Restaurant going down the drain absolutely horrible
My family keeps giving bob eveans restaurants another chance and in different locations around Ohio. My family has been going here since they opened. Just the worst service the food is horrible and a total waste of time and money. Was a commercial driver and loved going to bob evans and now is a Twain wreck everywhere and I see them going out of business while they continue to do the same things o we and over again. Had to walk out of the brunswick, Ohio restaurant after a cocky sarcastic manager treated me and my wife and kids terribly. This is not the first time and not just this restaurant. Food is sketchy and never know what your going to get and most the time is shorted. Or cold. or order is incorrect. Never again never again had enough and totally moving on. I pray you go out of business and do believe your inching closer. Every day. What a shame

cleanliness of location
we have been loyal customers for 7 years at this ocala location but no more. actually probably no more bob evans period! i have complained about this location before and very little is done to remedy the complaints, except you get a complimentary meal card and an apology.
my husband and i were seated in a booth by a front window. not only were the blinds disgustingly filthy with dust, fingerprints and grime, but there were dead bugs and dirt on the window sills right where we were sitting. YUK!

Husband, daughter and I ate at BE Sunday August 1 2021. It took quite a while to get our food. I ordered fish fries and Cole slaw. My fish was so over cooked it was blackened on the ends and the fries were hard and overcooked also. My husband ordered shrimp and it was hard and crunchy very overcooked. My daughter ordered the sunshine skillet and the potatoes were very hard and overcooked. Also ordered the cinnamon dough outs which were hard also. We spent almost $50 on this meal which was such a waste of money. What is happening to your restaurant!? It used to be so good and we loved to go there. Marsha Kelly

Unsafe/ not sanitary food practices
Waitress mess up a order for another table and realized it was our food and serviced it to us off of their table. Waitress started they didn't touch it and when other table heard her say that the other table stated that they did touch it... this is not an appropriate practice, I feel as though I should alert the health department. This is how you spread germs and in time like these we should be paying attention to things like that.

Black Spots. The company never says what they are, ive quit buying them. Disgusting and probably unhealthy. I keep seeing people posting the same complaint but the the company seems to ignore the question. They need to be made to remove them from the market until the resolve it. My wife and I visited your New Albany, Ohio restaurant last night. We ordered then sat for an hour waiting for our meal. I asked the server to check on our order after 45 mins had lapsed. During those 45 mins our server refilled our water glasses one time with warm ice-less water. After an hour we got up and left. What is most disturbing was that the take out orders flew out of the kitchen and were delivered to the take out window and pick up counter without delay. I got the sense while there that nothing was more important to that staff then the take out orders. It may be a long time before we eat at Bob Evans again-never in New Albany, Ohio.

Our recent visit to the Bob Evans location at 100 Cresson Blvd. Phoenixville, Pa. proved to be the worst and most uncomfortable experience I ever encountered.
The first impression we had was to touch dirty doors, walk on carpets loaded with debris. find broken signs, sticky tables, dust on windowsills, and spotted silverware.
If we weren't entertaining friends we would have left this nightmare of a place.
Although embarrassed with our choice of choosing this location we continue to have a good relationship with our friends.
Sanitization does not hold a high priority at this location.

Very long wait time, seating customers that came in after we did, before us
My wife, granddaughter and I went to the Bob Evans, Nicholasville, KY on 20 June 2021. We checked in with the employee taking names and was told the wait time was 30 min. We noticed several groups that came in after us were seated and we were ignored. My wife asked the employee when we would be seated and the employee said there was 3 or 4 groups ahead of us. All of the people waitin for a seat came in after us. We had been waiting for about 1 hour. This is a very poor way to run a restaurent. We left and went to a different restaurent and was seated immediately. We will not return to the Nicholasville, KY Bob Evans.
Trash Potatoes
I have now purcheses two of your mashed potato products and had to throw them in the trash. The cost for both is about $10.00. One was opened when I got hope, not sealed properly, the pother one was like soup with lumps. Pure trash. If you cant do better close shop instead taking my money for TRASH!

Original mashed potatoes
We've used these potatoes multiple times. When I opened the package tonight, purchased at Ralph's Grocery on Pacific Coast Hwy. in Torrance, California, it was like putting a can of potato soup in the pan without the potato chunks. They were so soupy we had to eat them in bowls. I added cheese to try and thicken them. It did no good.
The scan code number is: [protected]. Two days ago they were out of stock so these had been put out yesterday or this morning.
I hope this was just a bad batch. We have another package to use. If they are as bad as this one, we won't even bother to eat them. Into the garbage they'll go and we won't bother buying them again.

Why servers still have to wear masks?
Visited store on Wilmington Pike in Centerville Ohio on June 10, 2021 and your servers still are being forced to wear masks. What is wrong with you? Our mask mandates have been dropped. Vaccines are available to anyone who wants one. Stop forcing this disgusting practice on your awesome and hardworking employees. If I go in there again and they're still being forced to wear them I'll take my business elsewhere. The freak show is over so get it together corporate!

Thick bacon purchased
It was not thick fell apart when talking out of the package. I had my grandkids over they love bacon I was so disappointed at This product. I've always gone with Bob Evans sausage bacon always loved it but this time I think it was package strong. I don't know how much more that you would want me to say about this product to make sure that it is somehow result whether you give me cash back or coupon to purchase the same product again.

Counter sitting
I came in Saturday May 22nd the counter chairs were gone. I am an original customer from opening day and I sit exclusively at the counter. There is a kinship at the counter comparable to that "Cheer" feeling where everyone knows your name! I am a solo customer! Why take up a two or four top and it's just me! I continue to come here on almost a daily basis as well as my counter mates. Please reinstate counter sitting. I am sending this request for myself, (Mr Black, Bill, Paul, Mr Larimore, Gary, Frank and dozens others. The individuals l listed are Seniors, Veterans and Friends. Please help us, thanks for your time.

I had a meal chicken pot pie with banana bread. I took half of mybdinner home so i could eat it tomorrow. I asked for a seving of banana to take with me and they charged me so i said i did wany it. She took it off bill. I thought that it would be free since i had a serving with my dinner. I know that i had more bread before while eating in and i thought that i had another taken home.
