Names choice
I love bluemountain ecards and am a long time customer. My only complaint is that there are a limited amount of name choices that you can fill in for personalizing ecards. I would love, for example, to send the Donny Osmond card to my friend Bonita, who is an avid fan, but there is no such name listed. It would be nice to be able to fill in the name of one’s choice
Hundreds of cards sent!
This is a wonderful app! I use it several times a week to send birthday greetings or get well wishes.
My husband questioned the expense until we divided the cost with each card sent.
What a bargain and every single day I can make someone feel important and loved. Thank you, Blue Mountain and Dolly! I can't tell you how special people feel when Dolly Parton says their name!

I’ve always enjoyed Blue Mountain E-cards and people enjoy receiving them.
Since I last sent a card, the format has been changed and navigation is quite different. Hopefully, I’ll get used to it. I’m disappointed I can no longer choose Font, size and text color though. Hopefully, others will want those features back as well.
The cards still bring joy to people and that’s most important.
This app is the way to send online greeting cards
When I first started creating an account with the website and downloaded the app. The first thing I did was purchasing a subscription and I began to send online greeting cards for special occasions like birthdays, wedding anniversaries, Mother’s Day, Easter and Passover, Christmas & Hanukkah, Thanksgiving, get well, sympathy cards. And to be honest, I find this app and website useful and helpful.
Needs new material
I’ve used this App for over a year and it’s great for birthdays, but I’m about to not renew my subscription for year 3. Blue Mountain has some great cards performed by some real attention getters, but they are not adding new cards with the same quality - makes it hard to continue with them. I’m hoping they will add new quality cards with well know artists. I will stay with them if they do that.
The App Is What We Needed!
Most people don’t check their email every day like they use to so I wasn’t sending all that many ecards like I use to. Was thrilled to see the app when I went to the website to send Xmas cards that many of my friends and family probably wouldn’t see for weeks. So glad for the app! Now I’ll be sending ecards all the time again and even more so since I don’t need an email. Good job, Blue Mountain!
Can’t write in a recipient name
Why only a drop down list of names? User should be able to write in the recipient name. Wake up, Blue Mountain. Are you totally unaware of the endless variety of unusual names, foreign names, and variations in spelling of certain names? A drop down list just doesn’t cut it. And adding more names to the list isn’t the solution. The list is ridiculously long already. Pity the person who wants to send a card to Zach.
Very disappointed!
I send it to myself first and surprisingly I got not only what I send it but couple other “pages” that put my e-card in the shadow and the receiver in the corner to get involved into your business. Bottom line this is beyond ridiculous to harassing my receivers with that pushy totally unpleasant advertising that you use it against my order and willingness. It’s absolutely unprofessional and unethical at any level to desire a gift in return of my attention of my e-card that I send it to him(her).
It a scam
I went in their website to start a free 7 days trial and they charged my bank account $43 the same Day for the 7 day free trial. And they will not canceled it .why because you wanted to get the membership subscription quickly without you trying it out first. Please don’t be trick into getting the free membership trial it not accurate. They charged me before I sent any e-cards . Be ware of this trick don’t be trick out of $43 I tried to get in cancel the same day but they refused, even though they can do the right thing so that how they make their money Signed very mad and disappointed customers March 17,2023.

