J'aimerais pouvoir discuter avec quelqu'un de votre compagnie pour vérifier la fiabilité de tout ça et voir les conditions de récupération de mon compte.

4-6-2023 thru [protected] ongoing...
I deposited funds on April 4, 2023 from the same bank that has been on file for well over a year. My Blockchain account is well-established for over two years.
My funds have been on hold for 8 days and running.
Logging into Zendesk support is impossible as it rejects my passwords for both Blockchain Wallet and Exchange therefore I can not contact support.
There is no way to retrieve my funds at this time.
This is not only frustrating but it is illegal. I will be speaking to an attorney in the next few days although I would much rather resolve this and delete this horrible company from my life.
Desired outcome: Release my funds immediately.
At long last they released the hold. Never again- avoid Blockchain.com at all costs!

Blockchain trading wallet
Set up an account with Blockchain.com and purchased crypto (Algo) tried to move my funds to another wallet toward the end of 2021 but my account has been limited and I am unable to buy sell or move funds. It appears I am unverified but I am unable to verify myself or upload any documents and the system just keeps saying unable to complete at this time. I contacted Blockchain via the support form but didnt get any reply. After 6 months of contacting them I eventually was told they are working on if but need more time. I've been getting this answer ever since. When I ask why they don't reply. I have to get another customer support ticket and it just goes on. No number to call. If I keep going through the tucket system I get multiple messages telling me not to spam the system! This was a large investment (to me) and I cannot get any assistance to release my funds.
Desired outcome: I simply want Blockchain.com to release the crypto I purchased and send it to a wallet of my choosing.

Blockchain technical support

I transferred my funds from my bank to Blockchain over 6 months ago. My plan at first was to start investing in BTC. After experiencing issues with Blockchain like they didn’t want to release my account, so I can transfer my funds back to my bank. I had so many technical support people looking into it but never resolving whatever issues they see on their end. I can’t tell you how many times I had to submit my personal information to Blockchain to release my funds. When they were satisfied with all the information that I sent them, it still had a hold on my account. I continued to get tons of email messages about all the things I will be able to do with Blockchain. I don’t care about that, I’m at a point of totally disliking Blockchain altogether because my experiences haven’t been good at all. I have been dealing with these issues for 6 months and all I continue to receive is that they are working on it. Blockchain hired supposedly experienced technology people, but I don’t think so. That old saying is true, good news about a company traveling slowly, but the bad news travels faster and reaches a lot more people. I just want this horrible experience to go away and my money put back into my bank account.
This is the worst financial website I ever experienced
Desired outcome: The tickets number in question now are 3766052 & 4031062
Scam or not
Hallo,
My name is Roger Mauricio. I was called by a lady, on 1 februari, telling me somethimg about wallet and Blockchain and that I have bitcoins I can cash out, that had something to do with excentral. The lady then passed me over to a man telling me the best way to convert the coins to euro is with Kraken. With Anydesk they are looking in all my personal informations like my bankaccount. The man told me something about activating the Kraken Account by me putting the half of the amount I have to cash out. Bitcoin value about 8400 euro. So I was dumb enough to put 4200 euro. The money came on the account and than disappeared. The man telling me to put 4200 euro again otherwise I will lose the first 4200 euro. So I did that too and that is alsof gone. They keep contacting me telling to put again 8400 so a totaal of more than 16000 euro. The man was calling himself Bandon Watt. There was another man called Kevin Adams from blockchain also contacting me about the Same case. They are telling me will get money but it has only cost me money. They say it is frozen.
All I want is my hard earned money back. I have childrens to feed. I do not want to hear I have to put more money. I want this to be over and wished this never happened. I took so long to send this because I was dealing with this mentally first.
Is there something that can be done? [protected]@live. nl
Desired outcome: My money back
Hello to you too, Roger.
I have experienced this kind of scam recently and lost $30,000 to the scammers.
But when I was looking for help, I saw a post of a victim on this page. If you scroll down a little on this page, you will see it.
The post is about how the victim got his money from those blockchain guys with the help of Paige Mccubbin, whose Telegram username is Paigecubbin.
I contacted her after seeing the post. She was able to get my money back. The money was sent to my bank.
The process took only four days. Believe me, Paigecubbin is an expert when it comes to getting victims money back from scammers.
You should try.

