request for replacement of faulty siemens refrigerator
Siemens refrigerator, as pre details below, owned by me in india is down since beginning of november 2013.
E number kd49nx63ne/08
Fd number 8906
Serial number 10046
Purchase date 09.08.2009
Siemens has failed to rectify the fault even after 5 months which implies that there is inherent design/manufacturing defect in the subject refrigerator. The clear intent of buying siemens, a world class top of the line product with more than thrice the price of local refrigerator, was to have a full potential long service life. This non rectification of refrigerator by siemens has resulted appreciable amount of financial loss, loss of time and harassment because of siemens inability to rectify the fault.
It is therefore humbly requested to please replace my refrigerator with equivalent or higher model of brand new siemens refrigerator at the earliest on free of charge basis.
oven defect
I used the self clean programme on my oven a couple of days ago and towards the end of the cycle the inner glass panel broke! I rang up Bosch customer services and was told that if there is any grease on the glass prior to use it causes a hotspot which can cause the glass to break. I told them I always wiped the oven and door with a damp cloth as instructed in their manual so I didn't believe I was liable to pay for its repair. I also said that if Bosch knew there was a risk of the glass breaking why wasn't it mentioned in their manual. I was told it wasn't necessary as the manual says the door should be cleaned prior to use. As I have had the oven for approx five years I have been told I will have to pay for its repair as it is outside of their guarantee.

motor housing corrosion
I have had this router for a few years but it hasn't been used that much but the base and motor housing has a lot of corrosion makes it difficult to move base and motor. from what I have heard there are a lot of others with the same problem .I have 2 other Bosch routers setting right beside this one with no corrosion . So you seem to have a problem with this model #1618 fixed base . Give me some help Please . Gene

vehicle not handed back
My complaint is against bosch car service - hillfox autotronic
It all started last year january 2012 when I proceeded to talk to pratresh the client manager at bosch. The vehicle was stripped at the engine and asked pratresh to please repair the vehicle to road standard. It was agreed upon that bosch would have a look at the vehicle to establish what would be cheaper and easier for them in the end, the two options they would consider was to put a whole new engine in the vehicle or repair current engine back to running condition.
In april I received a phone call from pratresh with a quote to fix the vehicle and it was for r 12500.00. Question I asked was if that would be all to repair the vehicle and was assured by pratresh that it was all that was wrong and they would fix the problem easy.
Two days later I received another call from pratresh to give a new quote as they have found parts to be short to complete the work. The second quote was for r 38 500.00 suddenly a difference of more r 25000.00. When asked why the sudden rise in price his response was they could not open the boot before to see what would be short to complete their work. As I use my vehicle for my work I proceeded to borrow the money to complete the work as this was an influence on my personal life.
When payment was made I asked to be informed how long this would take and it was said to be two to three weeks as they had to order parts. Accepted by as they had already worked on the engine they assured that it was cheaper than putting a new engine in the vehicle. After another 3 months the vehicle was finally completed as I received a phone call from pratresh to inform me I could come and collect my vehicle that was in 100% working order. Happy about it all I went in with my employer to collect the vehicle. Once taken to my vehicle pratresh informed us that they could not remove the engine light at the moment but all was in order with the vehicle and should come back in a couple of days to switch it of. Was also assured the vehicle would be no problem to drive. All of this is on voice recording and also highlighted why they never put a new engine from the start and poor answers was given.
First trip to durban cost me 10 litres of oil as it was pouring onto the road. It was taken for an aa test and failed badly. When I informed pratresh, he told us that the vehicle should come back so they could sort out his problem. The vehicle was returned by end june and was assured by pratresh that it was a small problem and would take two to three days to sort out. As I made another tape when talking to pratresh he admitted they did not do the correct job from the start and admitted it would have made more sense to have put a new engine in from the start.
Then the main owner gideon was involved on emails and proceeded to inform us the vehicle was personally worked on by him as he took owner ship of fixing this problem of a simple oil leak. He admitted on email that his working staff did not do the correct work and that it would have to start all over on the vehicle again. After a month passed there was still no answer again and I was left without my vehicle.
