I bought a bed set and airfare on 24th June using PayJustNow and on the 27th I cancelled the order before delivery. Ever since I have been waiting for my refund, now PayJustNow expects me to pay 2 outstanding payments for things I didn’t even receive, see nor touch. 39 days waiting for refund. Their policies say refund is within 3-7days and those days passed long ago. Every day I get stories when I enquire about my refund.I would give them zero if it was permissible

We purchased several items from bradlows, apon delivery we where told the chest of drawers is out of stock. Weeks later I find out out they have discontinued the product. Now i would not have purchased anything if we where informed of this fact. I have tried engaging them with emails but it is clear they have no interest whatsoever to resolve the issue

The agent that assisted me with my Fridge had made a mistake with the address delivery. The lady and I confirmed so many times where the Fridge should be sent to. I have now called and she says the address did not change and I should make my own arrangements. I am not happy especially when I spent most of my day at the shop making sure everything will go smoothly. Now I have to take out of my pocket which is not fair as I did everything correct on my end.

Dear Sir/Madam.
I am not happy with the promise that was made regarding my delivery.
Yesterday I was called by the Driver(Thokozane-[protected]) and he told me that they were leaving the warehouse to deliver my order.
At a later stage, I called him to do the follow-up and he told me that he was no longer coming they gave his delivery to another driver.
Customer service was contacted and they made a conference call with shop Tembisa Mall, on the call I was told that my order would be delivered before 20:00.
Unfortunately, today is the new day and my order didn't come as was promised or agreed.
Today just now I was called by another driver asking where Am i because they're loading the stock from the warehouse, I am angry because no arrangement was made for today.
Why are you breaching the promise to the customers?
Is this how you running the business?

3 piece kitchen unit set

I have purchased a 3 piece kitchen unit set from the chatsworth branch. I sent pictures and called on numerous occasions till date nothing as being done.
The manager of the store was suppose to get back to me till date he didn't bother to call that is very unprofessional and he need to be fired. Very bad service I am very disappointed.
Please sort out asap.
Lounge set
I got my lounge set in the 1st week of June. when it was delivered i noticed 2 out of the 3-piece was not working (the recliners).
I told the delivery guys and they said i should contact the store and they will replace it.
I called the store and they took 2weeks to take the sofa set, i get an sms stating that it will be fixed instead of giving me a new set (it was delivered broken, now i must get a broken set fixed).
They brought the sofa set back 3weeks later...Still in the same condition that it went. Nothing was "fixed" or replaced. I sent the sofas back. Now we are at the end of July...I dont have any sofas, the Bradlows Phoenix Plaza store dont assist. The manager does not do anything, they always say he is in meeting or on leave and the person that sold us the set is the same, always not available. When she is available she does nothing but say "i will escalate this".
Escalate what? i want my sofa or my deposit of R4000 + my installment back.
Almost 2 months of paying and sitting on the floor.
Desired outcome: Brand new set given before 31 July 2023 or Money back.

Last year March I bought a bed at bradlows benoni they deliver the bed I was in a hurry because I had to go to work 7 month later the bed was coming loose on the side I went to benoni bradlows they said they Wil sort it out after 9 months going up and down sending pics to bradlows benoni of the bed phoning head office they told me sorry they don't know where I got the bed from because they don't sell dynamic beds bradlows benoni blames head office and head office blame benoni branch then benoni branch blame the driver on the ref number MO - Rest - [protected] - 0274 bradlows in benoni never send the pics to head office I have all the proof on WhatsApp and phone recordings

I purchased a lounge suite from bradlows about a month and a half ago. I have logged a query as the sofas arw defected, the arm rest does not set right and the single sofa is pushed inside on the couchin. I have not received any sort of help or contact regarding this. My debit order is set for this month end, however I am not willing to pay a cent until my query is resolved. Please change the date until I receive a lounge suit in the best condition. I am not paying a little money for this loinge suit so please sort this out and do not debit me until this has gone through. I will be taking it further if you do.

