Bloomex my flower delivery

I ordered flowers on the 18th of November for our anniversary to be delivered that day. they rand said truck had broke down will be delivered the next day...our anniversary was the 18th why would I want delivery any other day... didn't show up the next day... the finally arrived Tuesday 23rd of November and arrived dead as dead...rand everyday wanting my money still no response..

Bloomex product not delivered

I ordered flowers on nov. 17th for my sisters birthday. The bouquet was a birthday special on for 30$, I later was prompted to add 30$ shipping to ensure that the flowers would be delivered to my sisters work within work hours, ( 8am-12pm). I paid 60$ total for this order.

The next day at 11am I received an email stating that my order could not be delivered because they didn't have a flower shop locally to take my order, and that due to this they wouldn't be delivered until the 19th. As soon as I received the e-mail I called and requested too have the order cancelled and my money refunded, as I didn't want the flowers delivered when it was no longer my sisters birthday. After being repeatedly told I could be upgraded for the inconvenience the lady on the phone finally agreed to give me the refund and said it would be back in my account by 48 hrs.

I later received another email telling me I had an in store credit. I called back to see why this was the case when I was told I would be getting a refund, and was told the company does not offer refunds.

THIS IS FRUAD. you can't advertise 30$ GUARANTEED shipping, if you cannot follow through. The person on the phone later hung up on me instead of transferring me to a manager.

This company needs to stand by its customers if they want them to return, and recommend their services. I don't want my money credited to use there, I want it back in my pocket so I can buy my sister flowers that I know she will receive.

I expect a refund.

Bloomex Flower Order Not Delivered

Date of incident: Nov. 20, 2021
Client Number: 3424740

I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day with a $19.98 delivery fee and was assured this would not be a problem. I received an e-mail saying the order had been confirmed and the order processed for delivery as requested. Then I got an e-mail saying the flowers would not be delivered until Tuesday Nov. 23. This is totally unacceptable as the flowers were for an event the weekend of Nov. 20.

As my expectations were not met as I requested and missed the whole event I would like a full refund.

Bloomex Delivered substitute products

I ordered - a dozen red roses superior quality, a special bottle of Wine, and superior chocolates for my girlfriends 70th birthday at a cost of 130 dollars.

They delivered - a dozen red roses basic (superior quality includes additional buds etc), 2 x bottles of cheap plonk, a small box of water biscuits, a bar of cheap chocolate.

Despite my emails they arrogantly offered 30 dollars of my next purchase. Why would I order anything else from this firm who treats its customer in this manner.

Their defence is COVID has caused shortages and they have the right to substitute goods, I don't think crackers cheap wine and a bar of chocolate sends the right message to my girlfriend on her special 70th birthday. One chance to get it right and this is what they did.

I note that they are still offering the same products on their website.

I asked for information on the organisation I could make a complaint to about their business practices on 4 occasions and this is what they sent back to me

I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend on Sunday 14/11/21 and it's now Thursday 18/11/21 and they are still not delivered! I paid $135 for my delivery, I called on Wed 17/11/21 and the lady couldn't tell me why it was not delivered and couldn't tell when they were going to be delivered. They then sent an email to say it's still in transit and will be delivered soon and then they gave me options if I wanted to cancel and have a credit available, why would I chose to receive a credit when they cannot deliver! I have tried to call them regarding my order 1821300, but of course I cannot get through.
I will be taking this further.

Bloomex Flower delivery

I ordered my flowers on October 29th and ordered them to be delivered on Tuesday 2nd Nov. money was taken out of my account on Tuesday 2nd November and I received an email to say that my flowers couldn't be delivered until the next day weds Nov 3rd and that there would be an upgrade due to the inconvenience of change. It is Monday 8th of November and my flowers still have not arrived to my recipient. Order number 1814468
I am very unhappy with the service and have tried to call Bloomex 5 times. No answer, left messages, no returned call. I wish to have my money refunded. This was not the first time I have used Bloomex and have even written a positive review about the service prior to this poor experience. I will not be using this service again if I am not satisfied with the resolution of a full refund from Bloomex.

Bloomex Non delivery

Good day,

RE: Order number [protected] $75.90 (order placed from South Africa for delivery in Australia)

Please can I request a REFUND due to non-delivery.
This order was placed on 21 Oct 2021 for delivery on 29 Oct 2021. It is now 5 Nov 2021 and there has still been no delivery.
I have repeatedly made contact, followed up and complained, but the issue has not been resolved.

