Bouquet arrangements
I just placed an order for $172 for a bouquet I picked the biggest one. One large box of chocolates and 3 Mylar balloons also 3 trees to plant in her memories. This was for today’s delivery and I order over the phone in the morning as their website wasn’t working after multiple attempts. I specifically mentioned to the lady to put notes and best qualities. My sister got a tiny maybe 5-7 pieces of white roses, a card no chocolates, no balloons. Literally ruined the entire surprise. It took me entire day calling b2b and being transferred and on hold. Replaced order and got an email saying delivered the 2nd one but my sister got nothing. This is very wrong because this is a sentiment you guys are messing with. The worst service ever.
Desired outcome: I need them to come pick up the flowers and refund my money. I do not want to use this company for anything in the future.
Never received plant for dad's funeral
Sister-in-law company ordered a plant that was supposed to be able to be replanted in the ground for my dad's funeral 3/18/2023. It was never received. I called Blooms Today "customer service" and they verified the order and said local florist said it was delivered but they could not tell me anything else or do anything because they have to speak to the sender. She said they would call the sender. I called back 1 week later and same story. I told them someone was supposed to reach out a week ago and I haven't heard a thing. She then said that usually they sender has to call them instead of them reach out to the sender. Then when I said the lady the prior week said Blooms Today would reach out, she back tracked and said yes in the notes it shows we did reach out but haven't heard anything back. My sister-in-law's company never received a thing from Blooms Today.
Desired outcome: Would love to plant for an everlasting memorial
Texarkana Arkansas
Horrible experience I do not recommend i’ve been going there for two years with the same knife on my hip never had a problem till today I trust you to sell me medicine y’all can trust me to carry my knife like you have for the last two years at what point did we stop trusting grown people with knives i’m supposed to trust that place with my life the bodyguard they had there was 300 pounds overweight and could barely breathe I could push him over if something bad should happen this knife is the only thing I have to protect myself and as a person with PTSD that is very important there’s no way their guard can protect me from anything other than the snickers bar or how about the person that walks in with the same pocket knife but inside their pocket instead of them outside wouldn’t of said anything to him y’all should seriously rethink this I will not be back till the rule changes thank God good day Farms is right down the street And let me carry my knife good day
Poor customer service in spite of their mistake
I had a terrible first experience with Blooms Today. I ordered flowers on Feb. 11, 2022 to celebrate a new baby with delivery scheduled for Feb 13th. Despite submitting the correct address, sending an email confirming the order the day before, and a placing a phone call to Blooms Today on the day of delivery, the flowers were sent to a wrong address in another town (confirmed by the recipient with a photo of the card texted to the intended recipient). After contacting Blooms Today on Feb 13th about the incident, they responded by email that no flowers could be sent until Feb 16th. Too little, too late. Their customer service refused to make any attempts to rectify the situation other than offer a refund and cancel the order. No attempts were made to contact other florists in the area. I will NEVER use this company in the future, and will NEVER recommend it to another customer.
Desired outcome: Hoping they would contact another vendor or reach out to the intended recipient with an apology and note that the flowers ordered were sent to the wrong site and they are working to fix the situation as quickly as possible
unreceived flower delivery for a surprise 60th birthday
Terrible experience ! I ordered online over a week ago, a special $70 bouquet for my mother-in-laws surprise 60th birthday, I had it all planned out to arrive the day she arrived. I ended up receiving an email at 6 pm that evening ‘claiming' they had arrived, but they hadn't, I was at that house at that time and they werent there, so I called customer service only to be told to keep waiting and that they tend to send that email before they are delivered ! WHAT ! Un-real !
So I called today ( a day later) and they still haven't arrived ! Seriously !
They are offering me nothing other than a freakin refund, which defeats the entire purpose !
too expensive
Extremely disappointed. Overpriced service. They've got ridiculous fees for everything. I bought an ordinary bouquet of flowers for 20 dollars. They included all of their weird fees and the total bill was already 60 dollars. I didn't pay for anything else. I wanted flowers only. Nothing else. They added items I didn't want order just to "make my order look more beautiful". Who the hell cares? I canceled my order and done with them forever. .
product not delivered!
Omg. The flowers for my Grandfathers funeral did not arrive AT ALL. I followed and got the link for this company through the Monterey Herald Newspaper.
There's no excuse for this. The one day.
The flowers were paid and promised to be delivered March 4, 2017 at the elks lodge in Monterey California at 1 pm. They are no where to be seen.
The cost was $110. I will be reporting fraud to my credit card and get my money back. But nothing can get back the pain of thinking flowers would be sent to his funeral
floral delivery
blooms today shriveled and eeked responsibility for delivering a paid living plant arrangement to a funeral for a friend . what else could I say, the feeling .
Resolution?
I am sure there are reasons for everything, and i will seek the repose to release from this contriteness, although not ever place trust or responsibility with blooms today. (without)
I will find resolution of my own accordance, and let go of this connivance.
failure to deliver funeral flowers
My brother died in Colorado. The only representative I could have of myself there with the rest of my family was the flowers I ordered from Blooms Today. I couldn't fly out there.
They guarantee same day delivery. I ordered the flowers on the 16th to arrive before the wake or "viewing" on the 17th. I received a phone call at 5pm on the 17th from Blooms Today that they couldn't find anyone to deliver the flowers that day but they'd deliver them the following day. I'd ordered a funeral spray. The funeral was in the morning of the 18th. I told them that wasn't good enough as my brother would already be buried by the time the flowers were delivered. As you can imagine, I was crying and very distraught. I was told to hang up and the supervisor would call me right back. I got no phone call at all. When I spoke with someone several days later to get a refund of the membership fee I was told the supervisor had tried to call on the 18th and I hung up. I never got a phone call from anyone. I was here all day. The phone did ring around 4 pm and by the time I got to it, someone had hung up and no message was left.
While everyone I spoke to was very nice, they didn't deliver the service or the flowers. It's not like my borther will die again and have another funeral so it's okay. It's not okay.
unauthorized charge
I just found an auto payment on my charge card. This apparently happened when I had received a REFUND check from Blooms Today (for flowers not delivered). It looks like when I cashed the REFUND check, somehow my credit card was charged for a roadside service insurance. Are you kidding me? This company, BLOOMS TODAY, is horrendous.