Then they proceeded to give me a tazz from his work shop to use while they are fixing the vehicle. This is a 13 tazz and my vehicle is a volvo s60 so that was a trade for a week while they would fix the problem and have my vehicle back to me. After one more month my patience was running out and confronted pratresh once more to follow up on the state of the vehicle to find they had no answer on the small oil leak and had to wait for their engineers to come back on problem. No answer could be given on when I could receive my vehicle back. Then pratresh informed me I should just be happy they are fixing the vehicle as it is in such a bad way. I asked him about his words previously that all was 100% as they have fixed all and said they did not cause this problem but have it on email and voice recording they admit they were at fault.
As months passed no communication from them my wife proceeded to try and find out when it would be completed. Pratresh informed her we should not phone anymore as they are spending over r 30000.00 from their side to fix my vehicle that was in poor condition that they supposed to have fixed. They would not talk to us as I was abusing their vehicle that they offered to give without signing or taking responsibility. Now they are coming with stories that it the reason for the vehicle to be delayed.
When asked for a report on the vehicle they refuse and state it is not required as they are paying to fix vehicle. On this point it was paid 6 months ago according to their quote by me and was not a small amount. Now if I paid r38500.00 and they r 30000.00 it sure does not make sense how a new engine of r 25000 would not have been the better option.
Now I am at the stage of taking legal action and it is in process. I have also phoned your office and spoke to hilda to put in a complaint against them. She phoned them and proceeded to inform me the vehicle was set to be completed by 21 january 2013. I told her that I have been hearing this for the last 6 months and said I could not do anything but wait. Now we are on 31 january 2013 and not even a word received back from bosch when this problem is to be sorted out.
When the vehicle was taken to them there was no problem with fixing it back to working order. Now that it was more difficult to fix and that they never did proper job in assessing the damage to the engine in the first place it becomes my fault? It was assured by pratresh that they work on allot of volvo motors and mine wouldn’t have been a problem.
I appeal to you please help me with this problem as I believe this is not legal to what is happening to me as person. Money has been paid and vehicle was release and this is 6 months later, how could this be right? If the vehicle was repaired by them and still more had to be done and still no luck I would believe the work quality is poor and not up to standard as advertised and supported by sambra.
This problem is running for more than a year and would like my vehicle back in working order as I have paid for it. Not once have they contacted us to give progress report and now that I enquire about a report on what has all been done on the vehicle it is denied?
Please assist in this matter.

To whom it may concern:
Once again service that we have received from everyone involved in this matter up to date has been none existence.
As soon as anyone speaks to bosch’s manager and listens to their side of the case it just gets accepted without proper investigations being done because it seems to be trouble for people to do their jobs correct.
‘simple points that would not make sense if you ask simple questions to the matter at hand’
1) the matter of warranty is a matter that cannot be relevant in this case because the vehicle was booked out 7 days and then returned to bosch for repairs.
Now think logical about this 7 days driving 30 000km is impossible if logic is put to that question.
2) bosch had replied a week after the vehicle was booked in to render apology because it had taken so long. The same letter from bosch states in their own words that it is a small oil leak and I should not worry that they will fix the problem without cost.
3) now the big question why on earth would they offer to provide me with another vehicle to drive around that is registered to bosch?
4) does this make sense that if the warranty has expired and that it is result of bad driving the vehicle handed back to them in such a bad condition how on earth would they write a letter to state all cost will be carried by them and that the problem was a small one? And then why provide me a vehicle after all of that?
Do I sound frastrated yes! Bad service can be provided and then we all need to accept this and in the end take responsibility for others incompetence.
Just think logically 175000km exactly and then returned one week later with 30 000km extra?
This point they tried to create didn’t work because their poor work done on the vehicle didn’t even last a month for them to get away from the warranty. This is un logical if you once again apply logic!
Why is it so hard to resolve bad service without the customer spending more money as what he already has just to prove he is not at fault?
How possible is this that written letters and emails from their side is not looked at? How much more is needed video footage? Of this we also have.
For the consumer board it all started out so positive and then it was a struggle as your people are on leave and then the systems are down. Is there only one person in that whole department?
Once he is on leave the matter of the consumer must be left until one day he has actually has time to deal with my matter.
This is sad we are a country that has to fight to receive the simple things that we do pay for.

started on fire
Just had our bosch dishwasher start on fire. We had started the load after a late supper and I happened to still be awake when there came a crackling/popping noise from the kitchen. I went in to find flames coming out of the selector button area of the dishwasher. It also charred the underside and front edge of our kitchen counter top. I am so glad 1) that we were home and not at a time that I started a load and ran errands and 2) that I was still awake to hear it and catch it early. Very scary. By the looks of these other complaints I do not think we will purchase another bosch.

