Yesterday was the 2nd time since August 31st that Borgata has blocked my account citing Self Exclusion. And because Borgata and BetMgm are affiliated with each other, they both blocked my account without giving me a reason why. At that time I didn’t even know what the term meant. So after researching the term, knew I hadn’t caused it. After no less than trying to call 12 times, never once did anyone ever come to the phone. And each time I called I waited for no less than 30 minutes at a time before a voice would say for me to try again later. The same with their chatline and emails. The customer service is absolutely pitiful. And if they respond to an email they’ll tell you someone will call you within 72 hours but they never ever call you back. They finally sent me an email saying my account was now unblocked, and the reason that they blocked me was they said some of my personal information got mixed up with someone elses. I never even got an insincere apology. So hear we go again. If they think that I’m going to be stupid enough to fall for their scam, they’re out of their minds. They absolutely have the worst customer service in the gaming industry. It’s a complete joke. And because they’re in kahhoots with MGM you get the same kind of unprofessional treatment from both casinos. I can’t imagine what you’d have to do if they owed you money. My only option is to close both of my accounts and do my gambling at any and all of the other casinos. They’re useless and completely incompetent. Good riddance.
