I bought a new 2021 Chrysler *** on Nov 23rd. I couldn't even drive it off the lot 'cause it broke down right away. The dealership been sayin' they gonna "take care of me" and fix the car. It's been over two weeks of them thinkin' it was fixed, then it wasn't, then it was, then it wasn't. So, I want my money back or a trade with another dealer.

They won't fix the problem. The sales manager looked at the fancy wheels but then changed his mind and put tires on the regular rims instead. I'm not getting what I paid for. And on top of that, he was rude and said, "Who are you gonna call?" and then hung up on me.

Unfortunately, the truck bed has rusted and become unusable. They refuse to take responsibility and cover the repair costs. They don't respond to my calls or Jeep Wave, customer care either. I've been dealing with this issue for over 8 months now. All I want is for my truck to be fixed. This is shoddy work and poor business practice.

The folks in the service department are real unprofessional and never call me back, even when my jeep's gettin' worked on. As the owner, I reckon they should reach out if they got any questions or concerns. I'm mighty disappointed with their service and don't trust nobody at that company. I'm gonna let jeep know 'bout the lousy service I've been gettin'. Honestly, I hope this dealership goes under.

My car got wrecked in a crash. Bob Howard CJDR was supposed to send the warranty check to Tinker Federal Credit Union. I've been talkin' to TFCU and they canceled the warranty, but the check ain't been sent. I been callin' and leavin' messages with Bob Howard CJDR's finance department for two weeks and ain't got no call back. I asked to talk to the Financial Director at Bob Howard CJDR, left a message, and still no call back. I don't know what to do now. My bank account keeps gettin' charged for the monthly car payment 'til Bob Howard pays their part of the warranty loan.

Got a $3000.00 Mopar warranty, can get refund in 60 days as per contract from FCA US LLC. Bought it on 06/02. Already talked to Mopar and loanholder, they say refunds gotta go through dealer. Tried contacting dealership many times 'bout refundin' this optional warranty, but they ain't respondin' at all. They sent me emails with .tif files, can't open 'em, no explanation given. Tried replyin' to those emails too, but they ignore 'em. Can't say they doin' this on purpose, but it's careless.

When I drove an hour and a half from my place to buy the car, I got a text saying the car was being sent for repairs because of hail damage. They had told me on Oct. 13th that the repairs would be done and the car would be taken off the lot. When I got approved for the car and agreed to buy it, nobody said anything about hail damage and it wasn't advertised that way. They promised to finish the repairs and deliver the car to me by Monday Oct. 19th, but then I got a text saying it wouldn't be ready. They didn't offer me a loaner car even though I bought a new car from them and put down $2000. After begging for a loaner, I finally got one. It's now Wednesday Oct. 28th and I still don't have the car I bought.

During our conversation, I specifically asked *** if they would include our county sales tax in the deal, and he said yes. But guess what? They didn't include it, and my husband didn't notice when he signed the paperwork. I've tried multiple times to get help, but all they do is promise to call back and then never do. The tax rate in *** County is ***%, and we paid $91561.00 for the truck. We need to pay the taxes to register the vehicle in our county, but we can't afford it. The dealership isn't doing anything to fix this, so now I want my down payment of *** back. I bought a used dodge ram from this dealership on 9/7/2022. I've had the vehicle for a while now and I've already insured it and made my first payment on the auto loan. I've had to contact this dealership 4 times because they haven't sent me the title yet. Without the title, I can't keep my tags and registration legal. It's been over 30 days since I bought the car, and I still haven't received the title from the dealership. So now my temporary tags are expired. The dealership told me that the previous owner lived in North Carolina and they never got the old title from him, so they don't have one to send me. They also said there's nothing they can do right now, and if I get a ticket, they'll reimburse me for it. When I called them today, the lady told me to just put my old tag on my new car, but that's not possible because the old tag belongs to my ex. I'll be getting a new tag for the car, and it's highly illegal to use a tag that's not registered to the vehicle. I told her about my custody hearing where they check my home and vehicle for the safety of my children. Having an unregistered vehicle with expired tags puts my case at risk. I asked if they could give me a new temporary tag until they get the title, but they said no. As of today, I still don't have any tags, and the dealership said they might have to go to court to get a court-ordered title, which will take even longer. I asked if they have an estimated time for a resolution, but they said no, I just have to wait.

I decided to get a second opinion from Dodge. They inspected the car and found similar problems, saying I needed to fix the struts and front end suspension. So, I thought it would be better to let the dealership handle it, even though it was more expensive. Initially, *** told me it would cost around $1500, but when I returned, he said that was incorrect because it didn't include parts and labor. The actual cost was ***, but I got a $100 discount for being a vet. I picked up my car, thinking it was fixed, but it still pulled hard to the right, just like before. I went back to the dealership and told *** about the issue. He took the car to the back and had the Head Maint *** do the work because the person who initially worked on my car didn't do the wheel alignment. I was charged for an alignment that wasn't even done. On the flyer, it said the alignment was ***, but on my cost sheet, it said ***. *** told me the guy who did the work didn't know how to do it and tried his best. He said he would've found someone else if he couldn't do it, but that didn't happen. The Head Maint guy came out and said he fixed it, but the alignment would still be off because the wheels were still fixed in the previous state. I went to Discount Tire and replaced the wheels, which fixed the alignment. I went to TX to visit my father, who had a seizure and stroke, and I needed to figure out options for his health. Sorry, I can't provide more information.

I contacted them to find out if it was still available and was informed by the sales man that it is still available and if I was wanting to secure the truck I would have to put a deposit down and then that would be applied to the final dollar amount. I put $500 down to secure the truck on 11/23 and then just waited for the sales man to reach out when the truck came in. It finally came in on the 3rd of Dec. I drove up to *** Howard to finalize the purchase which wasn't bad at all, I had my own financing. A few days later I realized that I didn't see the adjustment on the final price where they applied the $500 to hold the truck. I contacted the sales man I'd been working with around Dec 15th to let him know and he said he would take care of it. I waited for a week and never heard back from him so I reached out again, he said that he passed it off to accounting manager and they were going to take care of it. Another week goes by and still haven't heard anything from them or seen a return on my card. At this point I'm starting to get *** that I'm having to work this hard to get my money back, so this time I call Jan 24th 2022 and asked to speak to a manager in accounting and I was transferred to accounting and the manager was in with a customer. I told the in accounting what was going on and he said that he would let the manager know and see if they could just issue a live check. The guy I spoke with in accounting called me back to let me know that ***(manager) approved them to issue a live check and that it would go out Jan 25th 2022 and that I would probably have the check by that Thursday the 27th. I waited that whole week and never seen a check nor did I see a credit back to my card. I thought I would give it another few day encase it got hung up in the mail, 31st, 1st, 2nd and 3rd still nothing so I decided to reach out *** Howard again.