Desired outcome: Response to verify
Is this a scam?
Someone I met on WhatsApp has been messaging me back and forth well we've been messing each other back and forth for a few months now and got to know each other quite well so I thought. Anyway to make a long story short he asked me to send him $900 in Bitcoin to this wallet I don't know if I'm allowed to show the wallet or not. When I put the $900 in I got a message on the Bitcoin machine that said, processing transaction failed. So I contacted the email that was on the machine I took them a couple weeks to get back to me, and I got a message from them yesterday saying, the Bitcoin has been sent please check the blockchain. So I sent the person that message and he messaged me back and said I have to go back to the Bitcoin machine and scan the wallet again so that the $900 were actually go to that wallet because it's in the machine it hasn't come out. I went there and it wanted to charge me $9 fee and I had no money at all but another person that was there was telling me that it's a scam I was I'm being scammed. That it looks like the money did get into that wallet but he thinks it's a ghost wallet. Could you please tell me if it got into that wallet or not because I don't know if I'm being scammed or not. This originally happened on January 27th. I don't want to accuse somebody of scamming me if they haven't scammed me. And I don't want to go to the police if I haven't been scammed.
Blockchain scammed me $90,000
I received a call from some people who said they were with the Blockchain Team last month. I was informed that my account had yield over $390,000 in bitcoin and was required to pay a fee ($90,000) in order to claim the Bitcoin.
Although I gave them this payment, I didn't see any cash. I was shocked to learn that a blockchain company could scam users.
I spent a few weeks trying to find a way to get my money back when I came across a complaintboard article about Paige McCubbin. The article accurately described everything I was going through. I then messaged her on Telegram using the name "Paigecubbin." After a few conversations, I was able to explain my situation to her, and she was able to assist me, she got my money back, which i checked my bank and i saw it there.
I'd like to elaborate on my interaction with this company and the steps I took to resolve it.
Avoid Blockchain; they are scam.
Information is power. I am grateful to see this post.
The time frame between when I contacted Paigecubbin for help on Telegram and when I got my money back was four days.
Thank you, Terrance, for the information. In one word, she was successful with the process of getting my money from those scammers.
Thank you #Terrance, Paigecubbin is marvelous.
She helped get my money back last Friday.

What I did to get my money back from blockchain
Blockchain Centralized Exchange devastated me a year ago. I tried to buy one bitcoin on Blockchain and send it to my Ledger Wallet when I first started learning about bitcoin. However, they wouldn't allow me withdraw my bitcoin, thus I was turned down.
I called and messaged Blockchain's customer service representatives about the transaction. They answered by providing information about KYC.
I completed the KYC procedure the following day, however I was unable to withdraw.
I asked them several times for help moving my bitcoin, but I never got any.
I later sold the Bitcoin back to Blockchain, but alarmingly, they would not let me withdraw the proceeds into my account. Without help, I battled for a year before giving up.
Recently, about a month ago, I attempted to start a topic on the Coinbase page to tell the world about my experience with their service, but I noticed another complainant and it was similar to mine, so I kept reading, and then I saw a comment on one of the articles about Paige Mccubbin and how she helped people like me who are the victims of scams and are being oppressed by large companies like Coinbase, Blockchain, and Binance.
I messaged her on Telegram under the alias Paigecubbin. My money was transferred back into my bank account once she was successful in recovering it. The fact that everything happened in just three days astounded me.
In order for additional Coinbase victims to take advantage of this chance to get their money back, I'm sending them this post.
Desired outcome: I want to use this to inform other victims on how to get their money back.
Company is refusing to release my funds.
I had a rather large amount of cryptocurrency deposited to Blockchain.com. I don't know why Blockchain was the choice designation. Once it showed up as being received, I couldn't get it into my wallet. It was in a "pending" status. I'm a senior and don't know a lot about crypto, so I contacted Blockchain support. They said there was a 3% fee to release the coins. After I submitted the 3% fee, which I had to beg & borrow to come up with as it was a large amount, they said there's a 1% surtax and the funds can't get released until the 15 of the month. Why? I see the pendings are commonplace with them. This is almost since mid October!
Desired outcome: I'd like my money released & put into my on site wallet immediately, in it's entirety PLUS the 3% fee I remitted. If they can't seem to pull up my wallet ID, I can provide it.
Blockchain appears to be a scam
On October 27, I sent $1150 to BlockChain from my Bank of America account to purchase Bitcoins. They show they show that transaction as "Pending". BoA shows that transaction as "Processing". They have my money tied up and have produced no Bitcoins for me.
On October 28, I sent $1200 to BlockChain from my Bank of America account to purchase Bitcoins. They show that transaction as "Pending". BoA shows that transaction as "Processing". They have my money tied up and have produced no Bitcoins for me.
And, I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!
Please advise.
