Bramble Berry Customer Service is Very Helpful!

I am also surprised to see the low reviews. I just had to contact customer service for the first time after ordering from Bramble Berry for a few years. Customer service was so nice and super helpful! They really turned a little glitch into a great experience.

Bramble Berry Would recommend

I have sensitive skin and it's great to finally find a soap I can purchase in bulk that works great. I've been doing business with them for a few years and continue to do so. I do make soaps from their products and found their products to be excellent. Would recommend.

Bramble Berry Wonderful!

I make my own bath and body products, and since I am homebound with Multiple Sclerosis, I buy online. Bramble Berry has been reliable and their raw products are fresh and resonably priced, however, the shipping costs do ad up, so I try to wait for either "free shipping" or sales. If interested you can sign up with your email and you will occasionally receive discount coupons in your "in box". Hopes this helps other DIY's out there!

Bramble Berry Great work

Service is always 100% correct. I would like to receive orders faster than a week or more but only to the point that I choose not to pay for better service. I hope to see an order marked as "shipped" every day (almost) after placing my order. Everything is packaged really nicely. In my opinion the boxes are large and appropriate in size for the items within and the paper used to protect the bottles is very uncommon. Great work Brambleberry.

I am a disabled vet and i wanted to try to make soap to earn a little extra money, so I bought a kit that has "everything". It turns out bramble berry is missing a few items so they took a little off my order and sent it to me. no call no email no warning on the site that you wont be able to make anything with this kit since it is missing things. I talked to customer service and the guy i spoke to made it quite clear he couldn't care less, and said I could find the missing items somewhere else. Well that is what I will do and I recommend everyone else does as well. look for everything somewhere else.

The products are great, so there's no confusion about that. However, the issue lies with the slow shipping. Every time I order something, it's usually because my favorite vendor is out of stock. Only then do I place an order. Nonetheless, it takes more than 10 days for the items to arrive. When you check the courier's website, it states that it takes 5 days for transit from their warehouse to my state. But regardless of the time of year I place an order, I always receive the message "uncontrollable events have delayed delivery." It's frustrating to constantly experience delays with ground shipping throughout the year. When I order $450 or more in raw materials and pay $12.50 for basic ground shipping, I expect to receive my items within 7 days, not later, especially when I know the courier's delivery times are 5 days.

I've been ordering from them for a couple decades and have been quite pleased with their services. I noticed their prices have steadily increased a bit over the years but is normal for price inflation. For the most part I've never gotten a bad product until recently. 2021. I ordered 10 lbs of melt and pour soap. It crumbled into crumbs when I tried to slice it up to melt. I've never had that before; never. I tried to contact customer service but because I was just a little over the return date they would not honor a refund or order replacement for the defective product. I salvaged what I could but about half of an $80 order went into the trash can. I don't always get to the item I ordered right a way as I'm still working through the prior order. I've never had one reason to complain until my first order in 2021 which was bad. They will not honor a replacement or refund for a defective batch. I'm a little perturbed. I'll try a new order but if their quality has significantly dropped I will pull my business with them and go back to my old vendor for my soap supply needs. Returns are difficult. Customer service needs some work. A good business would contact customers within a 24-48 window. It took them over a week to get back to me. Sorry but I am going back to my old vendor for soap supplies.

Bramble Berry Disappointing Experience with Bramble Berry: No Instructions, Poor Customer Service, and Low-Quality Products

I seen a lot of videos online and I thought Bramble Berry was a good place to order from. I got a kit but there wasn't any instructions. I tried to talk to them on chat but they talked to me like I was dumb and kept disconnecting me. I asked if I could send it back but they said no even though it didn't say that when I ordered it. They don't even give you stickers that are already cut out and you have to figure out how to stick the wicks to the tins they send you. And you need to put 3.5 oz of fragrance in 2lbs of wax which smells like cinnamon cardboard.

Bramble Berry Bramble Berry Review: Great Products, Terrible Shipping

This company Bramble Berry, man, they really need to get their act together when it comes to shipping. I mean, COVID has been tough on everyone, but these guys are just the worst! I've ordered from Wholesale Supplies Plus and Bulk Apothecary and they were both way better with shipping times. But with Bramble Berry, I waited over two weeks and still no word on when my order was gonna ship. Like, what the heck, man? And they took my money right away too! And on top of that, they charge for shipping even on orders over $400! That's some serious BS if you ask me.

I get it, COVID has messed things up for everyone, but if you can't handle the orders, then don't accept them. It's not just Bramble Berry that's been affected, you know? And if they're gonna take our money, they should at least let us know when we can expect our stuff to ship. It's called transparency, people! I had to follow up with them after two weeks just to find out my order had finally shipped. Come on, guys!

But I will say this, the products themselves are pretty good quality and the packaging is solid. So that's a plus. But seriously, Bramble Berry, get your shipping game together!