no delivery, lying
I ordered flowers from Blooms Today for Valentine's Day 2012. Blooms Today did not deliver the flowers. I got in soooo much trouble. Blooms Today did not apologize, make an attempt to right their wrong but had the gall to offer me $10 off on my next order. Mother's Day 2012, I ordered flowers for my mother and my sister. My mom calls me asking why I didn't get her anything for Mother's Day. I explained to her that I sent flowers to her and my sister. She told me she didn't get any flowers. Blooms Today sent me a confirmation letter saying the flowers were delivered, wow what a company full of liars. Did they not think I would find out the flowers did not get delivered? No business ethics, integrity or concern for their valued customer as they call me. My mom was really hot with me. I called customer service a lady answered the phone and before I could say anything she said call back in 5 min and hung the phone up! wow poor customer service!. I called back talked to another customer service rep. she was nice. I demanded my money back and told her of my encounter and that I would never order from Blooms Today again. She sent me an email apologizing and offered me $10 off my next order. there will never be a next order to Blooms Today. Blooms Today cannot give me free flowers. If you don't want to be in the dog house or have your feelings hurt please don't ever order flowers from Blooms Today.

charge for something I didn't order
I ordered flowers from Blooms Today in April 2010. Supposedly I saved 50% on the price of the flowers which were $74.00, and I was also charged a second time that day for 20 some dollars, PLUS $9.95 the same day and every month since then. I didnt realize it until I received my Credit card bill today. I called and told them I want all my money back and she...

