To Whom It May Concern,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address an issue regarding a pool installation conducted by your company in Gulf Breeze, Florida, back in May 2021. While the property has been under rental management since the installation, I recently became aware of a concerning matter related to the pool liner.

During a visit by my son two weeks ago, he brought to my attention that one of the corners of the pool liner is sagging significantly. I suspect that this issue is attributable to improper installation rather than the result of normal wear and tear or natural disasters. With this in mind, I kindly request that you make contact with the subcontractor who initially installed the pool liner and seek to rectify the matter in a manner that ensures a lasting solution. It is my belief that, as a responsible and reputable company, you should stand by the quality of your workmanship for an extended duration, well beyond the limitations of a one-year warranty.

I have previously reached out to the salesman, Mr. [Salesman's Name], who can be contacted via email at [protected]@bluehaven.com or by phone at [protected], the individual who facilitated the purchase of the product. Unfortunately, I was informed that the company is unwilling to address the issue due to the two-year timeframe that has elapsed since the installation. This response has left me puzzled, as I had anticipated that a company of your caliber would be committed to upholding the integrity of its work over an extended period.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Your prompt attention to this concern will not only ensure my continued satisfaction as a customer but also uphold the reputation and reliability of your company's services. Thank you for your time and consideration.