paid for product never received
We bought an item for $580 on ebay. The company has high ratings on ebay so thought it was a good company to deal with. Not!!! Company took our money and will not respond to our correspondence or phone calls. They kept up the good response until the deadline for pay-pal or ebay to help has passed. I have documentation of at least 30+ emails to them with...
Read full review of Bosch and 1 commentno refund of $150.00 received
Rebate of $150.00 for installation offered by bosch/sears together. Sent rebate into bosch address with all required paperwork in may 2012. Waited until the end of august & I was told they never got it. Resubmitted to theis resubmissions dept (that should have told me something there, so many not rec'd there is a resubmission dept!) waited 3 more wewks, they said not rec'd on their www.web-rebates.com website. I phoned them [protected] and they said they rec'd it and it was never processed. Said wait four more weeks! This is a major runaround. A huge company like this stiffing us peons, c'mon bosch, make good on your offers.
$1340 dishwasher not working
We spent $1340 on a Bosch dishwasher. It stopped working in nov 2011 after 28 months. Bosch give their dishwashers 2years . I complained on Bosch customer service line twice and wrote to their website. Bosch suggested contacting extended warranty insurance company. The service provider of insurance company got a solenoid from Bosch. This did not fix problem so dishwasher still didn't work. The service provider then suggested getting a new motor but said that Bosch wouldn't be able to provide it for some time. By this time we had wasting 4 months of extended warranty. I wrote email to Bosch who suggested I contacted insurance company to see if they would extend my extended warranty for the amount of time we had been waiting for parts- four months. Eventually new motor was sent from Bosch and service provider arrived at my house to remove dishwasher. Five months They said they would work on dishwasher in their workshop as it could take 3 hours which would be a waste in my home!
My Bosch dishwasher is not in my home, is not doing the job for which I purchased it - to wash dishes Consumer beware - Research which dishwasher you buy.
bad, bad bad dishwasher
My husband purchased a Bosch SHE 56C dishwasher for me just over 5 years ago. We had always been told BOSCH was the best and this was my birthday present. Two months ago, the water stopped getting hot, a new water heater was ordered and replaced and now the electronic panel is supposedly bad. It wasn't before the water heater was replaced. This dishwasher is a piece of crap! I have had China dishwashers last longer this one and that's not saying much! Stay away, stay away stay away. Be very wary of this one!

price
I bought a tassimo coffee maker. it was on sale for 168.00. Afterwards I saw it on sale for 148.00 at Homeoutfitters at Square one and 128.00 at Walmart square one. I feel Candaian Tire should meet their price and give me a credit. I have used the machine once and cannot return it.
poor workmanship
I took my vehicle in for a service on th 26th of Oct 2011 for a super 40 service. I informed Bosch that on a previous service that they had informed me that the aircon radiator was leaking and would need to be repaired. I advised them that they could now go ahead and repair the Aircon radiator. Bosch informed me that I would need to pay a R1000 deposit before they could order the parts. I paid the deposit and Bosch informed me that when the parts arrived, that they would call me and let me know when i could bring my vehicle back in for the repairs. A few days later, Bosch called me and advised that I could bring my vehicle in on the 3rd of November 2011. I informed Bosch that in addition to the aircon repairs, that they would need to check why my vehicle was leaking oil from the service on the 26/10/11? On the collection of my vehicle on 3/11/11, Bosch assured me that everything had been checked and that they had replaced the caps which had not been closed properly by their mechanics, hence the leaking oil, and that I should have no further issues. Sadly today on 12/12/11, i discovered that my vehicle is leaking oil again and that water is spraying all over the engine... Who can i complain to about this, because when i called the Manager at Bosch Centurion (Carlo) and queried whether they knew what they were doing, he responded “No!”
unfit repairs team
I sent my car for repairs, it had blown the cylinder head. So I had purchased a good working replacement one from elsewhere, I am a mechanic myself but with that car I did not want to mess it up, so I towed it into their service centre, right after I purchased new Spark plugs and new engine oil, all I needed for them to do was to do a timing on it for me so the engine could run. This incident happened in 2009 by the way.