I purchased I sitting room set from Bradlows Harbour crossing and the service delivery was not good. I went there last Saturday and they were unable to process the deal and they said they need to contact the regional manager on !MONDAY! I could not understand why they could not contact him the same time. Whilst waiting there the sales consulting is saying it’s not her fault…. No one said it was her fault and to me if my system is giving me issues I will contact my systems department not my regional manager. My question is who”s fault is it. On said day the sales consultant told me delivery fee R494.00 and I did confirm that that is was told that we will pay only R450.00.
We were told that we will get R500.00 cash Back therefore we opted to take the deal and only at the end we were told we either choose R500.00 cash back but will not receive free 2 Jodi Ottoman cube. Advert says you get this free and now they say either. This is unethical service delivery. On the day we go to pay for the item we are told that they will pay the cash Bach to my account…. Why was this not explained at first point of contact with client….to me the stuff don’t know their product and services. Look at the invoice it speaks volumes about bradlows …. They can’t print a neat invoice and give the customer. The invoice got full lines across the page. I was asking the contact who are they going to contact for the delivery she is giving me the wrong answer…. I ashed that a few times till her colleague had to explain to her what I was saying…. Very bad listening skills which 2 of your staff that are sitting a few meters away had to explain to her what the customer was saying. I stayed quiet at that time simply because there was other customers there at that moment.

New fridge
I purchased a brand new fridge from Bradlows Chatsworth branch and from the very next day I noticed that it was over freezing. I went to the branch and laid a complaint. The technician came after three days and said nothing is wrong. After 2 week of using the fridge we couldn't even remove the trays as it was frozen solid. So defy changed the fridge and I returned the new fridge unopened back to Bradlows as per the Branch manager for a full refund this was in November 2022 it is now the 21 February 2023 and I did not receive a cent. I have been to the branch almost every second day this year and all I get is we will escalate this furfher. The head office help line also gives me this same excuse and they will get back to me after 24 hours for feed back. When I call back all I get is we will escalate this further but no results. It's now Four months and not a cent but they say we can get a full refund after 7 to 10 days so Bradlows 10 days takes 4 months

Hilton lounge suite
I bought a Hilton lounge suite in December last year from your George branch. With the delivery in January it was damaged. They took it back to the warehouse. I waited another 2 weeks for them to deliver my new suite. They don't want to wait for me until I arrived home and took it back to the warehouse. I waited another 2 weeks before the other suite arrives. When the guys delivered it the one 2 seater was damaged and there were damaged marks on the other one seaters. Another 2 weeks and I didn't received my new seater yet. It is going on for almost 2 months now. I want an answer. Otherwise I want my money back with interest.

Lounge suite was delivered today. One 2 seater has a hole in the fabric. This is the fourth delivery and every time there is a problem that stock are damaged. Will never ever buy from Bradlows again
Exchange of kitchen set
Logged a complaint on the 14/12/2022 regarding the quality of the kitchen set.
From the 11/01/2023 I was advised this was to be delivered/exchanged. I called the warehouse and spoke to Tarsha and the manager Sagren. I advised them I was already off work waiting for the exchange and they keep pushing me around.
Sagres advised this will be delivered today. When I called the driver he does not have the order. Tasha andSagren does not answer any calls and are pathetic liars.
I called Bradlows Phoenix plaza and the manage Lance gave me a different story and said there is no stock and they are offline.
This service is unacceptable as I am working and cannot keep leaving work because they are incompetent

I bought 4 div couches at Bradlows Mokopane. All couches are faulty. I want to exchange all couches, but the branch manager advised that it is not possible. I must exchange in 2 div's. I want them all exchanged at once or I get my money back.

I bought lounge suite and a bed by bradlows I've been having issues I went to bradlows Khayelitsha branch and there's no service at all. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased from Bradlows I wouldn't have bought from them. I've been paying by debit order since 2020 and in March 2022 I have decided to settle the debt made manual payment then they debited from my account end March then they cancelled the debit order. In April I have not received monthly statement showing outstanding balance & end April they did not debit the bank account but in May was so surprised to receive calls & emails saying that I still have outstanding balance & I sent an email they didn't reply. I asked the agent to send me breakdown of the payments & initial debt I still haven't received I don't know how to handle this because they don't reply to emails instead I receive calls from different people and this is so annoying.
Desired outcome: I wish Bradlows can send me the detailed breakdown of the payments and advise why I still have an outstanding balance because according to my calculations I paid way more than the initial debt.