My wife purchased a dozen roses for me on 10/6/2011. This was a one-time purchase via the phone to celebrate an event. One month later, I noticed a charge from Blooms Rewards on our bank statement. When I called them, they said that we were enrolled in a rewards program at $9.99 per month. The sales line answered right away and was warm and welcoming. However, to cancel, it was more cumbersome and the representative (Jody) was insulting and rude. She blamed my wife for the issue and gave me a hard time to cancel. PLEASE read the fine print with this company. IT IS A SCAM. It is a shame that you have to experience this type of service on the heels of a celebration, death, or life event. BLOOMS should really reconsider their line of business! They should consider selling cars or mattresses where this practice is more accepted!
Wow thats horrible customer service. But thats a good point. how would you know if you wife joined the service or not? were you there when she placed the order?
misleading advertising
Well, I must say that I am glad that I did not actually place my intended order on BloomsToday.com this time! Part of the process of ordering flowers with the “50% off” discount is agreeing to trial memberships with Blooms Rewards and IdentityWorldwide.com. As everyone should, I read the “terms and conditions” and learned that, for IdentityWorldwide.com, I was about to enter into an “agreement” with AgillaPro, LLC.
It read, “These terms ("Terms" or "Agreement") shall constitute the agreement between Agilla Pro, LLC ("we, " "us, " or "Agilla Pro"), a Delaware corporation with offices at 15405 John Marshall Highway, Haymarket, VA 20169, providing a service called IdentityWorldwide.com, and you ("You"), the end user of this service…” The address herein is that of Blooms Today. A call to Blooms Today rendered the comment that IndentityWorldwide.com is a partner company and not one owned by Blooms Today.
So…I performed an internet search for AgillaPro and found NOTHING AT ALL, other than that the domain AgillaPro.com is registered to Flowers Today (a/k/a Blooms Today, FlowersSentToday.com, BloomsUSA.com, AmericanBlooms.com, LaurensFlowers.com, etc.). The registrant’s email address was [protected]@BloomsToday.com. Another search revealed that this is John Morley and his phone number is [protected]. Before John began Blooms Today, he was the Director of Business Development at FTD.com and also the Senior Manager of Partnership Marketing at 1-800-Flowers.com. So he must know the flower business. So…why, I wonder, is the company selling identity theft protection?
By the way, Agilla Pro is listed with the Delaware Department of State as an LLC, incorporated/formed on March 3, 2010 - file number 4795107.
Now, it took very little thinking last night to decide against entering an agreement with an LLC with a name which cannot be researched! I would have to say that Mr. Morley has been rather more successful in manipulative tactics than in proper marketing, seeing how many folks have complained that they were unaware they were agreeing to charges of almost $25/month in order to obtain a one-time discount (of a maximum of $35.00) on a floral order.
This morning I called [protected], the number for IdentityWorldwide.com. I reached the Blooms Rewards call center and asked the representative about Agilla Pro, LLC, the parent company of IdentityWorldwide.com. She, understandably, admitted not knowing anything. I asked to be put through to a supervisor and the call was on hold for nearly 44 minutes before they disconnected it. I called back and repeated my question and Jody in the call center rudely explained that I would have to email the supervisor at [protected]@identityworldwide.com. I asked if it is not their practice to allow customers to speak to a supervisor and she repeated that I would have to send an email and hung up.
So it seems as though Mr. Morley is not very interested in customer service either, just marketing.
All of this, and I didn’t even research Blooms Rewards. From the multitude of online complaints, it seems to be a rather useless program. However, I was focused on who it is that is gathering “customers’” identity information – a particularly frightening problem, especially in today’s world.
If you want to order flowers, find an arrangement you like online and order directly it from a florist. The 27% or more that discount online floral services subtracts from the amount reimbursed to the florist is extremely excessive. It would be to everyone’s benefit (other than to the online discount florist service) if we eliminated the “middle-men”
A VERY INFORMATIVE article/video from WRAL in Raleigh explains this is better detail: http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/5105785/
It reveals, the online discounters are“…making enormous profits from doing nothing more than taking an order…Once that profit is skimmed, Pender estimated he receives, for example, about $26 to fill and deliver an arrangement that cost the customer $55. The result for the online customer is a smaller bouquet. Buying directly from the local florist would have meant a larger arrangement.”
COMPLAINTS:
One of hundreds of disgruntled “customers” who posted a complaint about the company found, “If you want to post on their Facebook page..you have CLICK THE LIKE BUTTON to post your complaint...they will remove it within a week.”
But the following are JUST SOME of the sites where irate “customers” have submitted their complaints – I am taking the time to post this on each. Note that many folks did not take the time to read the “fine print” ~ the website is obviously misleading …no… deceptive. Read the number of instances of failed delivery. Read the number of disillusioned “customers” who were treated rudely. Then SHARE this!

