I am a Platinum owner, I travel and do a review at every site. I was solicited for an Owners Review by phone on 10/20, made the appointment for (day of arrival), 10/22 1300, paid the deposit of $25. Then, at mgmts request on 10/21 I rescheduled the appointment to an earlier time (10/22 1200). I leave the house, get about 30 minutes down the road and get another call from mgmt at 9:07 cancelling my appointment. No real excuse given other than I was in Mortgage review. Why was I in mortgage review by Christmas Mountain Village, because they couldn't make a sale or what. Then at check in I was offered an owners review from the concierge. 3 hours earlier I was cancelled. Was I or was I not entitled to another review. When I first purchased in 2019 I was told that as an owner I an entitled to a compensated owners review every 30 days. More recently I was told that the 30 day policy was suspended and I only had to have 1 day in between separate reservations. What pissed me off the most is during the call cancelling the appointment I was offered a non-compensated appointment. I want answers not excuses.
Desired outcome: reschedule owners review before I leave on Friday 10/27 and double the compensation ($125 to 2 x $125) due to the aggravation.
