I had booked my air tickets through Price Line on 5 February 2024. Unfortunately I discovered that my ticket has been cancelled by the airline. I found out this incident after I realized confirmation pending. The airline debited my credit card despite cancellation. I approached the Agent since then and spoke to several agents for the refund. I wasted my precious 30 hours in the process of chasing for the refund. But as of 25 March I have failed to see any action. It was a Merry Go Round game. When I purchased my original airline ticket I was told that my flight was supposed to be a morning arrival instead they gave me a late evening arrival. I had to make a change because I am meeting a group in the morning hours. I am asking for a full refund of the ticket change price of $442.00 as this is a financial stain on me. Maddening customer service system
I booked a hotel in Iceland, and have the price is in USD on Priceline's website. I received a confirmation letter from Booking.com after a few minutes. The price shown was in Euros. I have wasted over 3 hours, and a lifetime of patience, trying to get this changed back to USD. I stayed at the same hotel this past August - was in USD. I have another booking in May - in USD. Everyone of many bookings that I have had has been in USD.
I was told that since Priceline booked this, it must be escalated from Booking.com to Priceline. After hearing that about 10 times, instead of actually doing that, they gave me a "direct number to Priceline" to call. I did. Still got Booking.com.
To have all communications with people in India, reading off of scripts and not actually thinking, is maddening. Priceline may as well just formally change its name to Booking.com, one of the poorest booking sites out there. Terrible system.
Recommendation: Allow communication with a real person, that is really with Priceline.
Priceline charges
We made a booking on Sept 11th at 2:45pm for several days and immediately the dates were incorrect and cancelled that trip within minutes of booking it and rebooked for the following week . Looking at my banking charges and see a charge for $96.07 . I called priceline to question the charge and they're stance was that the charge was for the cancellation the day before the trip. I had a supervisor on the phone and read the cancellation policy from they're website which stated after 4pm the day prior was considered 24hrs. She pulled my email up which then showed it being cancelled between 2:45 and 3:00pm the day before. She saw it for herself. She then went on to say that because it was the day before that is why the charge. I asked her again to tell me when the email was sent and also what the cancellation policy stated which she couldn't deny either fact but stood by the charge. Again I asked her about the time the email was sent and the policy which she clearly stated and I clearly could read that I was right in my stance. This was the first time using Priceline and definitely will be the last.
Recommendation: use a different company for booking

I wanted to take a vacation for the weekend so I did some research and found a website/app called Priceline which basically allows you to book for nice & beautiful hotels at a reasonable and affordable prices so I booked a hotel for $101.64 (The Trip Number is [protected] as Shown from the Picture) but unfortunately I got sick so I wasn’t able to make it to the hotel then once I have started feeling better from my sickness, I contacted Priceline about my situation and I asked Priceline for an refund but Priceline refused to give me a refund despite Priceline knowing that what I’m saying is true because even Priceline admitted they can see from their systems that I have never shown up to the hotel.
Desired outcome: I just want Priceline to refund me the $101.64 back to my original payment.

Room at a Comfort Inn in Plymouth Mn. We had two rooms, room 221 and 224. The T.V. in room 224 did not work. Staff could not get it to work and did not have another room available. In the morning the shower faucet came off when we turned the water on in room 224, so we could not use the shower. The room smelled musty and again with no other rooms available we were stuck. We would like a refund on this room.

Waking up to find the shower faucet coming off and not being able to use the shower is unacceptable. On top of that, a musty-smelling room is just adding insult to injury. You definitely deserve a refund for such a subpar stay. I hope Priceline and Comfort Inn address this issue and provide the compensation you're requesting.

One was the original cost of the flight, the second was the cost of the flight plus the insurance I purchased. Priceline company is scam. There are so many issues with this company. I am a VIP gold member. 1. Sep 25 - Qatar to MAA $183 - The flight was delayed more than 3 hours and no compensation/rescheduling was given inspite of multiple attempts on resolution. 2. Hotel
I paid Priceline the full amount for a hotel room(Comfirmation:[protected]). But the hotel was in a restricted zone and I couldn't get there. I had to cancel before I checked in. The hotel said it was Priceline's fault for selling me the room, but Priceline said they were only acting as a middleman and wouldn't give me my money back. I don't think that's right. We have a confirmed return ticket for my family of 3 traveling from DFW - MAA booked thru Priceline.com departing 25th May 2024 and returning 29th July 2024.
Delta Airline recently has made some schedule changes and removed a connection iterinary from CDG - MAA. So, we have been working with Priceline to re book this flight.
