Bradlows Furniture single edblo bed for my son. brand new never been used.

I bought the two sigle beds at Bradlows Lichtenburg. I do not have the slips any more but I do think you can look on the system to get proof of purchase. the one bed is totally broken. the mattress feels like there is no springs and is not as hard as the other bed. we never used it I only bought it for my sons room to have two beds for just in case and for it to be similar

Bradlows Furniture calderdale bedroom suite

I purchased the above bedroom suite from Bradlows in the Johannesburg CBD. The bed was to be a gift for a wedding.
The purchase was made on the 26th of April for delivery to Estcourt on the morning of the 28th. The day of the wedding.
Albert the store consultant
1. Assured me that delivery to Estcourt would be possible and will ensure it's done in the morning of the 28th. Needless to say they called me the morning to confirm delivery address, but never made it to the address until 16:30in the afternoon for a package that was expected at around 10:00. The delivery individuals I was told would assemble the bed on arrival. This didn't happen because they arrived so late in the day.
That's not the only disappointment I have endured with this store. When I made the purchase I was never given or made to sign the terms
and conditions applicable to returns or exchanges in the store. They were too eager to take my money and get their commission.
The bed that was delivered was a queen size bed, which I admit is what I had purchased. My mother whose gift this was; owns a brand new queen size extra length Simmons base and mattress(which mind you costs more than the calderdale bedroom suite). The bedroom suite unfortunately as beautiful as it is disappointed in that it couldn't fit in the extra length queen size base & mattress. I called the head office to advise them of my little mishap. They told me to go back to the store I made a purchase at and request an exchange. I arrived at the store only to be told that they don't order the bedroom suite in a king size as its not a popular size and that they can't place a special order just for one customer. I told them that I'd like to return it then as I have no use for it.
They then advised me that they do not accept returns if they are not in the store packaging that they were delivered in. If the delivery was made on time I would have established this little problem much earlier and had the delivery guys return back with it in its packaging.
They have refused to exchange or take back their bedroom suite and have said unfortunately that's their policy. I did not sign any terms and conditions stating that I cannot return the items purchased from the store. I am now stuck with a useless bedroom suite that cost me about R8, 300 including delivery charges.
I feel Bradlows is treating me unfairly as customer. Especially since the terms and conditions were never stipulated to me.
I no longer wish to exchange or do any form of business with the furniture store and would like for them to come collect their bed and return my money.
I eagerly await your response.

Bradlows Furniture r8000 furniture refund

I am Precious Thandeka Zondi & I made cancelation for couches on the 24th of April & I was told that I'll receive my money on the 2nd of May but still I haven't although I made a complain about it and further requested they should attend my calls but no one has responded.

It is very said to say that I ma willing to take a legal action regarding this matter in case they not prepared to help me or attend any of my queries

its Noxolo here I bought a bedroom suite 4 years ago at mafikeng bradlows, so I love my bedroom suite I just wantto know if bradlows can help its has dents now and the drawers are coming out but its still in good condition I just want ti fix it, I want to know if u can help and how much cna u charge? the chair broke I just want the headboard and the dressing table fixed. will appreciate

Bradlows Furniture delivery

I bought a bed, washing machine and a stove from bradlows rustenburg on 5 march 2017, even today they havent brought my stuff. The guy who delivers to my area is arrogant and full of himself. I told him that ive been waiting for him for the whole week and am at work i cannot knock off early to recieve the gooods. And i asked him to come at 17H00 thats the time ill be home, he told me that he doesnt have time to wait for me to knock off. So i calles the headoffice but still i couldnt get help i even called the warehouse even the store but all of them could not assist me on this matter. I sent the guy a text telling asking if he will bring the stuff he said he sent them back to the warehouse. The service from bradlows delivery is poor and no one in the management seem to have any way of resolving it. The drivers are full of stinking attitude. I would never advice anyone to buy from bradlows. My name is Rose Novela and am one of the many inhappy customers

Bradlows Furniture poor service

I opened credit with bradlows at TEMBA branch which now is closed down. I bought Lounge Suite and payed more than 30 thousand.. At fist 3 Seat got torn they came collected it for repair.. I dont know what they did but brought it back not fixed.. They came collected all Suites.. Again when they deliver the Suite I dont know what they did but they ruined the two seat which they collected and now that same 3 seater is not even two months its torn again and still u that two seater at your warehouse..

They came and Collect rest of the Suite and I advise I need new Suite I can have Suite going uo and down while i payed more than 30 000. its not, y problem that supply supplied bad quality

I bought that Lounge suite for my Parents which is going for two months they have no where to sit and cant have visitors. When they phone me all the time is different stories.