Now to me if you are a specialist with these things and have went through training and are licensed to do similar jobs, this would be a piece of cake for you, but to my suprise, not with their Workshop manager "Gerald". they promised to call me back as soon as they know what the problem is and have resolved it, no phone call came through for 2 days until I went and asked them what is the progress, only to find that they have now went and replaced my brand new spark plugs I had purchased from a VW dealer and their excuse was oh no the head gasket is off, I must get a replacement one. BUT they had an edge to charge me R1900.00 and I had to pay it otherwise they confiscate my car and sell it to retrieve the "cost of repair" What! which repair since repair since I still had to tow the bloody car back to my yard and do more trouble shooting and I fixed it by myself, all thanks to VW Vortex.
My advise to all the consumers out there, stay away from Bosch Witbank, rather find an alternative service centre that will fix your car and get you going in no time, watch out especially for those "mampara" joke-team in that branch. I went further and laid a complaint with their head office, they did nothing to that bloke as he still works in that branch and I believe is still reaping people off their hard earned moneys for kak repairs!
poor quality
I bought all Bosch Appliances in 2008 when building my new home. My Washing Machine Nexxt 500 series leaked around the seal within the first 6 months. When you remove the bleach/fabric softner dispenser, there is black mold all over the back of this piece of plastic and once it is out, there is also black mold all behind it and I find it impossible to completely clean. The clothes, do not get very clean and often the towels smell moldy. There is mold growing on the inner seal and what was supposed to be LARGE capacity is NOT. I am completely disappointed in the quality of this product. The matching Dryer is okay, it does dry fast. It is SUPPOSED to be energy saving, however, it is not. There is no way to turn OFF the wrinkle guard option, so unless you plan to babysit this dryer, everything cycles off and on for hours. My Bosch dishwasher does not get dishes clean, is of a very poor quality on the racks and very little except plates and glasses fit. The racks have fallen apart, and are not secure enough to hold dishes steady. This was considered the 'top of the line' dishwasher and was quite pricey compared to other brands. I would NEVER buy a Bosch product again.
free replacement not honored
A Bosch Premium Plus battery was purchased in August of 2009 for $89.99, plus taxes, state battery recycling fees, and installation fees. The battery has a 8 year warranty and a 3 year free replacement warranty. The battery died in October 2011, the car was brought to Pep Boys to confirm it was not working and under warranty. I was informed it would be over...

This guy is touting buying worthless land then selling to unsuspecting investors who are less informed than you are.
I watched his presentation the first case study was a lot in Lucerne CA. I know that land better than any living human. I could recognize it by the tax number. He bought it for 289.00 there are 7000 of these lots that were platted in 1924. The deeds were given away at the movies in the depression. No streets and roads at the time. A man named George Triphon in 1965. bought about 5k of them at tax sale from Lake co. surveyed all the lots and put roads in to most of them. However never did put water power or sewer. He then sold them for 5 to 10k each mostly on contract. these owner eventually either let them go for tax's or someone inherited them. The tax collector will not even sell them for back tax.s because they have no value. And yearly tax's are like 5 to 10 bucks.
There are hundreds upon hundreds of these kind of shadow plats in the US. there are over 2 million lots in the deserts of CA that have never been built on same with AZ and NM. People just keep buying them and selling them. Just because you can deed them from one peron or entity to another does not make them buildable or have any value.
So yes you can buy all sorts of pennie land like pennie stock. And if you have no moral compass you can sell them to unsuspecting buyers and make some money on E bay. But thats what your doing your basically a profiter scammer when you engage in this model.
Now I am sure if you write enough letters in certain areas you can snag a good one. But rarely for 100 to $500... I mean lets get real here folks.
So in my mind Stacy Kellams who recommends this guy is just selling his info. This Jack bosch basically is selling something that can happen so he is probably legal. Just put yourself in the end buyers shoes.
Go to Google maps of Lucerne CA you will see the city by the lake all built out and if you scroll in you will see all these trails in the hills above the town with maybe 3 or 4 homes scatter over 7000 lots. Caveot Emptor.

The jury is still out for me. I will try this and see just how easy it Really is. I know that it takes some work but you do say things like "it sounds too good to be true, but it is
True". And "it's simple" and "takes only a few hours a week" . I have worked since I was 12 years old, have worked a full time and part time job at times so I'm not lazy and pretty motivated to give it a shot. We shall see. Seems like there are too many people out there contacting the same potential sellers. We shall see. I hope I am wrong and you are right, Jack.
