Do not get help resolving us problem. I have with your site in my email accounts in my account
I have an issue with my account. You are charging my card. I cannot access my account Because an error during my email sign in i an not get anyone to return my emails or a Reply to my complaint and plea for my need for help. I have sent customer service emails over and over. No one has replied when I call your number. I get a busy signal after it rings. I have had no assistance And now I have to cancel and change all of my cards. Because you were charging me for an account I cannot access. Which in my feelings is money that you have stolen for me. Because I cannot even use your product that I'm paying for that. You wanna charge me for that? I cannot get access to so I can change cancel or delete

I had ordered. Few thing I only received one the other orders I got an email saying my payment went through y'all too money from my card but yet how do I owe you $8 never got my other orders I had but yet y'all took the money off my card and said my orders was complete so I don't see how I owe y'all money and still never got the orders that said they was complete but still took more money from my card 😡

Well your suppose to get a 14 day trail when you first get the app but they charged me for the plus right away 3 days of having the app in their own terms of service it says that if you cancel within the 14 day period if you are charged it'll be refunded I was not refunded they pretty much said no then cause I canceled when I ordered things cause I figured they charged me so use it they left it in pending for a month then refunded me in blidtz cash and refuse to give me my money back

Blidz membership and purchases charged but never delivered
I've purchased one item from Blidz about 5 months ago. I had to put my credit card info to make the purchase, just like on any website but it wasn't made clear that I was also purchasing a membership.
I actually never received my product and have been charged $8.99 per month for that past 5 months.
I've contacted their support service multiple times and their answer is if I want to cancel the membership I need to do so in their app. Well, I NEVER downloaded their app and there is no way that you can cancel the membership on their web site. No need to say that at this point I don't even care about the product I purchased I just want them to cancel the membership and they are not doing it. There should be a class action against them as I know now that I am not the only one being scammed by them.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for the membership fees they falsely charged me for.
Multiple unauthorized transactions
I have never signed up or downloaded any of blidz services. Yet I keep having to pay 12.99 every month as I cannot get them to listen to the fact that I have had my phone checked by my phone company and they confirmed that there has been no access from my phone and I don't have an account. I am constantly given the excuse that I must have made the mistake when in fact I have not. They want me to download the app and sign in and try to cancel a membership I never signed up for. I have attached an email and bank account to show you how this company does business.

I joined Blidz, found something to purchase as a team buy, my account was charged for the item. I thought why not try Blidz+. The same day my bank account was charged 49.99. The trial was not even over. It was the same day I started it. Then I contact customer service and they gave me the run around. Stating if I wasn't happy with my purchase I could return it. The item I purchased and still have not received after almost a month was under $5.00. After multiple attempts with customer service trying to get the 49.99 refunded, they have stopped responding. I did cancel the "membership" the day after the trial started. On my Blidz account it still says my memebership is active. There is no way for me to try and cancel it again as the button does not exist anymore. The whole organization is nothing but a scam. I'm calling my bank and reporting fraud.

Charges and scam
They charged me for a membership. I did not know about after I ordered some Clove oil. They charged me for that as well. I cancelled my membership and they canceled my Clove oil I ordered and said they refunded it. They did not. They also keep my membership money but yet cancelled my order and did not refund either of them. They trick you into ordering a product and charge you for a membership. Once you realize what they did. You cancel your membership and they automatically cancel your order and keep the money! That is how they scam you and keep your money.

I have used your app once and canceled my subscription and I’m still getting changed? Wtf. You have taken a large amount of money from me for something I don’t even use. Please refund me. I have never bought anything from you. On July 27th, I got charged $1.39. On July 31st, August 31st and September 30th, I got charged $8.99. These charges add up to $28.36 and I need you to cancel this asap.

Membership cancellation and account issues
I have been trying to reach out about canceling my membership because it has been taking money out of my account every month, HOWEVER, the issue is I am unable to log back into my account because Blidz NEVER sends me the confirmation code to my email. The support team at Blidz keep telling me the same issue to canceling my membership which is just logging back into my account. BUT I can’t do that because I, in fact, AM unable to log back in due to this problem. Please get back to immediately.

I cancelled my membership before the free trial ended it was actually the same day I signed up & I can no longer sign into my account. They keep charging me. I contacted their customer service and keep getting the same answer, to go on the site and cancel. Well I can't sign in because I cancelled it and it wants me to make a new account but yet they keep charging me. They do not help when you need it now I have to go through my bank and probably change my card so then i will have to go onto all my bills and change everything. They are making it hell and they do not care or help anyone! I have every email saved of the back and forth with them.

Today at 10:33 AM, on 9-3-23 $8.99 was taken off my cash card for a subscription to Blidz plus membership but I did not confirm or even attempt to subscribe to Blidz plus membership today at all and would like my refund of $8.99 back. If I did not authorize it, or try to purchase it on that very day, please do not take money out of my cash app account without my verification, work or consent.

Horrible company. You see something for really cheap. You buy it - everything works like a normal website UNTIL...in the end, they tell you it's a "team buy", so someone needs to buy it for a ridiculous price for you to get at that cheap price. Fine, you wait for them to cancel EXCEPT that refund goes to their "cash". So only way to get that money is to buy something which obviously is either a ridiculous price or a team buy :(

Cancelation after a misleading shopping experience
Hi. On August 18th 2023, I visited the Blidz website for the first time and thought I had gotten a good deal until it would not allow me to complete my order unless I added someone else to purchase the same item. My order number is 64df724a840567003fe4a861. I could not do this, as I had no one to add, plus, I didn't want to. When I called their customer service number multiple times, the call would not go through (which made me panic, as this was beginning to feel like a scam). When I sent an email asking for a refund, I received a reply from Joy stating I could order as a single buyer, which I tried to no avail. My reply took a long time and stated I could cancel and would be refunded in Blidz cash. What the Hell? I do not wish to be held hostage to have to purchase again from this website. All around, it was an extremely negative experience and I advise others to stay away from this website. If I'm not refunded, I will have to take legal action.

No refund when transaction cancelled
I purchased a grocery item from Blidz.com and only found out that I needed to force a friend to buy the same item after they posted the credit card transaction. When I did not spam a friend yo complete my task, they placed my money inside their system for a purchase in the future (similar to store credit). I have been trying to get an actual refund for this fraudulent transaction and so far no action from them. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and disputed the credit card transaction. They are ripping me off and I'm posting about my experience on Yelp, Google, and everywhere I can think of. I have demanded they refund my money multiple time with no results.

It's really ashamed that blidz is a complete scam. I really like the app and was very interested in everything Bildz was doing. But, just like others, I was scammed and fooled too. Something need to be done about what you're doing. You are theives and your business needs to be investigated. I never received any of the items that I ordered, not one and I'm not the only customer that was scammed by Blidz. I'm going to report them to the BBB and the proper authorities. This must stop. To many people are being scammed and fooled and your days are numbered. Where are my orders? Why can't you be reached by phone.

junket ice cream mix
I placed an order for Junket ice cream mixes. This web site looked like any other web site to me so I placed an order. A few days passed & I received an email saying that the charge to my account was verified & product will ship soon. Some time passed & I finally got an email saying that my order was not approved. Approved by who? I have never seen or heard of a web site like this before. They should have never charge me if they weren't going to " Approve " my order.
I wrote them back & they said they refunded me with their " Cash" points. Really?
I still can't believe a web site could be so deceiving.
