by credit card your bank should help you recover your money. They are ###. DONT BUY FROM THEM BE WARNED.

Hound Klick and Pay if that is the way you paid. They have to refund to your account. My transaction had already gone through and extra money was also taken from my account through Klick and Pay. I wrote an cancelled my order to this Charlene person and emailed Klik&Pay demanding my money back. You do not have to pay if you have received nothing and cancelled the order. The money has been put back into my account. They are a blemish on society. BE WARNED

I ordered two kits from Blemish Free back on January 15th 2010 and it's been over a month and still have not received my order. Lets just say that this company leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service and actually receiving what you order.
According to Charlene they had to move the location where they store the product and shipping was an issue but come on, really! She said my order would ship in a few days. That was on 2-2-11, it's now the 18th and what a surprise still nothing. All I want is my orders. I don't think I will EVER oder from this company again even if the product does work. It's just not worth the stress!

my name is Kat and i live in Brisbane. just wondering if you ever got your product? I ordered back in Nov 2010 (3+months ago) and nothing!
I WISH I'd found this site PRIOR to me ordering! I think I would have though twice about it! Seems that anyone who does actually receive the product is only semi-satisfied, and the rest of us are complaining on here! LOL!
Am thinking I will contact my bank too and get the charges reversed. It was only about $90, but its not the point!
I order other stuff from overseas all the time and it arrives in only a couple of weeks, so she doesn't have an excuse for this sort of delay!

Hi Kat,

I live in Sydney. No I have never received the product ordered. I waited 6 weeks and nothing. I decided to cancel the order as I was fed up. Also, after reading all the bad reports on this web site about how hard the product was to use and also the fact that so many people were left with red marks and scars and burns in some cases I decided it was just not worth the risk.
However when I cancelled my order Charlene sent me emails claiming I had a contract and had to keep it, and other rubbish. She was using bluff and it didnt work. I would contact your bank and Klick and Pay if I were you. As you say its the fact that they think they can do this to people that annoys me. I also order goods from overseas all the time and have never had any trouble. Also Klick and Pay also took another $130 dollars from my account on another day - without any reason. I was out of pocket $240 . I usually use PayPal. I had not heard of Klik and Pay before . However the strange thing was as soon as I received an email from this Charlene woman? I also received one from Klik and Pay about a minute later. - Very strange.

hey,
ive always got my refills from Charlene. Yes the time varies from almost two months, sometimes two weeks .
If you dont receive your order, make sure customs havent taken it.
It has happened to me here in Australia, so if you dont receive it, i wouldnt rule out customs.

Customs had nothing to do with the fact that I did not receive my order. Already checked that out. They certainly had nothing to do with the extra amounts that were taken out of my account without authorization. You might trust these people however I do not. Where has my money been. Legit companies do not debit your account until the product you ordered is sent. These people have your money for weeks to months. A nice little money earner. I cancelled my order and they had not sent it but still kept my money.

Yeah, it took about three months for me to get my order. I mean, I know I live in Alaska and all, but three months is a long wait. I still haven't used it, though. I'm kind of terrified of it now, actually, after reading some of the stuff on here. Just building up my courage.

Charlene, 2 times already I've sent email to you but I just got an automatic response. I hope that you send me immediately the product I purchased after almost a month without any comfirmation or send my money back $130 as has been charged through the Klik and Pay.

ABSOLUTE PATHETIC! I live in the UK and paid in good faith for this product on the 15th January 2011...After 8 e:mails complaining to blemish free, the only reply i got was from Charlene informing me that the shipping dept. had been moved...SO WHAT! I dont care for their feable excuses, i paid for this item over 2 months ago and still no delivery, i have since complained to klik and pay demanding a full refund, i got a response telling me that the refund had been granted but it may take 10 days to show on my account, that was yesterday so i'll just have to wait and see if i get my money back or if i have been scammed!
I would never ever use this pathetic company again, i now regret getting up every morning waiting for the post to arrive only to be sorely dissappointed because blemish free could not pull their finger out of their ### and give the service they promised. Companies like this should be taken off the internet and closed down for good. IDIOTS!

I made an order with Blemish-Free on the 6th January 2011, after numerous emails without any reply I have put a disputed claim in with my bank and Kilkandpay...ripped off big time by this company...

Hey muggyaboutproduct...

Don't order you will never get your product I am out of pocket $202.00...i have sent no less than 30 emails to Charlene, I got one reply saying my order was being shipped...that was 4 weeks ago...I have now put the matter in the hands of my bank...logged a disputed claims...I have bought many products over the internet and this is the first time I have been robbed of my money...
Something needs to be done about this company...

Charlene, Send me your product and I will agree to say that you are a reputable company. I waited 3 months and no product. Send me your product now if you dont we will have our suspicions confirmed that you are a bit rip off taking peoples money in a scam. KlipandPay appear to be also part of your scam. If they are legit your company is giving them a bad name. KlikandPay will also be receiving this letter . However I suspect that you and Klik and Pay are in this scam together. You are most likely the same people. Prove yourself you tardy unacceptable person with no morals.

I bought this a couple years ago and it worked. I ordered a can on march 1 and another one on the 12th but did not receive either one. I ask for a refund and got it right away. I believe this company is honest but having trouble shipping because of the terrorist threats. I will order again as soon as I hear they are shipping.