beware
I also ordered from this disreputable company, I am embarassed that I did not research this company before purchasing their product. This company automatically enrolled me in its awards program for $9.95 and charged me $15.00 more than the authorized price. Bloomstoday charged me $57.23 for a small bouquet (w/out vase) for Mother's Day. I immediately called the bank and had the excess charges reversed. I had to cancel my card to avoid any further unauthorized payments. I tried to reconcile the matter with bloomstoday representatives, but was unable to get through on their 1-800 number. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this deceptive advertising issue. Hopefully my post will dissuade consumers from doing business with this unscrupulous company.
rippoff, scam, unauthorize charge
Ordered flowers for funeral from California to Michigan and signed up for the $9.99 rewards program to get the discount. Without any notice verbal or written I have an unfamiliar charge from Identityworldwidecom with no phone number, so I google it and find out it is a scam that is linked to Blooms Today. I called to cancel immediately and asked how could this happen and they said you were read a script informing you about this and there is a trial period etc...How the heck are you supposed to cancel something you have no knowledge about, no email confirmation etc. This is so wrong and they should not be able to get away with it.

unreliable
I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home on Saturday, June 9, 2011. Upon arrival to the funeral home on Sunday, June 10th, the order was not there. I called and spoke to a representative that was kind and said that she would track the order to see why it was not delivered. I requested that they deliver it before the memorial service on Monday, June 11th. It was not delivered. I called again after the memorial service and was told by the representative that the order was marked urgent for Monday, June 11th but she did not know why it was not delivered. I then requested that it be delivered to the recipients home address on Tuesday, June 12th for the third and final time. It was NOT! I then called once again and the representative had a note that they had tried to contact me but was unable to. They were unable to fill my order and wanted to substitute it. Unfortunately my phone was not in service due to the lines being down. I then cancelled my order and ordered from another florist. I gave this business 3 opportunities to rectify their ineptness but they failed each time. It greatly grieves me that my condolences were not received to show that I cared and to alleviate the recipients sorrow. This is unexcusable and unacceptable and I pray that this does not happen to anyone else!

sorry to hear that happenned for the above issue.
I ordered flowers from a different state 1 day prior to the funeral.
The flowers were gorgeous, fresh and more than what I had expected. Very conscientious and polite taking the order and the directions, Thanks for making a difficult time easier.
Thank you willl use your company again and again.
scammed from money/identity
First they were offering 50% off flower purchases for "registering, " but they didn't tell me that by registering my name, email address and phone number (the essential information you need when stealing someone's identity), that I would be automatically enrolled in their "program." So I fought the company on the charges, ended up paying full price for my...

Yesterday, April 12, 2011, at 11am, I ordered flowers for my wife from Blooms Today 's. I was gauranteed delivery the sameday before 5pm. I was charged and sent a confirmation number. This morning around 8:30 am, April 13, 2011, I called them because the flowers were never delivered. They took my phone number and said they would check and call me back. I waited until 1:30pm and called them back. This time the person was rude and tried to tell me my delivery date was for today. Now, I'm looking at my confirmation where it clearly states delivery for April 12, 2011. She then said I placed the order yesterday at 4pm and it assigned a delivery date for April 13, 2011. She then stated, "Well, I looking at it and it says delivery April 13th!" It then went down hill, After I told her that I made the order at 11am with a delivery date of April 12th and can prove this with the confirmation sheet and credit card charge she asked me if I wanted to speak with a manager and hung up. I called back only to get the same person. DO NOT USE THEM! I wish I would have read the poor reviews before I ordered.
I ordered the flower a week before my best friend's birthday, and got the confirmation.
However, I did not get any notice (delivery confirmation or cancellation) on that day, and
obviously did not hear anything from my friend.
It turns out that the flower was never delivered and they didn't even bother to notify me.
Their service is very poor and the way they handled the conflict was absolutely unprofessional.
