Terrible Experience with Bowlerstore.com: Wrong Products and Poor Customer Service
Bowlerstore.com is a terrible website. I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could. They sent me the wrong products and even sent my products to someone else. They knew it was their mistake, but they won't give me a refund until they get the products back in their warehouse. This is so unfair because I am out $160.00 because of their "policy". Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I will never buy from them again. They are a complete waste of time and money.
Frustrating User Experience: Poorly Designed Website for Online Shopping
This website is not very user-friendly. I just want to buy something for my family member every once in a while, but they keep asking me to create an account. It's annoying that I have to keep inputting my email address too. The Facebook coupon should be in a different place. It's ridiculous. The IT people who created this site should be fired. Maybe they should do some market testing with people who aren't good with computers. Ordering from this site shouldn't be so difficult. I recently purchased some shirts from BowlerStore.com and I must say, they were very nice and priced nicely too. However, there was a mistake in the order on how the order was filled, and unfortunately, it was not caught until the shirts went to the printer for logos. To make matters worse, the shipment was not correct on one of the shirts. In my order, there were two (2) large, one (1) extra large, and two (2) 2XL. But, they sent one (1) large and two (2) extra large. We did not want two XLs, as they are already printed. We will find out on 11/20/14 if the bowler can wear an XL, as his usual size is large. If the shirt for him is too big, can anything be done about the incorrect shipping?
Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the shirts, but the mistake in the order and shipment was disappointing. I hope BowlerStore.com can rectify the situation and ensure that future orders are filled correctly.

The reviews that average 4.6 must be fake because Sitejabber isn't paying attention. This company failed me twice within a week, and it hasn't happened to anyone else. They want "proof of purchase," but the cancelled order says 0.00, yet my account says there was a charge, and I can't screenshot my order for the ball. How can I provide that? This is a total rip-off.

Mixed-up order and slow return process from BowlerStore.com
I gotta say, I had a bit of a mix-up with my order from BowlerStore.com. I ordered some shoes in what I thought was a women's size 9, but it turned out to be a men's size 9. I guess I didn't realize that "9M" meant "9 men's" instead of "9 medium." Oops!
Anyway, I filled out the return form on Wednesday, August 9th, but it's been longer than 72 hours and I still haven't received the return label. I'm hoping to get this sorted out soon so I can return the shoes and get the right size.

I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the price I got on my bowling ball from BowlerStore.com. It was definitely a good deal, and I was excited to get it personalized with my name. But man, was I bummed when I saw how small the engraving was! I mean, you can barely even see it. And that was the whole reason I ordered from this store in the first place - I wanted a ball that was uniquely mine.
I really wish they could have made the engraving bigger, or done something to make it more visible. It's such a shame, because otherwise I would definitely order from them again. If they could just make the engraving as big as the logo on the ball, or even just double the size, that would be perfect.
Overall, I'm still happy with the price I paid for the ball, but the engraving issue definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve on that in the future, because I know I'm not the only one who wants a personalized ball that actually looks personalized!