Bloomex Two deliveries flowers arriving one week late dead and second delivery hamper to the value of $144 only had content to the value of $41.55

I ordered flowers for my mums birthday on Monday 18th due to late order and needing to substitute the flowers I was told delivery would we Wednesday 20th they are in transit due to Covid and a credit of 30 dollars would go on my account. Come Thursday 21st 6pm I phone again told they will be delivered by 9pm. Phone back at 9:15pm still no delivery only to be told they are still in transit.
My mum has lost 3 days on her fresh flowers they have been in transit for three days still not delivered and no credit in my account.
Unable to phone the shop directly in Albury as they only have a 1800 number.
I have spent over $100 for flowers a gift basket and wine and have not once received follow up from the company on where my delivery is only after I phone the 1800 number do I get an email saying its in transit to be delivered.
Now when one spends that sort of money I expect my mother to get the most from the flowers not be delivered one week later this is absolutely not acceptable.
One can only hope that they arrive on Friday 3 days after original delivery date.
After writing this review I have come back to edit it to share that I received an email saying the courier is Australia post with a tracking number inky to find out expected delivery is for Monday 25th Oct one week after they left the shop god only knows what sort of condition they will be in when they arrive. If I had of been told that the ships did not have there own courier and they were using the post I would never have ordered.

28/10/21 here is an update
Well needless to say the gift hamper that was sent out to my mother as an apology for sending dead flowers that was meant to be the value of $144 was a total value of $41.55. See attached the flowers my mum was meant to receive and the dead flowers she got instead also attached is a photo of the gourmet hamper she was meant to receive however as you can see this was not what she got.
this is what my mother received in her gourmet hamper.
Delight crackers $2, Zucchini crackers $3, Old gold $3, Loaker Patisserie cream biscuits $4, Captain Table wafer $1.80, Ritz biscuit $1.00, Kit Kat $1.00, TV snacks $4.00, Lindor 38g $1.50, Tim Tam fingers $2, 00, Arnots Royals $3.00, Oreo biscuits $2.00, Lindt Coco $3.00, Lindt white chocolate $3.00, Lindt almond and hazelnut $3.00 Green and black chocolate $4.25 a total of $41.55 not to the value of $144 as stated on the website.
This is an absolute outrage I already have a strained relationship with my mother needless to say that this did not put me in good favor, I didn't even receive a phone call just pictures of what was sent.
So although the company sent out a hamper as an apology it was just as much as a joke as the dead flowers arriving 8 days late, and not only was the flowers not delivered to her house she received a parcel note to pick up from the post office the following day.
Not only have you falsly advertised your product (yes you say some items may vary) you have been dishonest about the value of the items that are to be delivered. This is going to be very interesting information for the ACCC no doubt.
I am do embarrassed and disappointed in this SCAM I am speechless.
And from the product reviews I have read the company does not even consider a refund unless you deliver the dead flowers back to the store at your own cost.
UNLESS I AM CONTACTED AND GET A FULL REFUND FOR MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE ACCC

Bloomex Flower order and service

Made an order on October 1st, 2021 as someone passed away. I placed two orders one for the house and one wreath for the funeral.
As we received the bouquet it was absolutely nothing like the picture. I realized they charged me 90 dollars for an 8 dollar bunch i could have gotten from my grocery store. In addition, the wreath was worse it was suppose to be a a deluxe white wreath but instead we got green mums. I've called multiple times about my order in expressing how embarrassing the orders were and the "customer service agents" were all generic/ automated voices that said my ordered was rushed and sent the same day which was why i got the flowers i did, the florist ran out of flowers and the best one yet that everything on the site is not as promised. This is false advertising as they should have not provide and MAKE ME PAY for same day shipping if its not an option or even promise an order or product they can not provide!

After days i received an email saying that they are willing to provide me store credit for both orders and now that i want to use it and be done with the site the confusing agent magnus(504) has been giving me the run around telling me to yet again SEND ANOTHER EMAIL as he can see an email issuing a refund, even though I've forwarded it to him several times.

so yet again I'm still here as more time passes for an refund to be issued for both of my orders.

Bloomex Unauthorised credit card paymebt

I completed half of an order but did not click submit to process the order as I did not have the residential address for delivery being a Rural location and delivery timeframe was unacceptable. I minimised the web browser page and device to sleep.
$$ has been deducted from my bank account without me hitting the button to submit the order.
Nor do I have an order invoice sent to my email address but money was quickly taken from credit card. Please refund.

Bloomex Dual charges and won't issue refund

Was trying to make an order online (Bloomex.ca) when their website crashed. When I called to try to cancel the order, the customer rep said they could not cancel it but could help me complete the order so we completed the order. Now the company is charging my credit card twice saying that there are now 2 orders. They will NOT issue a refund for the second order but will only provide store credit. This is all with 24hrs of making the order.

