I wanna start with sayin' that Flower Co is a top notch company. I had a tough time when my hubby's momma passed, but they were real quick to lend a helpin' hand. I gotta say, they went outta their way to make sure my flowers got to their destination. Even though I had to switch things up last minute, they made it happen with ease. They were real easy to talk to online, which is a real plus for me. I appreciated how respectful they were for my situation. Can't say enough good things about this company. However, when the flowers finally arrived at 9:30pm, they were just left outside in the cold. As a result of this, all the stems had broken and the flowers were already starting to wilt.
And if that wasn't bad enough, the quality of the flowers themselves was atrocious. Some of the roses were completely broken off, while others were turning black. I made a complaint to their customer service team and they only offered to refund the delivery charge. I asked for a full refund, which was over $200, but they stopped communicating with me at that point. It's extremely disappointing that a business would treat its customers like this, especially when the cost of their services is so high.
I regret using Flower Co. and I will definitely make sure to warn others about the quality of their products and services. I won't use their services again, that's for sure.

I've been sending her flowers on this day for about 40 years now, so it's become a bit of a tradition.
Sadly, things did not go as planned. I ordered the flowers on February 2, 2021, and requested delivery on February 14, 2021, which is Valentine's day. However, the flowers still haven't arrived, and imagine my dismay when I called to find out what happened, and the seller didn't pick up! It was such a disappointment, and my mother, who was eagerly waiting for the flowers, was, without a doubt, heartbroken.
I called the seller, and he promised that the bouquet would be delivered but not at the agreed time. I was assured that the delivery would still be on the same day, but still, it was not delivered. When I tried to get a refund or cancel the order, the seller refused, which is so frustrating because I didn't get what I paid for. Whenever I reached out to the seller, they were dismissive and gave me the run-around. It's such a disappointment because I was promised that the bouquet would arrive on time, yet it did not, and I was left to explain to my mother why she didn't receive her flowers.
After four days of being promised delivery, I decided to take action and opened a PayPal account to request a refund. Luckily, I finally got my refund on February 23, 2021.
