Consistently great floral arrangements
Yesterday, I had an arrangement sent by Teleflora to a childhood friend's home in TX for her birthday. She loved the arrangement, and said it had made her day.
About 2 weeks ago, I sent a sympathy bouquet to a close friend GA upon the loss of her husband of many years. She was so pleased with that arrangement.
I could go on and on. I used to use another national floral service, but I began to have issues with the condition or number of flowers in the bouquet or the plant. They also quit delivering to smaller towns.
I doubt I will use the competitor's service again. Why: Quality, delivery as promised and value.

Problem free ordering and delivery
I ordered flowers online for the first time from this company for a funeral service. I was concerned with the delivery time as I wanted to ensure that the flowers arrived on time to be set up prior to the family arriving. I contacted customer service using the chat feature. Customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. They even gave us their sentiments for our loss. They guaranteed the flowers would be there on time an
D assured me that funerals were their highest priority. The flowers were delivered on time and were more beautiful than the picture online. The note i provided was printed correctly. The family loved the casket spray and it was complimented by all guests. I will definitely use Teleflora again in the future.
Garbage
If you are looking to be swindled look no further. This company is a joke. I selected a beautiful sympathy basket with plants accented with small magenta flowers intended to express my sympathy for a lost loved one. What was delivered was a cacophony of garbage stuffed into a container likely used as a waste basket. The "florist" used whatever left-over pieces they could find and considered it an arrangement. The result was a menagerie of vegetation barely suitable for a gay pride parade participation prize. On top of this I paid a ridiculous price hoping to show my condolences but, wound up sending a very special person something that expresses contempt and disdain. How do these people keep the doors open by providing such inept and pathetic products and service? Save your money and time and purchase something from Walmart or your local grocer. You'll easily come out ahead.
Wasn't expecting much after reading reviews!
After reading many reviews online on multiple sites my expectations weren't very high but I have to be honest they definitely exceeded my expectations delivery was within reasonable time frame on my wife's bday which was next day delivery for me and very nice the card was nicely printed and setup for me the stuffed animal was decent size and the chocolates my wife loved them I have to say I hate chocolate but I even enjoyed them they were very tasty and unique and decent size also the balloon was pleasant all in all it was a great experience and I will def be using them again for my next floral needs thanks teleflora I just had to write this as there are a lot of people online bashing them because it's not exactly like the dam picture mine wasn't either but it was beautiful and very high quality flowers and my wife loved them. To me that's what matters did I get my money's worth and I fully believe I got my $143 dollars worth without a doubt thx again and god bless!

I thought at first that all of these one star ratings were a result of just the unhappy customers writing a review and that no satisfied customers had left their feedback. Now I know that the reason there are nearly all 1-star ratings is because Teleflora is HORRIBLE! I got the same Mother's Day bouquet for someone in CA, and someone in eastern WA. The one in CA I ordered the deluxe size but it was WAY SMALLER AND SCRAWNIER than the mid-size I ordered for WA. I read that the mbr florists HATE Teleflora because they extort such a high commission of of them, so they'll almost always use 1) Old Flowers - they're not making anything so why use better flowers? And 2) Even if they use the Old Flowers, they'll use the LEAST AMOUNT POSSIBLE, evidenced by photos of both of these orders as well as my past experience. Pro Tip - AVOID TELEFLORA AND SPEND THE EXTRA $ TO GO DIRECTLY TO A REPUTABLE FLORIST. Teleflora is the worst floral network on the planet.
I'd heard that FTD was bad, so I decided to try Teleflora for sending a Mother's Day bouquet. Silly me; I neglected to check Sitejabber for reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned.
I ordered the 'Premium" bouquet, and for these flowers to arrive on Friday May 11, in the afternoon. Although florists are delivering on Mothers day also, I thought I should ask for Friday arrival just to be on the safe side. Friday comes and goes. NO DELIVERY. I call Saturday morning the 12th (I have a recording of my call), and speak to an 'Ellen" in their LA call center. She looked it up, and said very vaguely that something went wrong and they would reorder, and the delivery would be on MONDAY, AFTER MOTHER'S DAY! She also said they'd give me a 50% off coupon towards my next purchase. I said no way, you will deliver it TODAY, and she put me back on hold, then came back on and said that she called the florist, REFUSING ABSOLUTELY to tell me who the florist was, and said that they would deliver it on Sunday, then corrected herself after I raised the question. 3 times more when she repeated herself she said that it would be delivered Sunday, then I had to correct her, and she said Saturday. She didn't mention giving me the 50% off coupon anymore, and I had to get off the phone, so I didn't pursue that. Not that I'll ever use them.
The flowers did arrive on Saturday, BUT they looked really droopy around the sides. I had to apologize for how they looked. I considered having Teleflora replace the bouquet, something I've never asked of a florist, but I know that Jesus will come before they would deliver the replacement so I didn't bother.
HERE'S MY IMPRESSION OF HOW FLORISTS HANDLE TELEFLORA:
Teleflora offers a lot of discount bouquet offers. They're just the middleman; the Florist themselves have to eat the discount. As such, Florists probably can't stand Teleflora, and make up those bouquets with the dying/stale flowers, saving the good stock to use for customers who have directly called that florist. If you look at all these reviews, you'll see the pattern that everyone gets junk.
MY ADVICE: 1) Don't touch Teleflora with a 10 ft pole. 2) Call an area florist directly (after seeing their reviews) and place your order; that way you have an actual NAME of the florist as Teleflora REFUSES to tell you which florist they used (could be a vocational school class for all you know), and you have a prompt recourse with someone who can actually do something in case you have a problem. It's extra work to look for an area florist online, but it's not that much extra work and it's worth it.

