Blooms Today wrong arrangement delivered

I ordered a floral basket bouquet for 59.99 then upgraded to the delux version for 69.99. I ordered from a picture online so I would know exactly what I was sending to my mother-in-laws funeral.

Instead they sent a plant in a dish. Not to mention it was extremely sparse. How embarrassing! I would rather have sent nothing to my son's grandmother rather than this office desk ornament. They offered me a 25% discount. What! I told them it's not the money, I want the name of the florist they used. They would not give it to me. Please do not make the same mistake go through your local florist yourself at least then you have some recourse. Terrible!

I wanted to send a live kept sake floor plant for my
favorite Aunt's FUNERAL who was like a mother to me

Before I ordered I called blooms today to make sure it would be delivered on time
the sales girl said I could save 50% off my ordered if enroll in their Blooms Rewards Programs $9.95 a month, I was assured that they would sent the plant I wanted.

I ordered from this picture online so I would know exactly what I was sending

with my credit this cost me $50.65

I had wanted my cousin's to have a nice floor plant for her home as a remembrance of her mother
HOW EMBARRASSING! I could have gone to Walmart & got this for less than $20.00
Please do not make the same mistake go through your local florist yourself at least then you have some recourse. TERRIBLE!

Blooms Today you pay but they don't deliver & zero customer service!

I placed an order last week. I had to call 8 times to find out if the order was delivered! Finally they told me that although they charged me, they never delivered the order. They said I should receive the discount in 10 business days - yeah, i'm sure. This company has horrible customer service and no ethics at all. They will happily steal your money without delivering. The customer service staff is rude and incompetent. Do not buy anything from blooms today! They are cheats and criminals.

Bloomstoday sucks! I ordered flowers for my Aunt's funeral..the color of the arrangement was off. I requested another be sent and was very specific about the colors. I even called the floral shop to make sure that we were on the same page. Guess what?! They screwed up on the replacement! What I ordered was the deluxe lavender and white standing spray and what I got was a teeny tiny arrangement that consisted of LITERALLY, 5 red roses, 5 white daisies and a few other purple floral shoots! On top of that, they double charged me! When I called, I was told to contact the floral shop! WTF?! And when I called about the second arrangement, they offered me a 50% refund. The "customer service" rep informed me that if they were to give me a full refund, the floral shop may come back for the arrangement! WTF?! I hate this damn company and I will never ever ever ever ever buy anything from them again! (Arrangement on left is what was actually delivered and arrangement on right is what I ordered)

This company is totally full of BS! I ordered close to $400.00 worth of floral arrangements 2 days prior to Valentine's Day & lo & behold, guess what? None of my recipients received their gifts! What a total fool I was! Now my credit card has been charged with nobdy to answer my calls ALL DAY LONG! EVERY phone # that BLOOMS TODAY has listed had a voice mail recording saying to call back on February 15th at 8amm! YEAH, RIGHT! SO, they are definitely full of crap! THEY ARE A SCAM ARTIST COMPANY! The BBB should've put them out of business long time ago! Plus, they keep taking $9.99 out every month for some BS membership thing of which I totally never agreed upon! And everytime I complain to them & they say it will be taken care of, well THAT IS ONE BIG LIE! My credit card company said BLOOMS TODAY automatically takes out $9.99 anyways! THEY ARE DEFINITELY A FRAUDULANT BS COMPANY who does not deserve to have a business license!

COMPANY IS FAKE, ORDERED FLOWERS ON LINE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND FLOWERS WERE NEVER SENT, WENT TO FUNERAL, NO FLOWERS, ASKED THE FURNERAL DIRECTOR ABOUT THE FLOWERS, AND THEY NEVER RECIEVED THEM, SAID THEY NEVER HEARD OF THE LOCAL FLORIST THAT SENT THEM, BLOOMS SAID THEY HAD A CONFIRMATION, BUT THE CEMENTARY SAID NO CONFIRMATION FROM THEM, THAT THE FLORIST DID NOT EXIST! FAKE, FRAUD! LET YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY SO THAT THEY CAN STOP ADVERTISE THIS FAKE FLORIST, ALSO CALL YOUR LOCAL TELEVISTION STATION TO GET THIS COMPANY EXPOSED AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK, ADVERTISE ON LINE ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINTS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE! ALSO NOTIFY YOUR BANK, SO THAT NO MORE DEBITS ARE TAKEN OUT!