Bradlows Furniture remus wall unit not complete since 2016

I bought a Remus wall unit on the 5th April 2016 Acc no [protected]. Up to this day it is not yet complete and I cannot enjoy it. I am in the UK and every time I'm on holiday I go to Morkels King Williams Town where I bought it and talk to them about this but nothing has been done yet. The manager who was there at the time has left without solving my problem. I have just contacted the present manager, Lunga Dzingwa who seems to be more understanding than the previous one.

I don't know what to do I'm getting stressed every time I've got to go home. I am not supposed to be stressed because I have my own medical problems, and this is going to kill me, honestly. I thought I was going to buy more items at Bradlows/Morkels but I cannot. I have lost interest in your shop as I have had so many problem with your other items as well, one of them a TV stand account number [protected]. I am scared as the guarantee period is around the corner and it's still not sorted.

Almost all the staff there know me and my problem, Xolile, Thembi and Mieta, my sales lady

Please help me. You are my last resort before I go to the media

Bradlows Furniture unauthorized debit order

Hi, I have settled my account on December 2017. Even now they trying to debit from my bank account.I received sms saying that i need to deposit money into my account to ensure that the debit order goes through. This is reflecting badly to my bank account as it has its own charges for to upaid debit order.

This is been going on for like months nd months. I lost my job in April 2017 and before then I requested for debit order to be cancelled, I sent emails and I called. Nothing was done. Even now I paid up my account, still I'm getting frustrated smses.

Bradlows Furniture broken table

Hi

I bought a dinning room suite around May 2017 at their branch in Jabulani mall and the one leg was unstable we complained and they came and fixed at my house and after awhile it did the same thing again in December 2017 they came and picked it up took it for about 2 weeks but they brought it back as it they never fixed it and I called to find out was is happening but still they have no answers for me. I would like to change the whole set as it is giving me ongoing problems.

Bradlows Furniture poor quality furniture and bad service

we bought a dining set, plasma stand and leather lounge suite total R40 000 cash sale in October 2017. 1 dining chair had scratches, plasma stand also scratched, 3 seater couch has cuts. the plasma stand was replaced in december but replacement stand has doors of different colour and size. couch still hasnt been replaced to date. Called branch today and both branch manager and sales person on leave.

Bradlows Furniture 2 queen size beds not delivered after 2 weeks

Worse service from Bradlows.

I opened up an account with Bradlows, this was done 12 January 2018. For 2 queen sized beds, priced at R3500 per bed this was on promotion . When I took out the beds I advised Raymond Poswa (sales consultant ) that am moving to jhb and would need these beds delivered in Jhb.His response was that won't be a problem they have done this request a few times. On the 19th I again send him a message detailing address and date to his cell number, on the  22nd to 25th have been conversing with him reminding him that I need beds delivered to the  address sent . On the 25th I again send another sms validating conversation we had. On Monday morning I called him to ask what time I can expect the beds, he responded that all is arranged that jhb offices will call me to validate.  I called again at about 10am he said same thing, 12am I called the office to speak to him as he wasn't answering his cell.  I went to Bradlows in North gate mall in Jhb to track my delivery, consultant called around then advised me that they dnt have stock of this bed and that they haven't had stock of this bed for a while now. I called Bradlows in durban central spoke to General Manager by the name of Rowida Adams who told me that she too knows that they dnt have stock of this bed that Raymond was advised to call me and sell another bed to me, she proceeded to say they can only get these specific beds deliver sometime in February.  I am currently in Jhb  without a bed, I had advised them 2 weeks back exactly date and address . As the customer I was advised they can't assist me today, the manager herself told me that "she cant do anything for me as it not her fault and she will not take accountability for her sales consultants dishonesty as she had told Raymond to call me to sell me another bed as she too knew that they do not have stock on this bed." Question is how do they sell beds they dnt have stock of ?  Secondly how can Cosmo city warehouse charge me the customer for delivery?  Lastly who will refund me of the cost I have occurred from traveling to North gate mall to airtime to having no choice but to buy a bed sponge to sleep on.alternatively sleep on the floor. I really must exclaim my disappointment in the service and manner this was addressed . Its unfortunate that going forward i would never recommend Bradlows to anyone. If I had a choice I would cancell my contract.

Bradlows Furniture lay-buy: daybed

November 2017 I put money down for a daybed at Bradlows Paarl. Towards the end of December I paid my lay-buy in full and wanted to know by when they can deliver as I was moving to my new place on 5 January 2018. I was informed that they did not have anything in stock and that all products have been sold. I phoned them continuously and was later told that the factory only opens 15 January and that they will have to manufacture new products. Last week after phoning several times again, I was informed that they have "good news" I might be able to get my daybed by mid-February! That was the last straw. I cancelled the order as I have found something much better closer to home. Now I will just have to wait and see how LONG it will take them to pay my money back! :( I will definitely never do business with Bradlows Morkels again, don't care what specials they have.