I ordered flowers to a dear friend who had surgery to be delivered 11/12/23. Teleflora gave the option to deliver on 11/12/23 and charged service fee for same day delivery. I checked all day and there was no delivery. They never sent me any notification that they would not be able to deliver the flowers on Sunday, if I did not follow up they probably never...

I will write a complain on the Internet about this delivery as it looks nothing as it is on your website presentation. I ordered Delux product and got some sad looking flowers and very few poorly arranged. Nowhere on the delivered product shows a delux but cheap and poor. I am attaching pictures on what you are advertising and what was delivered. Very disappointed. I order Teleflora around the world and have never been so disappointed. This is a total ripoff. Please refund the payment.

I ordered a birthday bouquet and Mylar balloon for my grandson’s 13th birthday, a big event, and first it was never delivered by 1:00 pm with the extra fee of 15.00 for delivery at that time. I texted a reply to customer service from their initial acknowledgment. It never was delivered. I was told I would be refunded my fee. Nice, but my special person never received my thoughts as he left town after 1:00 pm. We as customers trust you to make our loved ones feel that thought of love and caring on their special day or event.

5/17/23 - Purchased Tulips to be del. To my daughter on Saturday 5/20/23 for her birthday. John, representative who works for teleflora called me Friday 5/19/23 to say flowers can’t be del. on Sat. which was available when I paid for my order. They can del. Them on Friday which I had no chose but to say yes. So Friday comes and goes, no flowers del. Instead I get an email from Teleflora on Sat. Stating I cancelled my order! Big lie!

Flowers were never delivered
I placed an order on May 10 for flowers to be sent to my aunt for Mother's Day and received a confirmation from Teleflora on May 11. Since my aunt did not notify me that the flowers had arrived, I checked my confirmation email and clicked to track the order. It was there that I saw the order had been CANCELLED. I was not notified! I called their customer service number and was told that there wasn't a florist around my aunt's area that could supply the flowers I requested. Then why did they accept my order?! Better yet, why wasn't I notified so I could arrange for a different gift for my aunt for Mother's Day? Had I been told, I could have planned for something else. This was a frustrating disappointment and I will NEVER order from Teleflora again!

I did not get what I ordered. I did not receive the vase the flowers were shown in. I ordered because off the vase. The flowers aren't what was shown. I thought there were dark and light pink rose. Instead I received some roses and daisy and a few filler flowers. I payed almost 82.00 for this. I wasn't given the sale price of 59.00 dollars. I went through Teleflora and the bloom net order ID is Jx1675. They used Mark Anthony flowers to feel the order. I complained to both companies. I was offered 20% Off my next order. I don't want that I want what I ordered. I will never order put a nother order with them. I have put a picture of what I ordered and what I received