Hey guy I need seriously need some help that same company charged me $79.59 for their product when I didn't even receive it and now I can't get in contact with them. If you have their number please pass it on my bank said that they can do anything before I talk to the merchant so this is my last hope. I don't want to give out my email address but I will be checking this site often to see if you have posted any new comments. If possible I would like to get their email address and phone number but I'm hoping for the phone number most of all. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I had several issues with my order and after many attempts to get someone to correct it, I finally recieved a courtesous assistance from a sales person I belive named beverly. she was prompt, efficient and kind and helped me to get my order straightened out and because of her I will use Blooms Today again.

Well I wish I would have read these first, also had a order for a funeral..a very important one at that..and the flowers were not delivered and they offered me 20% discount to make up for it. Like that will make up for the family of the deaceased thinking you didn't care. They said they were closed due to illness...but they were well enough to charge my card immediately.Have used 1800flowers and ftd before and never had a problem. Beware all..never order from them again!

I ordered flower from Blooms Today on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008 to be delivered the same day. Since I didn't get a reponse from the recepient I e-mailed them. No response. Third day I called, they told me they would get in touch with the florist. I waited all day and not response. Fourth day I receive an e-mail confirming delivery, but no time, date or who received it. I called back and requested time date and signature. I called the recipient and she did not received the flowers. I called them again and they said they will call me back today, but from what I am reading it seem I will have a hard time getting my money back. It is unfortunate, when they take your order they tell you have a blessed day but they are scamming people out of their money and delivery the flowers.

I had almost an exact experience as Mr. Nieto above. I've finally got them to issue some sort of refund but not 100%. It was approx $36 (NEVER DELIVERED) was to be delivered on Saturday for a funeral, got a call Tuesday asking if it was ok to deliver on Tuesday? What? I got a $20 credit to my card. This is horrible. I want all my money back. Not only did they call 4 days AFTER they were to be delivered, but they never delivered the flowers to this DAY!

I also had horrible customer service experience with Blooms Today! They did not deliver what they promised AT ALL and did not stand behind their product.

well the wife did not get her flowers for her b-day. even after paying a service charge to get them there with-in 4 hours. I called to check on the status of the delivery and they (bloomstoday" promply gave me the number to the florist they had subcontracted to deliver my order. a quick phone call to them "told me all i needed to know". the answer was ? the order did not print ? called bloomstoday back to get a refund and it was like pulling teeth. they were actually doing me a favor? IF YOU NEED FLOWERS DONT USE "BLOOMSTODAY".

3 lessons they should learn.

1. they need to train thier people
2. i should not have to call anyone! they should track down the order and get back to me.
3. when you mess up? fix it and make it right.

Blooms Today scam and rip off!

They say your first order will be 50% off if you answer just one question. but then send email 'congratulating' you for buying a monthly ' coupon charge'. my 45.00 order was charged full price plus a 10.00 additional charge for this 'monthly service' no half off> just big scam!

Ordered flowers for my wife at work as a surprise yesterday. The surprise was they were never delivered. I called the next day to see what happened nobody knew. They cancelled that transaction and took another 40 bucks out of my account with me waiting supposedly 3 days for my money to be returned from the previous transaction. I called at 8 AM and its 4:30 my wife is leaving work and no freaking flowers. Do not use these scam artists.

They send one or two email daily. I am not going to use them again, and have tried to unsubscribe, but the link does not work. I have received 2 today alone.

Bouquet skimpy and charged monthly for discount I received on my flowers to belong to a rewards program I never used and never wanted to be a part of. You cannot get ahold of them to cancel it. I had to go through my credit card company to make them stop charging 9.99 month.