Good app
I just have trouble sometimes sending from my phone which is the most convenient. Wait to send most of the time. I have difficulty previewing things, and I have to try several times before I am able to successfully preview and if I make an alteration after previewing it, it sends the original message for some reason.sometimes I can’t hear the music or the words and I still haven’t figured out how to schedule a card to send out later so I end up sending it days earlier so that I don’t forget to send when I do actually have the time.when everything’s working great though, I love it and people really enjoy the cards and there are some really fun choices. For what I paid it’s worth it.
Reduced flexibility with recent changes
In the past, if I wanted to send my family an ecard I could sign it as being from myself and my spouse. Now, that feature doesn’t appear to be there and, for me, takes away from sending the card in the first place. I think I will have to find another provider. In addition, there is no longer the ability to enter a name on some of the cards; rather, you have to select from a list of names. If your person’s name isn’t spelled exactly as it shows on your list then you really can’t use those cards. For example, I tried to send a card to a Jacquelyn but that spelling is not provided, so I didn’t use that card, or any of the cards where the names are provided. I don’t know what has encouraged you to reduce the flexibility of your products but it has been noticed and is not appreciated.
App Not As Good As Online
I was using my phone online and found the perfect birthday e-card to send my friend. I really liked I didn’t have to scroll through the alphabet names to get to her name which was in the middle only to find out her name wasn’t listed. I just typed in her name. Beautiful font. Then I tried to personalize and send the card. I could not “catch” the button to personalize the e-card. I tried several times, but the program wasn’t pronounced enough to catch and send. It kept restarting.
Then I noticed there was an app. I downloaded the app hoping I could send the coolest card. The app didn’t have the card! I searched for it; couldn’t find it.
I signed in to my computer. The card was there! I personalized it with no problem whatsoever! However, I had to copy the link and send it to me in an email to text the completed card to my friend.
I like that the app will send text messages on the phone; an improvement from just copying the link to paste it.
Keep up the improvements. I really like Blue Mountain Express.
Great cards…Can’t use App…Pros & cons of their service
I am a member of this ecard service. I downloaded the app and all I get is a BM logo when I try to get into the app. I have to go to the website to get in. That being said, they have nice cards. I especially love the smash-ups, the interactive and the find the objects cards.
The find the object cards are great for seniors, kids or anyone starting to have memory issues. I send them to my mom who is 90, and she loves them. They can play them over again and the objects move to other locations…keeps her mind active and it’s fun.
The cons I have experienced are:
1) Not being able to utilize the app; which may be because I didn’t want to allow them access to my notifications….they send way too many.
2) I was a member a few years ago; when my membership was up they tried to bill me at a price that was twice the price of what I had paid, the week before my membership was up. I cancelled. I turns out the free 7 day trial, is really the start of your membership, if you choose not to cancel before the trial period is up…which I felt was misleading.
3) After a few years, I decided to rejoin, because I do really like the quality of their ecards and I did get the lower introductory price, but I had to wait a few years. I was surprised to see that they hadn’t added many cards to their fun card collections. The old cards are great…but, after a few years, they should have added many more find the objects, interactive, smash-ups and just cards in general.
4) Just an FYI…if you create a list of birthdays, special dates and email addresses, Blue Mountain does NOT delete it when you cancel your membership…However, they will send you reminders when these special events occur, in an attempt to get you back as a customer. They own your list…beware!

Why can’t the cards show up the day you send them? Every time I send a card it isn’t received until the next day? What is the problem?

I’ve cancelled my membership twice, the last time taking a screenshot as it keeps charging my credit card. Now I have to dispute the charges. This company is a sham!
Using password
Sometimes it is difficult to get my password to work… even when I should be able to tap as a “signed in”… love the Blue Mountain cards though! Please simplify! Thanks.. k
Will not open on my latest iPad Air 5
Previously, I was quite happy with this app but now it doesn’t work, and I did follow directions about pop-ups and such and I have the latest Safari as per Blue Mountain’s instructions.
Name choices
There are not options to put names not included on the suggested name wheel. I thought i would have opportunity to insert the name for personalization. This shouldve been advertised this way

Tried to send a group text & what they received was “ sorry your personal greeting is no longer available.. guess I will have to go back to SmashUps even though that site doesn’t let you send to names you type
What happened??
In this newer version of Blue Mountain ecards, I have not been able to choose the font, the color of the type, or to see the complete finished product! This is not nearly as good as before. The number of cards to choose from is still good.
Fraud
Run from this app, they are a complete ripoff. They will charge your card before the trial period is over! Trying to get your money back is a nightmare. They make canceling the subscription as hard as possible, Apple get rid of this app! The reviews are fake!

Because ecard recipients receive them with the title ‘Greeting from BlueMountain.com’ they deleted the email thinking it was commercial spam. 70% of the cards I sent get never picked up or deleted. You should change how card recipients are notified when sent via email.
Blue Mountain Quality
I have been very disappointed in the changes made to the navigation system and, more so, to the quality of the cards. They are more and more shallow, lacking in artistic quality, and seemed directed to an audience looking for silly greetings. I will not renew my membership again.
Unable To Unsubscribe
The instructions on how to unsubscribe are inaccurate and I am unable to unsubscribe from this app! The normal unsubscribe options are not available with this app. I e spent the better part of an hour searching for a way to end my subscription with no luck.

The cards are nice but selection is limited. Minimal names for the smash up cards, should figure out a way to have any name used in the selections. Tye Cramer is all that should be sent. Remove the extra stuff at the bottom for them to reply. I already bought the subscription, you should not be using my card to advertise.