Teleflora's Fantasy Found #T84-1A
Dear Sir(s): I ordered item #T84-1A, Teleflora's Fantasy Found Bouquet for as a sympathy arrangement. The order was paid for and confirmed. The following day I received a follow up call, further confirming the order and asking for some details. At no point during that conversation was it ever stated that substitutions would be made. This bouquet was specifically chosen because it contained orchids. The item delivered was nothing more than a simple, fresh flower arrangement in a vase. Certainly not what I ordered and not worth the $84.99 that I was charged. I understand substitutions are often necessary. However, as an orchid grower, the orchids in this arrangement are widely available at this time of year. The rest of it was an artistic arrangement with bamboo. The substitution simply wasn't acceptable. The least expensive types of flowers were included in this bouquet. It might have been worth $40.00 tops. Photos below: First is what I ordered...second is what I got. Not even close.
Desired outcome: A refund or partial refund would be acceptable. This is the worst example of substitution I have ever experiened.

I am sitting in the den with windows open waiting for the delivery. The delivery person did not knock or ring doorbell. I happened to open my door to do something else and found brown, old daisies, carnations & greenery sitting on the edge of my steps. I sat the flowers down, the stems/flowers fell from the vase and the petals fell off. The water is cloudy brown with strong odor.
I tried to contact customer service regarding the wrong, old bouquet of flowers and was unsuccessful with receiving refund or a fresh bouquet. I spent $400 with this company for Easter flowers on the 6th of April. Not to mention buying a casket spray for my husbands funeral last month at a cost of $500.
Desired outcome: I would like a 100% refund for the flowers.

I ordered and paid for a Nantucket basket with African violets, yellow roses, and customized to put in black eyed Susan flowers. The basket and arrangement was nothing like I requested. This was completely specified for the visitation of my sister. Why was this not done correctly? This was important to me and they put a red and white checked bow on it. It was delivered today - 3/20/2023.
Desired outcome: Make this correctly and send to their home. I have added the picture of what I ordered and was to have been customized for black eyed Susan’s, too. Nothing like this picture was delivered.
Refund for extra specific delivery time, wasn't fullfilled.
Teleflora has given me the run-around about a credit refund. I requested by emails and phone calls but rather than give me a refund of $15.23 Teleflora stated the credit was only applicable for future purchases, or they could refund me because they had a hard time applying the money to my credit card and that they couldn't find any transaction at all (weirdly, their marketing department found the amount and my email many times to send out and email telling me I was going to lose it if I didn't use it.
On 2/13/23 I finally spoke with a supervisor, Eden, who was able to retrieve my order number unfortunately she did not give me the transaction number. She said she would submit my refund request and I would receive it once it had gone through their processes. Since that conversation I received three differing emails stating, 1) to be advised they could not refund me, 2) it only could apply to future orders, 3) they were sorry for the inconvenience and to call them.
Desired outcome: My refund immediately, acknowledgement that they will fix this deceiving practice, give their agents better / accurate training and refund the customers that gave up or are getting same assistance as I was given.

Arrangement was not what we ordered
On Friday January 20, 2023, we ordered the Magnificent Life Spray for a family member who had recently passed. Since we could not attend the rosary or funeral, we intended to send a beautiful and impactful arrangement to express our condolences. To say we were disappointed would be a HUGE understatement. There were so many things wrong with the arrangement.
Fortunately for us, another family member attending the service took a photo and notified of the delivery. We were aghast and embarrassed. The spray was so cheaply made and lacked any professional design or skill of the arrangement. The spray meant to express love, empathy and compassion instead it lacked consideration or care. It would have been better off if the arrangement had never been delivered to save the humiliation. If the floral shop needed to make changes, we were a simple phone call or email away. The order was sent in ample time for the spray to be made carefully and correctly.
The arrangement that was made was absolutely NOT what we ordered! We understand not every flower is available with every floral shop and substitutions are sometimes necessary. Instead, what was received was a horrible embarrassment. The arrangement lacked any resemblance to the spray ordered. The arrangement was not the same shape, lacked the requisite flowers and style of the desired spray. The substitute flowers were cheap and sparse lacking any reflection of the Magnificent Life Spray. If the florist was not capable of creating the arrangement, they should have communicated with us to select an arrangement they could make.
When we called Teleflora on Sunday January 22 to express our concern, we were greeted with some minor recourse. A measly 30 % refund which does nothing to resolve the problem that we did not get what we paid for. When we asked for the name of the florist, we were told the information cannot be released. We simply wanted to contact the florist to go out and correct the problem by adding the appropriate flowers and adjust the arrangement to look like what we purchased. There was ample time on Sunday to make the necessary changes before the funeral on Monday January 23. Had Teleflora contacted the florist, the issue may have been resolved.
Desired outcome: Instead of the 30% refund $58.04, provide a complete refund of the cost of the arrangement, $169.67 ($156.74 plus tax). Teleflora and the florist may keep the service fee $21.99 plus tax.