Bramble Berry Disappointing Experience with Bramble Berry: Delayed Order and Poor Customer Service

I put in my order on February 15th, 2021. It's now February 22nd, 2021 and I still haven't gotten any word on whether or not my order is being prepared. This is my first time ordering from Bramble Berry. I usually order from WholeSale Supplies Plus, but they've been out of lye for a while now. Bramble Berry's website said that my order would be processed in 1-2 business days, but it's been 6. I emailed customer service, but I haven't gotten a response yet. I called the phone number that was listed, but it just went straight to voicemail. Some random person called me back and said that my order shipped on Thursday and I should expect it in 4 business days. I asked for a tracking number, but they said it should be in my email soon. However, I never got an email or tracking number. I'm really disappointed with how my order has been handled so far. It seems like I might not even get my products. I should have just ordered from Amazon. At least they're dependable.

Bramble Berry Brambleberry Review: Slow Shipping, Underweight Products, and Poor Communication

Been buying from Brambleberry for years now. Got my own bath and body biz and use like 20 vendors. Brambleberry is the worst of them all. Shipping takes forever, stuff is always underweight, and I've gotten rancid soap bases a few times. They fix it, but I don't have time to keep track of all that. I don't have to do that with any other vendor. They've discontinued stuff without telling me, and they short me on liquid items, lotions, and soap bases. Shipping is slow as molasses, and I gotta double check every order. Shipping charges are insane, and my account doesn't even show when I ordered stuff or when it shipped. Orders aren't even in my history anymore. In this day and age, with free shipping and good customer service, I don't need to deal with Brambleberry anymore. Good riddance.

Bramble Berry Bramble Berry's Fragrance Oils: Disappointing and Inaccurate

I'm a candle maker and I was getting tired of waiting for my usual fragrance oil supplier, so I decided to give Bramble Berry a try. I was really excited to try out their honeysuckle and lavender fragrances, but unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the results.

The fragrances were really bad and inaccurate. They smelled really synthetic and had a weird funky smell to them. I've used honeysuckle and lavender fragrances before, and I wouldn't have been able to guess that these were the same scents if I was blindfolded. The honeysuckle fragrance was so rancid that I didn't even use a drop of it, and I only used about 1.5 oz of the lavender before realizing that it wouldn't work as a substitute for my usual oil.

I reached out to Bramble Berry's customer service to see if I could get a refund, but they told me that the scents were exactly as they should be and that there were no refunds. The tone of their reply was pretty awful, and it made me feel like they didn't care about getting return customers.

After reading other reviews, I realized that I wasn't the only one who had noticed how off these scents were, especially the honeysuckle. It's really disappointing that Bramble Berry knows that these fragrances are bad and misrepresented, but they don't seem to care about fixing the problem.

Overall, I would definitely recommend avoiding Bramble Berry if you're looking for high-quality fragrance oils. Their scents are really bad and their customer service is even worse.

So, I decided to give Bramble Berry a try and ordered some cerabellina wax from them. I knew that there might be some delays due to the ongoing pandemic, but I didn't expect it to take so long. After waiting for two weeks, I still hadn't received any confirmation or tracking number, so I decided to reach out to them.

It took them three weeks to respond to my email, and when they finally did, they told me that my package had been shipped on a boat and that it would take 90 days to reach me. I was shocked! I mean, come on, 90 days? That's almost three months! And to make matters worse, they suggested that I choose a different shipping option if I wanted to receive my order in a week. As if my order wasn't expensive enough already!

I'm starting to think that this company is located somewhere overseas, maybe in China, and not in Washington like they claim. I mean, why else would it take so long to ship a package? And to top it off, when I told them that I run a business and can't wait for months for a main ingredient, they didn't seem to care. It's like they only care about getting people's business, not about providing good customer service.

I was really disappointed with my experience with Bramble Berry, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's a shame because I wanted to continue ordering from them, but I just can't deal with this kind of tragedy. I'll be taking my business somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.

Bramble Berry Bramble Berry Mix-Up: Clear Glycerin Base Instead of Goat Milk MP

I ordered a bunch of GOAT MILK MP from Bramble Berry for a kids' soap-making event. I wanted to make sure the kids were safe, so I opted for the MP way instead of the CP way. But when I got my order, I was surprised to find that instead of the GOAT MILK base, I got a Clear Glycerin base. And these boxes were huge, weighing in at 25lbs each!

I was pretty upset, but I called Bramble Berry right away to see what could be done. The customer service rep I talked to was really nice and apologized for the mistake. She couldn't overnight me a new order, but she did say that they would replace all of the boxes at no extra cost. And she even told me to keep the #4 boxes because they couldn't resell them. I was happy to hear that, even though I was still a little bummed about the mix-up.