A company should not take your money if they are not shipping. This dishonest, to say the least. Who keeps the money for months before they finally get around to sending the product. It is someones bank account getting interest - dont you get it.

We were forced to move our distribution center to another state. Then when we reordered product it too almost three months. There is a rationing of the propellant. Please be patient.

To all our customers, Klik and Pay was supposed to send us part of our commission ($8000) so that we could send out all the orders we have. They kept all the money! At this point everything stopped. We have the kits but no money to send them because they have your money. What do we do? Contact klik and Pay at customer@klikandpay.com and demand a refund, put blemishfree@hushmail.co in the CC line so we get a copy. Send Charlene your name and your order number. Then we will delete your original order. You can then order again from our website. It will not cost you any more in fact our price is less in many cases. We now have our oun credit card processor and we control both the money and the kits. We can send you a kit right away.

I am finally gonna give it a shot as it is still sitting on my shelf in a small box. I find the directions a bit confusing. On their website there is a different set about stuffing a cotton ball into a tube and whatnot yet in the instructions that shipped with the product none of this is mentioned. Even though the instructions on their website (you get the link with the package) are more detailed it is still hard to navigate through:

"Select a spot on your hip or stomach, with or without a blemish, use a medium size Focus Tube. Place the red tube into the nozzle of the spray can and the other end into the Focus Tube down near the bottom. You want to spray on your skin. Spray 1 very short sprays into the Focus Tube to start a small pool of freezing liquid on the blemish. Then spray every two seconds after that to refresh the pool of freezing liquid. ALL SPRAYS ARE AS SHORT AS YOU CAN MAKE THEM." Then later on... "Start counting to five seconds after the sting and continuing very short sprays every two seconds through the entire treatment. Repeat..very short spray every two seconds..when you feel the sting (this may take four to eight seconds) now start your count. One count each second until you have counted off five seconds." ... "the total time the product is on your skin is 4-8 seconds to feel the sting and treatment time which is five seconds." That is just some of what is in a VERY long paragraph that just runs on and on. With such a confusing and turnabout set of directions it does not surprise me that they have a section dedicated to telling customers what they did wrong, such as not refreshing the freezing pool of liquid, getting the coldness mixed up with a stinging sensation and not spraying on the right count second.

You also have to be super careful not to spill it or have it SPLASH on you or you will be disqualified for a refund. And of course it says at one point there is no need to wipe off the treatment after applying but later it says you might have left the treatment on too long if you have problems (wtf). If you are non-white you have a special section towards the bottom so if you do order this make sure you go to the website and read the instructions and not just the ones that come in the package.

Even so I am going to give it a shot. I think I have the basic idea of what they are trying to say and the biggest concern is not to splash or spill it from what I gather. I will probably try on my stomach tomorrow and I will post some pictures so we can find out if the product is worth the trouble. I did not mind the wait but also with the confusing directions- you think they could at least show some pictures of putting the tube together and showing a person actually using it (besides the one picture of the tube stuffed with a cotton ball).

Yes, I DID have to wait about three months for the order. We will see if it was worth the wait!

So I got back home from work and was true to my word and tested it out. I have to say I am not holding out much hope for this go around and will try again in a couple days on another blemish on my stomach depending on how it goes with this. I put some vaseline around the blemish but was honestly surprised by how strong those sprays were. I thought they would be more like spritzes but they mean SPRAYS. Luckily I tested it out on some paper to see how strong it was before spraying it on my blemish and decided I might be better off putting strong masking tape around my blemish instead of vaseline. Sadly a couple sprays got underneath but the area is not too red. I applied aloe vera afterwards. Right now it is a bit itchy but they said to expect that in the instructions. I honestly tried to do the five seconds after feeling stinging while spraying every two seconds but I think I was all over the place especially with how strong the sprays were coming out of the tube. I am scared to see how much would spray out without the focus tube attached to it!

Now for what you have all been waiting for! Pictures! This product DOES exist surprisingly! Now does it work? I guess we shall see. It is seriously itching though!

Please don't get the product on your skin outside the focus tube. It takes longer to heal...If you itch use olive oil to stop the itch.
You give one short spray every two or three seconds to form a pool of freezing liquid on the blemish. once you feel the stinging sensation...could be five seconds or more. now if you want to treat for seven seconds you continue to spray every two seconds or so and count seven seconds. Thats it!

We are Klik & Pay, a trusty and serious well known Swiss secure payment gateway serving since 2000 in excess of 5000 merchants all over the world, and we just want to inform concerned customers about Blemish Free situation :
Blemish Free is using Klik & Pay services since 2006. Even if they were often late in delivery we know that they finally delivered their customers and since earlier this year we had never faced any issue with them and always had good relationship. They got orders, Blemish Free got payment for it and the customers got the products they ordered. Everything was clear until this last month’s where the number of customers complaints for no delivery and no answer to e-mail started to increase. Blemish Free gave us different stories to explain this situation and promise that everything should be cleared within some weeks. We have supported them until we have totally lost our trust in them and understood that even after having received money for the customer orders, customers were still not delivered. Thanks to our decision to stop payments to Blemish Free since March 1st, and without any information from Blemish Free about the availability of product, we have been able to refund a lot of customers waiting for product. Now they have changed processor from Klik & Pay to PayPal trying to get money. If you make a new payment by PayPal to Blemish Free, we have to advise you to follow the merchant very carefully and to contact PayPal as soon as you see a delay on delivery.