poor substitution for order - very disappointed
I ordered item # T8birthday gift 1-1C, "Zen Artistry" as a birthday gift for my eldest daughter who is celebrating a landmark birthday. While I know that Teleflora reserves the right to make substitutions, I would think that the substitution would be in line with the floral design AS ORDERED. Instead what was delivered was a generic floral bouquet not even close to the floral design that I ordered. Had the florist called to say that they had nothing close to this design, I would have been disappointed, but would have looked for something that they could sub in which would still have a similar aesthetic feel to the item that I ordered.

I purchased a Mother's Day Bouquet on May 5 at 3:26 pm for delivery on May 7-- (Dressed To Impress Bouquet (Premium)). The flowers had to be delivered on the 7th as my wife and I were heading out of town to be with my mother-in-law on the 8th.
After waiting all day, the order did not arrive--without so much as a call. I contacted a supervisor at 8:01 pm on 7 May and was ostensibly given full refund (although my card has not been credited as yet), an apology read from a script and promised up and down that a complimentary bouquet would be delivered on May 9.
I called today to get a better idea of when the delivery would occur and was told that the order was not in their system (?) and would not be processed or delivered until Tuesday the 10th. This is the day AFTER I was promised redelivery by the supervisor on the evening of the 7th. The supervisor with whom I spoke on May 9 was unable to connect me with the florist who was to deliver the order or even confirm that the order would be delivered on Tuesday at all. Seems as though facilitating floral delivery is more of a side gig for Teleflora or that the arrangement I requested was the stuff of the The RHS Chelsea Flower Show and could not be handled by mere mortals.
Asked to speak to a manager and was told that even though many work at the call center, there were none available. It was suggested to me by a supervisor that one possible resolution to the matter was to buy my wife some of her favorite foods. Teleflora continues to let me down. BBB complaint filed.
I want my money back
Paid for Mother’s Day flowers for my grandmother and I even paid the extra fee for them to get there on Sunday. I checked my order number and it shows cancelled. Why wasn’t notified that my order was cancelled?! I need my money back and I will never order from such an unprofessional company.

Flowers ordered weeks in advance and not delivered
On April 26, I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered on May 7. On May 7, I received a status that flowers were delivered but they were not. I called customer service and they said despite the status flowers would be delivered by Sunday, May 7 by 7pm. They were never delivered, very disappointing given how long prior to date I had ordered them. I had to call and get money back without any apology. Teleflora made me look like a jerk by not delivering my order. Thanks for no service, even though I have faithfully utilized your service for years and overlooked previous delays and high prices. Never again! I’m done!

I made a huge mistake of ordering flowers for my sister, from Teleflora, because our father had died.
I have unsubscribed several times, I have contacted them, and even blocked them, but I am still receiving several emails from them daily !
I have enough pain and suffering to go through, and do NOT want to be reminded daily of our father's loss.
..and now I am receiving multitudes of junk mail on top of all this.

Ordering a Floral arrangement
I ordered a flower arrangement online to be delivered same day. My order was in before 2;00PM so that it could be delivered same day. I received a confirmation email and another advertisement email from Telaflora. Around 5:00PM I decided to track my order and the status said CANCELED! I called customer service. The first representative I spoke with stated there was an issue with my card and to protect me they cancelled my order because of questionable activity. She could not tell me what was questionable so I was transferred to one of her superiors. He proceeded to tell me there was an issue with my card.. I informed him the money for my order had already been deducted from my account, so what was the issue? Also I never received an email, 0hone call or text messages saying my order had been canceled. He then adked me if I want the delivery sent out tomorrow! My response was basically no thanks, the BIRTHDAY surprise and BIRTHDAY has been ruined! I am awaiting my refund. I DO NOT recommend TELEFLORA !
