A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

Miss Voss, You have obviously no understanding or why there are 32 pages of complaints about this company pet.What I do with my waking hours is probably quite beyond you as well. This company are thieves and liars. You just dont get it do you. If good people do nothing this ### will prervail.

Miss Voss, Is all you have to do alday is count my posts. You have obviously nothing better to do dear. Blemish Free have taken money out of many peoples accounts unorthoized, with no product received. You should wonder why there are 33 pages of mostly complaints on this website. Or then maybe you dont ? These people are liars and ### and should be run out of town. How can you side with this sort of dishonesty. What i do allday is most likely beyond you so dont worry about it dear.

I ordered my product in November and received it just over two months later. They state that their product is safe and compare it to the freezing method that dermatologists use.
However, the ingredient in Blemish Free is 1 1 1 2-tetrafluoroethane. The side effect of this chemical is burning of the skin. Basically frostbite. Hence, how it works to burn off the moles. Little wonder it also damages the skin and leaves marks and scars. This, obviously, is not what Dermatologists use to freeze off moles. It can also cause blindness if it gets into your eyes. It causes asphyxiation if inhaled enough. It's an environmental hazard and should be banned (it has been banned in Europe for some uses). I regret purchasing this product and can't believe this product is able to be sold due to it's dangers.

Our product has been successfully used by over 8000 customers. You know as well as I that the warning labels always tell the worse possible things that could happen to you. No one in seven years has had an problem with side effects using our product.
Our product is much safer than the liquid nitrogen dermatologists use. Liquid nitrogen is over -200 degrees cold. Our product is -60 degrees. Now which would you prefer to use? Its like saying don't go to the gas station because gas in very dangerous.
Our product freezes the blemish cells. It does not burn. Then your body casts off the frozen cells and replaces them with new skin cells.
Interesting that your post is only your opinion and contains no actual experience with our product. readers should know unsupported opinions are not helpful.

What a big difference there is in credit card processors. We had several problems with our previous credit card processor. Since we went to PayPal we have shipped 238 kits out of 238 orders. We can deliver a kit within seven days now.
Trust the number one company.

Please request a refund from klik and pay. They will put your money back on your credit card. Once that is complete you can order from our web site.

Has anyone found a product similar to Blemish Free that is available? Charlene is a pathetic excuse for customer service. She never responds to emails and yet she has all the time in the world to come to this forum and defend her inadequacies. Charlene, why don't you try doing your job. Last time I heard from you, Charlene, I asked you why you were posting on this forum about how your prices have lowered and yet they have actually raised. Do your ###ing math! All you sent back was the same blurb you posted here that was completely irrelevant to what I asked.

Why then was the priced raised $10, from $80 to $90, for return customers? How is that any incentive to order again?

We raise the price of the refill in order to be able to balance our books. The refill is $40 less than an full kit. We have many repeat customers who buy refills and then treat family members and friends. These family members and friends do not buy their own kits and we lose money.

Purchased the product, tested it on a spot on my arm following all instructions, using the focus tube, applied for slightly less than recommended time. Two years later I still have the spot and white scarring around the outer edge. I emailed the supplier a few months after using the product and said it didn't work. Supplier was uninterested in helping me, no refund, just wrote that I needed to try it again.

I am sorry but you have a rare skin type. About 3% of all customers don't respond to freeze therapy while 97% have positive results. We tell all our customers to test our product first.
Please write to me and refer to your complainant and we will refund your money. You are not scared. I can tell you how to remove the white area.

Hi,
I first used this product about a month and a half ago...when i first used it, it was very very painful. Even though i used the focus tube, the area of skin that eneded up frozen was about a 10p piece (i was spraying small individual freckles). Blisters formed in one or two areas and rest just went red. I tried to let the scabs heal naturally but inevitably showering/dressing etc meant some were damaged ...either way, the skin over all of them has now come off. About 50% of the freckles i sprayed came completely off, the other half a fainter version of the freckle remains underneath. After nearly two months I still have bright red/purple circles of 'rough' feeling skin on all the areas of skin i sprayed. It kind of looks like i took the cigarette lighter from my car and burnt myself! I have been using bio-oil religiously since i spayed to try and get the redness to fade but im really worried they are going to leave scars and ill end up worse off then i was before. Has anyone had similar experience? thanks.

I am glad you have removed freckles with our product. We don't know the skin type of the customers we send kits to. So we can't tell you how long it will take you to heal. 97% of our customers heal in two weeks. You must have sensitive skin. Please know this. You will never scar with this product its just a matter of healing time.
We only treat the top layer of the skin so there can be no permanent damage to your skin..you will heal.
Readers please know that people with rare or sensitive skin type who take longer to heal post here. The thousands of customers who have no problems don't post here. So when people read here they think our product doesn't work or leaves a scar. Why should 3% of our customers influence all the readers?
We are with PayPal now and for the past five months we have not had a single problem. When you buy through PayPal you can easily get a refund if you are not satisfied.

hi charlene i recieved your produck blemish free 2 weeks ago.i tried it on 1 mole and it reduced the colour.today i went to try it on more moles and i could only try it on 4 more as the can wasnt full.i knew it wasnt full as i had to keep the canister straight while spraying on the other 4 moles and when i shook it i could tell it wasnt near full.could i have been sent a canister that was returned by another customer?i have e mailed you about this quiery.

i bought this product in June and i was a bit skeptical after reading this forum (after i bought it).
Today i can say that the product WORKs. I tried it on age spots and they were removed easily. I have many cherry angiomas too and at the beginning i thought this product didn't work on them, but after re-trying i can confirm that 3 of the ones i had in my legs (one really big) are gone. Now i will remove the others left.
I am really pleased with the results but it is true that you have to give it time to learn how to apply the product, it is not easy at the beginning, a bit tricky but it definively works when you learn the trick of the trade

The product worked for me.. I have erased a few hundred freakles from my shoulders and back.. Have lovley clear baby skin.. However i still have a lot to erase and i havent recieved the refill.. Starting to get worried, Any1 know whats going on?

Yes, I am also worried about Charlene. She is a great person, and the Blemish-Free is a wonderful product. I have stayed in touch with Charlene for close to 4 years and I have emailed her over 20 times in the last 3 months and have not heard back from her at all for 3 months. I sure hope Charlene is ok, and also the company is still doing ok.

We have been ordering blemish free since last year and up until January have never had a problem withe receiving thee product. We placed an order in January 2012 for two refill sprays and only received 1 and theat was in February 2012. After several emails we finally received thee second one at thee start of March 2012, we placed anotheer in order on 7the March 2012 for anotheer re fill and we still haven't received anytheing. Our clients are getting very annoyed withe having to be changed and waiting for a call back as to when we have thee spray in. We have sent around 5-6 emails trying to chase thee missing product theat was placed in March and all we get is an auto response. We have finally given up trying to contact company and have gone therough Pay Pal to sort out the problem and get our money back.

The company's website is still on line, so I would think it is still in business. As I have mentioned before, I have known the company for over 5 years and was very much in touch with Charlene. I still have not heard back from her since January. I am just asking if she is still ok and if the business is still there. I feel something bad is wrong.