Hello,

I ordered a bouquet of flowers however recipient did not receive the one that I paid for. I would never ordered any if I knew what will happened. Also, I regret I gave you 5 star google review. Please refund me 50% of what I paid to compensate your [censored] order before I proceed with further negativity about your company. Bloomex refund refusual

pre ordered a delivery of flowers, card and bottle of wine on the 10th of Sep 2021 for scheduled delivery on the 23rd for my nieces 18th birthday. Used bloomez as we are currently in covid lockdown in melbourne. 23rd came and no delivery, my wife called and was advised our order was with the courier and was scheduled to be delivered before 9pm that night. No delivery, called again on the 24th and was advised again with the courier and would be delivered. Again not delivered. Ju8mped onto their online live chat and was completely ignoed, no responses to any questions. Called the helpline and they could not give me a time when my order would be delivered. Asked for refund was told a manager would get back to me. I am still waiting for someone to call me. Then we emailed andwe have about 9-10 emails where they are blaming the courier and no one else. I just want my money back for the non delivery of a service ive paid for. I didnt pay a courier, I paid Bloomez to deliver my order, no one else. Company has tried to offer store credit, resend, hampers etc but the special day for my niece has passed and I see no point in sending something out 1 week after her birthday. The conduct of this company is disgraceful.

Bloomex Flower delivery

Hello
I placed an order for flowers and a Balloon bouquet for its a girl on 21 September
I also paid extra for same delivery, however it hasn't been delivered yet.
I called the company and said it will be delivered today (22 September 2021)
And also the Balloon bouquet is out of stock so they won't be delivering that. I told them that's fine just refund me money for balloon bouquet and same day delivery. I was told they can't do that since that's not their policy.

Their policy states clearly that for perishable items they can't offer refund. However balloons aren't perishable

Secondly they should have reached out and informed me that balloons aren't available. I received no information from them and only found out when I called

Bloomex MoetHamper Delivery

I ordered and paid for a delivery on 31 August and then received a notification from Bloomex ‘the Status of your Order No. 1771980 has been changed.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your order with us. We have to re-schedule your order for Friday, as we were informed by the courier company that this area is serviced on limited days due to COVID-19 restrictions. Next delivery there is on Friday. We will add a nice upgrade to the order at no extra cost. We appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Bloomex Team'.

As of today 6 September, the delivery has not arrived. Could you please look into this and let me know why the delivery has not occurred. If the order and delivery cannot occur, I would like a full refund immediately.

Bloomex Order [protected]

Hi
I ordered flowers from Bloomex Canada via internet, as I am UK based.
The flowers were sent as a gift for condolences 2/7/21. The flowers arrived 3 weeks later- DEAD OBVIOUSLY, please see enclosed photos.
I HAVE SPOKEN TO & emailed customer service at Bloomex with no refund, Re delivery or even an apology!
They offered Re delivery eventually after blaming courier services on several occasions .
The Re delivery has not happened
I request full refund, apology and some gesture of compensation.

I am appalled by this total lack of customer service, especially in these difficult times, where my sister in law was unable to attend the funeral of her mother in the UK, hence the flowers as a gesture of sympathy and support.
Having made an international call I was met with rudeness, arrogance, disdain and lack of respect.
I will not order from Bloomex again and would welcome a chance to give feedback personally

Bloomex Sympathy flowers

Ordered online sympathy flowers for my aunt, my uncle recently passed away. I was charged $119.85 for flowers delivery and sympathy card to be delivered on Friday 27th August. Confirmation of order and delivery was received. However on talking to my aunt on Monday 30 th august, no flowers had been delivered. Contacted Bloomtex and was advised delivery would be Wednesday owing to no COVID drivers, we are in Perth ?. I requested flowers be delivered that day or I want a full refund. I was shocked when my aunt sent me a photo of a small bunch of half dead flowers left at her doorstep, even though customer service advised I would get an upgrade. My aunt was upset by the condition of the flowers, forwarded a photo to Laurel and Jimmy at [protected]@bloomex.com.au. Further email stated that outer leaves are to protect the flowers and have to be hydrated in water for 2 hours. I honestly believe your company has not delivered on the order placed and are not a trustworthy business. I am talking to Consumer Protection about this, as no one from you company has even called me with any explanation. I would still request a full refund, as I am going to purchase more flowers from a more reputable florist business. I will never use or recommend your business again.

Bloomex Paid extra 19.95 same day delivery which was ordered at 10 am for delivery downtown Toronto

Arrived next day non existent customer service! No refund of delivery charge or indication and I have lodged complaint on chat as that seems to be only venue. Cust service phone line wait was 30 min and I finally hung up

Bloomex Was very upset as I chose a bouquet with hydrangeas for my mum’s birthday, her absolute favourite.

Hydrangeas are currently fully in season and they replaced them with blue carnations? I was so upset. I understand if the flower were out of season, but it's hydrangea season?! I love bloomex and use all of the time, but I'm so devastated because the bouquet was just plan mediocre.

Bloomex No customer respect

I ordered something totally different than what they sent and I asked for next day delivery which it took 4 days to receive. I tried customer service at least 6 times, I called to speak to a manager and they said they were busy. I have ordered from Bloomex for a few years and never had this happen before but it shows me how they handle customer service issues.
I did not get a credit or a call back from this company. I was so embarrassed of the items that were sent instead of what I ordered.
I'm done with this company.