Hi,
This is Jack
I would like to make the statement that in my presentation I explicitly state to stay away from worthless land and to only buy quality land. In this market right now only quality properties sell and junk doesn't. I want my students to be successful and therefore only recommend to buy Quality properties.
Second all case studies I show in my presentation are deals my students recently made. In order to protect my student's "territory" and not invite in competition, I never show parcel numbers in my presentation, and not even county names.
So the author of this comment cannot know what area the property was in. As a matter of fact it makes me think this comment is planted by someone not wishing others or me success. but let's for the sake of it assume it is a real comment.
Next because as I just said, every case study I show is an actual success story from a customer shows that this program works. People are selling their properties for pennies on the dollar and other people are buying them.
And buyers are not stupid as the writer indicates. They are very sophisticated people who do their research and only buy if they are convinced the property meets their needs.
the writer just can't imagine that there are people who want land just to be able to
- Preserve it
- put a camper on it and be AWAY from other people
- have large acreage to gain some privacy they are missing in the city.
These are just some of the buyers who are interested in more remote and unimproved land.
But while some people want land that is more remote so they can get away from it all, most of the properties my students and I buy and flip are properties with all utilities, in nice areas worth $10k to $50k and which the owners just don't want anymore.
So no junk land here!
I specifically state to stay away from junk land.
I hope this make sense and if anyone would like to ask more questions please call our office at [protected]. we are always available (form 8-5 pm Pacific time) to answer questions and help you find out if this is the right program for you.
But I love it and I could have not flipped over 3, 190 properties since 2002 if it were all junk land.
Nobody wants junk land and that is NOT what we focus on.
thanks
Jack B.
rebates
was not informed aboout how to go about receving my rebate. was told by Bosch that they should of provided me with every thing necessary to recving my rebate but when I contacted them I was told that the cut off date that the paper work needed to be turned in had passed and that it was my responsibility to know how to receve the rebate. they would not take any resposibility. Bosh would not take any respsibility. so like always the customer takes it in the shorts once more. I spent almost $5, 000.00 and today if I could get my money back I would return everything back to them. I also would tell anyone who would lissen not to do bussness with eather one of them.

micro/conv oven arrived broken
Purchased Bosch micro/conv oven on April 19 2011 along with other products. Oven arrived broken making loud noise. Called store that sold it and was told I had to call appliance repair company. They came and said oven could possibly be fixed and put in new fan blades. Left and fan blades broke immediately. Called store and they contacted regional rep who said "Too bad - customer has to wait for parts to come in and see if it can be repaired" What! I paid $729 plus a $24o trim kit and I have to accept a broken oven that can't be used! DO NOT BUY BOSCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
don't trust them
I've got married 24 September 2010 and asked Jacques and Natasha Bosch to do our wedding photography - what a mistake! It's almost 8 months and we haven't received anything. December 2010, just before Christmas, Jacques send us a sms to ask for all the money with a lot of stories why. He sounded desperate so we decided to pay in the outstanding money that you have to pay them when receiving your photos. He made us promises that our photos are on their way to us - still we didn't receive them. Trying to phone Jacques he is never available nor is Natasha. PLEASE stay away from them - don't use them! They make empty promises and at the end it will cost you legal actions. That’s our next step. I have all the emails with all the promises etc. and all the sms's he send me. They don't care about how much meaning there are in the work you asked them to do.
Again Jacques you try and ###!
It's 4 years later and still we did not receive anything but n with some photos on and a photobook you emailed which needed changes.
In later last year we contacted you and still was left with empty promises!
Please feel free to contact me - I still have all the proof

### Jacques - it's 4 years later - R10 000.00 later and all I received from you is a dvd with some photos and a photobook that was emailed to me that needed changes!
Again you are ###ting people to tell them all the brides received their full packages. In last year we contacted you again with no luck just empty promises!
It's more than 2 years and I still have none of my already paid for photos...
We got married in Sept 2012
Havent recieved anything other tha unedited photos. He was late and left the reception at 18:00h with a crap excuse about a very ill child ( later my husband phoned and there was nothing wrng with his daughter.) He was only at the wedding form 14:00 to 18:00. He promised 2 photographers, didn't happen.
