I was to recieve a parcel on friday 13 October 2023 from one plus, I got a message in evening that since I was not available my consignment was not delivered and I can reschedule it
I rescheduled it for next day but dint got the delivery
On Saturday I called customer care service for same
They had no explanation on why it was not reattempted and they said it will be delivered on Monday
The webpage however dint showed any update on parcel status that it has been rescheduled and continued showing consignee not available status as of friday.
Now on monday
I haven’t received the parcel yet, not even a message that it is out for delivery and customer care response is unsatisfactory
They have no reason as to why the parcel delivery has not been attempted and all this fuss is taking so much of time and turmoil on my end
Highly unprofessional and condemnable
The customer service is not able to connect me to malviya nagar jaipur office or any concerned person so as to know exact status of my parcel
No answers to when it will be delivered
And why it hasnt been reattempted
Very very pathetic services
Desired outcome: The delivery of my parcel responsibly
