pandemic happened and i need to cancel my reservation and i was unable and still unable to get in touch with anyone from this company to get my refund, it has been almost 3 years of trying, I'm stuck and don't know where to go from here.

I booked a hotel stay with you for two nights totaling $310.96 I had to cancel due to corona I canceled within my cancellation time I have all the emails and response to everything with you. You sent me an email with a voucher code I was unable to use the voucher code it is no longer good I called the hotel to which I had booked the original stay they have my reservation but said that it was canceled I would Like a full refund of my $310.96. The hotel that I was supposed to be staying at said that they were no longer doing business with you. So I can’t get a voucher from you to go there so I would like my money back. Thank you

Purchased a hotel stay in Orlando December 2020. booked it in december 30, 2019 before the pandemic hit. I tried to cancel my reservation in October of 2020 at least 30 emails were sent to the email on their web site and to no avail I have never received anything back, the hotel amount was 4573.33 08E61D9 booking number, I have requested a refund at least 30 time and still no response.

Took $1000 for reservation, can't contact them & cant get my money back.
In Mar. of 2020 we made a reservation through Otel.com for a stay in June at the Yosemite View Lodge in CA. We paid Otel.com $1005.34 via Discover card (res. #3E973D7). When the covid shutdowns in CA hit, the hotel we were going to was closed. We tried to contact Otel.com many times through reg. email, and also using their CS form on their site. It took about 6 times to get a reply. Basically, we sent many messages back and forth (we usually sent about 4 for every reply), and after many months, they said they would give us a voucher good for 1 yr. from the booking date. That was not useful, because 1 yr. from the booking date would expire prior to even having the snow melt in the location we were going to. Also, we didn't know if they would even still be in business then. We fought back and forth again to have them return the money to the card. After threatening to take them to take legal action, they said they would. Months wen't by and nothing posted (no surprise). Tried to contact many times and eventually the site and our account with the correspondences, all were shut down. Contacted the hotel and they were super nice, but unfortunately had not been paid. They said, they receive their payment through Bonotel in Las Vegas. Bonotel holds the money for the reservation and when we stay, the hotel sends an invoice to Bonotel & they pay within about 30 days. I'm trying to contact them. The hotel (lodge) was also going to submit an inquiry to Bonotel about the funds and whether any were being held.
Desired outcome: Would like to either get the money back, or be able to book the hotel again and have funds transferred there to cover.

I am trying to rebook a trip that got cancelled due to Covid. I'm not looking for a refund. Just want to rebook. I did submit a help ticket right after they closed the borders. We never got a response. I did call the hotel and they gave me a number of [protected] Hotelpros.com and said the payment was made them.

cancelled trip in May 2020
booked a trip to Florida in February of 2020. Pandemic hit and I called and cancelled my trip. Waited for a response or a refund but the otel.com home page asked us to be patient due to the enormous amt of cancellations from the pandemic. I was patient for another 2 months but then started with a string of emails requesting a refund or even a credit.
I checked my acct frequently and it kept saying my case was closed.
One year later I have still not heard from them nor received a credit or refund.
I have contacted my credit card company but they are saying it is too late for them to offer me a credit. I was trying to be nice and patient in the beginning now I am irrate that they are taking advantage of people who used their booking service.

Hello,
I made a reservation in Els pins resort & spa hotel located in Ibiza for 4 nights from 7 to 11 October 2020. When I arrived there, the hotel told me that Otel.com had cancelled my reservation on 2 October 2020 and I was not made aware of anything. I tried to call Otel.con and an automatic voicemail says that they are not taking call these days due to the coronavirus situation and suggest to do everything via its website. I raised several tickets/cases in their website more than 2 weeks ago and so far I have not received any response.
Looking online, it seems they have done this multiple times to other people and it is a scam. I'd like to be reimbursed my money asap as well as the difference in fare from the amount that I paid when i made the original reservation and the money I paid when I arrived at the hotel and I had to make a new reservation on the spot.

Not refunding when countries on lock-down for covid-19
Don't book any travel with Otel.com, they are very dishonest and will steal your money! In January 2020, I booked a stay at a hotel in Dublin, Ireland for September 2020. As everyone knows, the Covid-19 Virus effectively closed travel to many countries. I attempted to contact Otel.com of Metglobal several times about canceling my reservation or at least give me a voucher to allow me to reschedule my stay at a later date. They never responded with a status to my request. I contacted the hotel in Dublin and they said "I booked through a third party agency and must communicate with Them. I would like to add that Dublin, Ireland was locked-down and remained so through when I had a reservation so I couldn't possible go to Ireland. In early September, Otel.com finally contacted me and said they have reached out to the hotel in Dublin about my request and would notify me with they heard from them. When my scheduled reservation had come and gone, and I still had not heard anything from Otel.com, so I contacted the hotel in Dublin once again. This time they told me that they had cancelled my reservation as I had requested and were not charging me and that I would need to contact Otel.com. I did and told them I had been in contact with the hotel in Dublin, know they cancelled the reservation without charging me and wanted to know the status of my refund. Their response, they deleted my account from their website so I could no longer access my information! Somehow, they apparently feel they should not have to refund anything even though everyone was on lock-down and couldn't travel!

Booked a weekend stay in a hotel but becuse of lockdown, my holiday weekend didn't happen. Tried to contact otel.com in March and also in September but they haven't replied to me yet. Expected better customer service from such a big company.

I booked my vacation on line with otel.com. I called hotel directly about 3 weeks before I was to go to verify my reservation and they stated I didnt have one that it had been cancelled by otel.com - I went online on my acct at otel.Comit was still showing active on my end so I cancelled it which was well with the period to ge a full refund - I have sent numerous email complaints they have offered me a credit voucher which I refused over 90 days ago I filed a complaint with the better business which is pending but they again offered me a credit voucher which I again refused - I want my money back please help me to get this money from this company who is a fraud company! All the comments on their facebook page are the same as mine they will not refund anyones money! My agreement was if I cancelled in time which I did I would get a full refund on the cc that was charged! They have my money!

I had paid for four days and three nights at best western in pinetop-lakeside, az. The confirmation number is tracking number : og-77566480. On my bank statement, I was charged twice for the time, then one was cancelled. In addition to this, best western is not receiving any money at this time. I think otel should refund my money for the embarrassment and inconvenience and certainly pay the best western in pinetop-lakeside the monies they took from my account.

I had reservation that I booked on otel.com booking number 4e02823 kim ford I called ahead of time to the hotel itself to verify my reservation they stated otel had cancelled I got on line my reservation was still showing active so I cancelled and started the process off trying to get my refund as I was well in the cancellation period — I have sent like 10 email to otel, com to no advail they tried to give me voucher I said I dontwant that then almost 30 days later again they tried to give me voucher I am like I want my money it had been over 60 days and I want my money back!
Refund process
Our booking was cancelled due to Covid19 back in March. We had free cancellation anyway and the hotel was booked for April. My sister made the booking and has been trying to get our refund from otel.com since April. We have all the original correspondence stating that our refund would be processed in 60 days. As we are now in the middle of June I'm losing patience with this company. They have stopped responding to our messages and phone lines are not working. We had booked through the trivago website and they are no help whatsoever. What's our next step. Our booking reference is OL-[protected].