Jacques took photos at my wedding on 16 October 2010. We paid him 50% before the wedding and 50% after the wedding so he can give us the photos... BIG MISTAKE. All i've received so far is a disk with unedited photos. I haven't received any of my printed photos, Album, and 4 Coffee Table books. He's been ducking and diving since after the wedding. He don't make it to appointments, he never answers his phone, and he never returns calls or messages. I don't know how to move forward with this anymore.
Jacques Bosch Photography is a scam.
Got married 23 April 2011 and still waiting for the package of +- R7500 for which we paid in full.
We had to retake all the photos - obviously not at the venue as we stay 1200km from the venue.
every bride did recived their full contens of their package in 2012, at that time everything went wrong was when i was getting devorced and lost everything, but every bride did recived their full package
January 2011 this bide and groom recived all their photos and everything, i also gave them R1000 back. just note at this time i was getting devorced and lost everything. but they did recived their ful package
I wish I saw your warnings before my wedding.
Is this Natasha Bosch from klerksorp? WHen I finally got my photos the where printed on the cheapest paper ever! And I am stil waitnig for my canvas!
Hi all,
I got married on the 4th of September 2010, in rustenburg and we also paid Jacques and natasha bosch 50% before the wedding and the rest after the wedding but only got a disc with unedited photos and nothing else that we were promised and its been 9 months already.
I have opened a case with a forensic investigator, IRS Investigations chad thomas and he would like the details of everyone who has been handled by jacques bosch, as he wants to build up a STRONG criminal case against him. in order to do so, chad would need as much evidence ( affidavits, bank statements etc.) as much as possible. for more information please call me on my cell [protected] or send me your cell no's so i can contact you.
thank you very much Rene
I have the same problem... We got married in October 2010 and we've paid all his money. All we have to show for that is a DVD with unedited photos!
injury whilst using drill
I bought a Bosch Hammer drill from Argos on 19th November 2010 and used it once, the handle on the side of the drill came off. I put it back on as instructed by the bosch instructions that came with the drill and when i used the Hammer drill, the handle went forward and jammed onto the chuck at the top of the drill, this force the drill to twist round and badly twised my arm tearing ligaments and the muscle in my arm, i have been to see a doctor and he has confirmed this and said i was lucky if the drill had gone at a slightly different angle it would have pierced my chest and it could have killed me. I am now having some treatment for the injury.
I took the drill back to Argos in Harlow, Essex where i purchased it, on the 13th December 2010 and gve a mini statement to them, they have since told me that i now need to take this complaint up with you, can you please advise me what needs to be done now.
junk dishwasher
I purchased and paid top dollar for a Bosch dishwasher that has not worked properly from the day it was installed. In fact, most days it does not work at all!
Customer service is a joke... Both that of Bosch and trying to find someone in my "area" that does repair work on this brand. Btw.. I live in a major metropolitan area! I have had this dishwasher "repaired" five times, including having the entire control board replaced, and it still does not work! Every time I have a company to my home to do repairs it is someone different than before because the previous company will not do business with Bosch anymore either!
I have never been more disgusted or dissatisfied with a company or product in my life! Do not waste your money!
Well it is to soon to tell . I had a Bosch disherwasher for 10 years and it never broke down . It was heavy used ever day for the 10 years we had it . So we just got a new one and it is made some what cheaper than the old one . Plastic door latch I see for one thing . Stainless steel in the inside is the same . But on the outside it has no nickel so a magnet will stick to the out side . Nickel in stainless will resist acid and rust . So like I say only time will tell . Can not recommend a new product because one year they are the best the next they make junk and you are paying for the name . Also most appliances now a days is throw money away junk . One last thing the Bosch dishwasher is real quiet . I do not hear good and thought it was not working when I got done installing it . I was wrong it did work . It was a little harder to install but it is a better idea they came up with for the electric . You have a electric box that you have to but underneath the sink . Also holes are lined up so they do not kink up . 11/6/2017 I installed it today
Bought a Bosch dishwasher less than 3 years ago. Soap dispenser does not work all the time. Hard to get to run a cycle. Sometimes takes ten or more tries to get it to run a cycle. It will seem to start (making noises) but clean light will come on in a minute or so. Sometimes it will work first time you try, other times it takes several attempts. Turning off breaker for a while, holding start button for three seconds etc. sees to have no effect. It seems like it is running the end of a previous cycle but attempts to reset do not work. Extremely frustrating, no competent service help, and generally poorly cleaned dishes. Never purchase a Bosch again.