Bradlows Furniture unethical service

I laybye a lounge suite product code [protected] Detroit 3 piece lounge suite and a Orion wall unit product code [protected] last year at the Bluff branch account number 2674726 customer number 3145871. Two months later I went to pay the balance and obtain my goods only to discover that the lounge suite was sold to another customer the previous day.

I was very disappointed because when i approached the manager she lied to me stating that the lounge suite was not sold it was taken to the warehouse as it had water damage.

As a manager you awe to have some level of honesty to your clients or customers. The sales lady had told me the previous day that she had sold the lounge suite to one of her cash paying customers.

I have always purchased my furniture from Morkels and have never received such terrible service.

I'm very disappointed in the customer service at Bluff store.

Bradlows Furniture a faulty base bed

I have bought a Sealy posture bed in cash bradlows giyani . It was delivered on the 6th January 18. I discovered that the base is faulty . Its legs cannot fit in the base. I went to report the matter on the 7th. They told me that i will receive an sms that they received case and that after 3days will get assisted .

I don't know how lonh the process take for the complaint to attended. I really feel like its not something that has take months. Or is it because i bought it cash? It is so frustrating that even today am not able to use my bed.

I've just discovered from Bradlpws yesterday when I was paying my arranged low installment that the other installment I'm paying for its for television which was repossessed from me some time early 2017 due to the fact that I m no longer working, other goods were not repossessed hence I was under the impression that I'm only paying for those goods.Kindly assist to follow this up.the company that took my TV was ADRS

Bradlows Furniture laybye

I had a bedroom suite laybye with bradlows evaton mall, made three payments by hand at the store and the other 3 payments I made straight to their pepkor trading account as I had received an SMS from stating that I can use them to make payments as well.when I got to the store all three payments that I made using app were not in my laybye account. Asked them for assistance and they said the is nothing they can do without doing anything. They then just closed my account.I got R 6500 instant of R8300.Tried calling their customer care I was moved from Pilar to post. R1800 gone just like that.please resolve my query. Call [protected] before 09:00 or after 16:00

Bradlows Furniture finance/refund department

I cancelled my lay-bye sales order [protected] on the 16th September, not by choice because the store called me to say they no longer stock the product I lay-byed(I have no issues with that). The store promised 3 to 5 working days for the money to be refunded in my bank account and up until today l still have not received my money. The branch has made several follow up to the head office to release the money but still did not get any assistance. When l call the call center (reference number [protected]) to find out why there is delays, I am told about the head office. The so called resolution centre is very useless, they clueless and failed to help me. We are on the firth week now and I am feeling helpless, frustrated and disappointed.

Bradlows Furniture bad service

On Friday 29th September 2017, I went to Bradlows South Gate and bought Houghton Lounge Suite and Contempo TV stand and paid R20 000 deposit. They said they will deliver on Sunday and to date i have not received my delivery. Then on Tuesday 03rd October 2017 went back to the store to settle the outstanding balance of R12 248.90 so that they can deliver but till now they are telling me about lots of authorisations. Till now i have not received my order yet I have paid cash for the items.

Bradlows Furniture genuine leather lounge suite

I bought a genuine leather lounge suite for R 20000 with interest comes up to R30 000 at bradlows but noe after a year it started tearing so much and looks so ugly i got someone in to look at it and my shock when he told me this is not genuine leather... Wow... which im paying R30 000 for fake? Wow i sumbmitted a letter to bradlows as confirmed by mt lawyer and its been almost 2 weeks now theu dont respond. Pathetic at all

Same here..I was told that it is a genuine leather lounge suite. We paid over R 25 000 for it, with all the interest to add on. Find out recently that it is not genuine leather. Never ever again I will buy furniture from Bradlows again. Service is terrible. Four week ago they picked up by 3-seater recliner because some screws etc fell out when my husband opened the recliner seat. Till today nobody can tell me where my couch is. Still waiting for it.

Bradlows Furniture tv stand

I bought a TV stand from Bradlows Lusikisiki beginning of August and they advised me to pay for delivery so that they can assemble the stand for me and so that the stand can be under warranty aswell. They took a whole week to deliver the stand. The delivery man said they don't assemble, another team will come and assemble the stand for me. It's been 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for them to come and assemble the stand for me. They don't even bother to call me. I have to call them and ask. Please help. Tjis is beyond poor customer service.

Join the party oyama iam still waiting for that bloody team as well to come assemble my bedroom suite as from the 17 july to date the 1st of september I have complained to all available site which for me are just as useless because you do not get any response. forget about the horrible attitude and unproffesionallism and arrogant of the manager. im with you poor poor poor service delivery from bradlows cradock
