1.I purchased Bosch WM 8 washer5dryerWVG30460IN from M/S New Rythm house Sector -18 Noida, vide their invoice NRH/17-18/1185 dated 19 Oct 2017.
The machine worked till 2022 satisfactorily .
2. However, during the year 2023,the machine got defective as per details given below:-
(a) Defect Dryer Module defective diagnosed by Mr Pratap of Kool Care services on 28 Feb 2023. The module was replaced.
(b) Defect Power Module and dryer module defective diagnosed on 02 Jun 2023 by Mr Vikas of Galaxy Enterproses. The modules were replaced.
(c) On 03 Sep 2023, the defect Dryer Module defective was diagnosed by Mr Naveen and Module was changed FOC.
(d) The machine got defective on 18 Nov but I could report it only on 26 Nov since I was out of station from 19 Nov to 25 Nov23. The defect Dryer Module defective was diagnosed by Mr Gurveen of ---. On changing the module, the machine did not work and he further diagnosed that Invertor Module was defective. The cost of module was quoted as Rs 9540/-.
3. It is not understood as to how can a module of Bosch machine can fail repeatedly without any analysis for its recurring failure. The response of out sourced service agency needs much to be desired. I spoke to Area Manage Mr Kukreja and apprised him of repeated failures of parts and cost involved.
as of now I have no choice but to dish out cost of module without any certainty of its working.
Its time Bosch took their brand seriously.
Claimed loss: (M/S Bosch) must withdraw the WM for a detailed analysis and instituting remedial measures and provide me with a machine as a relief for the duration of detailed analysis.
Desired outcome: The Company must live up to its reputation of being the Brand it claims to be. There is gap in performance which needs to be bridged.