This "service" was attached to Blooms Today, an online florist. I believe I declined to or was waiting to decline it but never got the chance. I have no evidence they ever provided any service other than collecting my monthly payment. Customer service phone number delivers a 5 minute recorded message, tells you to wait and after a few more minutes hangs up. Not easy to cancel. Advise using another service besides Blooms today.

What appears to be a simple, relatively cheap way to send flowers is really a scam to get customers on the "Blooms Rewards" system. After ordering what I thought was a one time service, I noticed monthly fees on $9.95 being withdrawn from my checking account courtesy of "Blooms Rewards". When I called customer service to see if they could refund my money because their records showed I had clearly NOT used the service, I was given no help and told to call back. Very disappointing and an overall frustrating expirience.

Please people don't user this service. I ordered Flowers for my mom on May 6th to be delivered on May 9th because she was out of town.

They called me at 3:45 pm on Monday to inform me that they "had just figured out" that they could not fill the order because they don't have any more flowers.

Then I call and every customer service rep was rude and did not give a flying crap that my mom wasn't going to receive flowers. They said "we can have them out sometime this week" REALLY?

So I asked for a refund and then called my mom. So this morning I log into my bank account and realize they didn't put a credit through they charged me AGAIN. So again I call customer service rep, rude again, actually cussed at me, which was great. Fuel the fire dummies. So they say, yes it will show as a charge for 5-7 business days until it is actually refunded. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How is that even legal?

Very upset with the lack of professionalism with this company! wanted a pleasant surprise for a co-worker's 50th birthday and it ended in disappointment. i had to make several phone calls up til the end of the day in which they assured me the order was on it's way - only to have a phone call to my friend (which totally ruined the surprise) stating they didn't think they would get it there on time therefore the flowers were re-routed to her home. NOT what i wanted. very unprofessional. when i called to express my disappointment, it was downplayed. would never recommend this business.

Don't buy the 50% deals. my total came to $35.38 but it wasn't untill after I recieved a overdraft from my bank that I realised that something was wrong. I never recieved a reciept by email and still havent and it s been two weeks. They took out $62.88 and then in a different charge of $9.00. two days later they refunded $27.50 that was the 50% off the flowers. I had no idea that the $9.99 was to pay for a Blooms Rewards program that I will be charged every month. You Can't get ahold of anyone on there customer service line, so call there ordering line. I have never recieved anything from the Blooms Rewards program either. This has to be illegal. If anyone is working on a class action lawsuit count me in. tThis mistake has cost me over a hundred dollars. I haven't saved ###!

I was charged 2 charges of 9.95 for Blooms rewards before I realized it. They also signed me up for another company/front called "Identity Worldwide" with a 14.95 charge. When I looked up the charge on my credit card, the merchant number was the same number as blooms rewards/today/whatever the heck other companies they front as...super sketch.

...But it gets worse. I sent an email to them to cancel the membership and refund the past charges. They refunded the charges for blooms rewards, but charged me the 50% discount I received when I purchased the flowers which was $25...so they figured out a way to take $5 more from me. They would not refund the 14.95 charge.

I feel very upset and cheated...Thank you for being a terrible company, Blooms Today . You already know you have a lot of upset people, yet you continue to add to your numbers...ridiculous.

This was the worst experience I have had with an flower company. I attempted to order flowers for Mother's Day to be sent to my mom and mother-in-law. Both were completely wrong from what was ordered. I tried to have my mom's corrected and redelivered and they never showed up. I had to call back to find out why they never showed up to receive a call later to say they could not get what I ordered. Not flower company that delivered the wrong thing actually came back to my mom to pick up what they delivered! Who does that! My mother-in-law's was also wrong but I was only able to get half off because if they gave me a full refund the flower company would be coming back to pick them up! Blooms Today ruined my mother's day gifts to my mom and mother-in-law. I will never order from them again!
