Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems Bad service

Placed and paid for an online order for 2 sandwiches. Total time from placing order to receiving order was 62 minutes. As I am a disabled person my fiance went to pick up the sandwiches. He waited in the lobby for 44 minutes during which time not only were other online orders fulfilled but new customers came in, ordered and received their orders and left. I called the store to put in a complaint and the employee, mitchell, told me I was lying and hung up on me. The phone was then taken off the hook for the remainder of the business day and you only got a busy tone. There is no customer service hotline whatsoever. The only employees I was able to speak to were oversees in the ordering department. They confirmed the phone was taken off the hook but could not help any further. My fiance then drove all the way back to the store in an effort to confront mitchell about the bad service and subsequent misconduct he performed by not handling the complaint professionally, he furthered his unprofessionalism and stated he didnt care. I am at a loss with this situation. Not only was there bad service, but complaints were not taken seriously, and there is no one in cooperate you can contact about the situation. How is this place still in business? It shouldnt be

Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems Not allowing an employee to take their diabetic medicine and eat when she said she needed to.

Was in the Chambersburg store and this young girl had said she needed to eat and take her diabetic medicine because her blood sugar was high. They had her fill pickles and stuff and then she had to continue to slice while the red headed girl was in the back. Girl slicing looked like she was gonna be sick and pass out. I then came back later that day to the same girl crying because they fired her for calling off the day before for her child being sick and her not finding coverage. Y'all need to do better. If I was her I would sue because she could've easily passed out at that slicer and seriously injured herself and I believe the employees name is Shayla

Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems Less meats( no weighing)

Again! Sandwiches have very little meat! Not weighing)..every time reported...franchise says " not true!" I visited more than one in areas. .watched meat sliced onto sabdwich...barely enough...no weighing involved! VISITED TOMS RIVER, MANCHESTER AND BARNEGAT..PURCHASE ONE TO TWO LARGE SUBS...NO WEIGHING ON ANY...MINIMUM MEATS...WAS TOLD " PAY MORE FOR ADDITIONAL MEAT!"

Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems Why a Charge for cheese on a tuna sub

I placed on order at the Naples

Florida location

I ordered a tuna sub with cheese & tomatoes. When I paid for the sub there was an extra charge to the sandwich it was for cheese. When I questioned it they said it was a company policy. Never ever in 45 years at a sub shop

On a sun it’s automatic that cheese comes on subs. And no it wasn’t extra cheese I could see charging for extra cheese. I will never ever return subway and firehouse house now have all

My business FYI . I don’t cook

So it’s a lot of business you lost for charging to out cheese on a sub

Desired outcome: A logical answer as to why you would charge for cheese on a tuna sub and not on other subs.

Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems 14071 West Bell Road Surprise, AZ [protected]

Called in order under gauge...I bought over 30 dollars of lunch didn't need to go to you.

I wanted a giant #13 original Italian with everything on it including
vinegar no oil oregano black pepper and banana peppers with a little mayo
white bread they gave me barely any meat with no tomato no lettuce no vinegar and whole wheat. Like I told him I don't spend 20 dollars just on my sandwich for it to be they way you want it to be. He said I don't appreciate your tone and I said you don't argue with customers why would I be calling if it was right its not my fault you cant get a sandwich order correct. Phadra sirmon and jada peters/nelson on 10 /6/21 left shift and ran outside of job placement between11 and 1 from heath oh hebron location attempting to chase me and ive recieved voicemails threats from jersey mike phone bumver at heath store employees using phone to threaten me

Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems Service-how subs were made and incorrect sub

The sun I ordered lg $15 plus,
Person put Mayo on the sub!
I asked 4 time for no Mayo and no Jersey toppings over n over!
The 4 girls on duty Monday night around 8pm was a circus, shifting sandwiches instead of making them right in front of you as they should be, several people were getting wrong toppings and statements from this location customers that night were "they do this all the time"? They were leaving toppings on and then just leaving them set-what a soggy joke for someone.
I spoke to mgr of the store and he was very immature and quite non understanding of my whole conversation. Ending with I would be compensated at what he or the regional mgr would like to give me...not happening.! As a business owner, I was not satisfied and your return to make me happy is give me what I paid and straighten that store out along with the mgr and the girl that said she use to be mgr and she will help me? What a thing to say-obviously you are not the mgr. any longer and what ever the reason I didn't ask to speak to you!

Desired outcome: My sub cost returned to me and to fix that store. It’s our only Jersey Mikes.

Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems service was horrible and the sandwich bread was stale and not made correctly.

It took almost 16 minutes after I ordered my food to receive it. They had 5 people in the sandwich area who appeared to be more interested in talking than getting the customers serviced. One of the employees were actually sweeping around the food being made and talking to the sandwich makers distracting them. One customer expressed he's going to miss his flight after waiting 20 minutes. Everyone in line waiting for their food was upset. The only person doing her job in an professional manner was the cashier. For a sandwich to cost almost $9.00 and not be edible is unexcuseable. This experience has literally given me a bad taste in reference to Jersey Mike's.
