They say they got parts, but sometimes they don't and then they give excuses for why you didn't get them. When you try to cancel and get your money back, it's a struggle.

SCAM ALERT! I orderd a $884.02 refridgerator from BOATandRVaccessories.com and they STOLE MY MONEY! On 4/22 I orderd the refridgerator on their website, they charged my debit card immediately and sent me an order confirmation (order #BRV15932). On this confirmation I noticed that there was a typo in my delivery address so I called several times before I actually got someone on the phone. I had even emailed them. No response. Finally, after many attempts to get thru, a woman who gave her name as "Jay" answered Boat & RV Accessories phone. I told her that I was calling to give updated info on on the street name spelling. She said that my order was canceled, that not only will they NOT SEND me the refridgerator, that I paid for in full, but that they will also NOT REFUND me my almost $900! "Jay" told me that I will need to contact my bank and have them do a "chargeback" under the fraud department. They actually admitted that what they did was FRAUD! Of course, I have now (4/28) contacted my bank and it will take up to 3 months to get my money back. This is ridiculous! WHAT A SCAM COMPANY. I want a refund immediately to my debit card from Boat& RV Accessories.

I got an inverter from Boat and RV Accessories on Amazon, and they said it was sent. UPS said it was delivered, but it wasn't. Amazon asked them about it, but they're not answering except for one message to me saying they'll check it out. They won't give me my money back or send a new one.

I bought a cooling unit for my fridge from Boat and RV Accessories website. The website and customer assistant confirmed it was the right one. But when I tried to install it, it was too big. I called customer assistant again and they gave me the correct part number from Norcold tech support. I ordered the correct one and paid for it. I also paid to ship the incorrect one back. However, they only refunded me 955.38 instead of the full amount. They said it was because two tubes of mastic were missing, which cost 12.00 each. I had already told them that I used my own mastic to install it. This cost me 238.84. I could have bought the correct one from another company for cheaper, but I wanted to be fair and continue my business with them. They refused to give me any more refund and I am very disappointed. I will never do business with them again and I think others should know about my experience. Thank you.

This company took my money for a product they never sent. They made a label but didn't actually ship it because it's out of stock. They expect me to wait forever until they get it. I waited weeks! It took them 5 days just to pretend to ship it with a "label created" message. I can see this isn't the first time they've done this. It's not surprising because Amazon is usually easy to deal with if there's a problem. If you're reading this, please complain about this company. If we don't stand together, they'll keep making people wait or stealing their money. I have screenshots of things they promised but didn't follow through on. If you want to see them, I can upload them.