I didn't have to send any pictures or anything, which was nice. I just explained the situation and they took care of it. It was a pretty bad situation, but it turned out okay in the end. I was able to teach the kids how to make simple soaps with the GM base, and I even offered them a free class for the glycerin soap that they had originally paid for.

I don't usually use MP for my business - I make soap the old-fashioned way, like my grandma taught me. But I was able to be flexible and find a way to use the MP base so it didn't go to waste. Overall, I still like Bramble Berry as a supplier for some of my soap-making needs. They made an honest mistake, but they took care of it and made things right.

Bramble Berry Bramble Berry's Goat Milk Soap Base: Buyer Beware of Plastic Contamination

I recently bought a massive 25 lb. block of goat milk soap base from Bramble Berry, and when I received it, I was disappointed to find that the plastic bag that encased it was stuck in the cracks along the edges. I tried to remove it slowly, but it broke off in pieces, which was frustrating. I contacted customer service, and they replied with an email that said, "when the vendor pours into those 25lb. Blocks, they line the box with plastic first, and it's not uncommon for the plastic to get stuck in the soap a bit near the edges. The easiest way to combat that is to run your melted base through a colander or sieve to catch any loose bits of plastic. We've approached our vendor about this problem many times over the years, but they don't seem to have any intention of changing the way they package, sorry about that!"

I was not satisfied with this response because I bought the block to make my soap-making easier, not to add an extra step to the process by sifting out pieces of plastic. I replied to the email, expressing my frustration, and received a second email that said, "As a one-time courtesy, I went ahead and issued a $13.75 refund for 25% off of the price of the base. We will not be able to do that again since the issue is so common. It may be best to purchase your base in 1lb. Blocks rather than the 25lb. Block so you don't encounter that problem again."

I was shocked by this response because they admitted that the issue was common, yet they continued to sell the product without fixing the problem. It felt shady to me that they were knowingly taking people's money for a flawed product. I would recommend finding another vendor until Bramble Berry decides to sell a high-quality product and switch vendors.

Bramble Berry Mixed feelings about Bramble Berry's Patchouli EO - Ruined my soap batch, but hoping for better customer service

I bought some Patchouli EO from Bramble Berry 'cause my usual place didn't have the big size. Gotta say, it smells like Campho Phenique. I used it in a whole batch of soap and it turned out ruined. Gonna give 'em a call tomorrow to see what's up and I'll update y'all. Right now, I'm only giving 'em a three 'cause I've had trouble getting in touch with 'em before. But I'm hopin' things'll get better 'cause I wanna keep doin' business with 'em.

Bramble Berry Terrible Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Bramble Berry

I had a really bad experience with Bramble Berry. I placed an order on May 31st and got a confirmation email, but I never got any shipping information. I tried to contact them through their website chat, but it didn't work. I also emailed them two days ago, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I finally called them and left a message, but I'm not sure if they will get back to me. I'm really frustrated because I spent $50 on this order and I haven't received anything. I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. I'm thinking about contacting my lawyer to see if they can help me get a refund. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Bramble Berry because of their terrible customer service.

Bramble Berry Bramble Berry Review: Great Products, Slow Shipping, Frustrating Website Changes

I've been a customer of Bramble Berry for a good five years now, and I gotta say, I really love their stuff. The only downside is that their shipping can be a bit slow, but I've learned to plan ahead and it's all good. However, things took a turn for the worse when they revamped their website. I used to always order from my mobile devices, but now I can't seem to do that anymore. It's a real bummer, let me tell you. And to make matters worse, my account history only goes back as far as the new website. That means all my purchase history before June is just gone. I never really kept invoices because I always relied on looking up my purchase history at tax time. (I know, I know, shame on me.) But now this tax season is going to be a real treat, let me tell you. All in all, I'm pretty much done with Bramble Berry. It's just too much of a hassle now.

Bramble Berry Poor Quality Products and Customer Service: My Experience with Bramble Berry

I recently made my first purchase from Bramble Berry, an online store that sells a variety of soap making supplies. I was excited to try out their products and ordered 7 items. However, after placing my order, I realized that one of the oils I ordered was not suitable for cold process soap making. I quickly sent an email to their customer service team within 5 minutes of placing my order, requesting that they remove the item from my order. Unfortunately, they declined my request.

When I received my order, I was disappointed to find that the oils I had purchased were of poor quality. They seemed to be heavily diluted with water or some other substance, and the scent was barely noticeable. I decided to try one of the oils on my wrist, but as soon as I opened the bottle, the plastic stopper fell out and spilled the oil everywhere. I was frustrated and upset, so I reached out to Bramble Berry's customer service team again, this time politely asking if they could do something to help me out. However, they simply replied with their policy and said that they could not offer any assistance. They ended their email with a cheerful "Have a great day!", which only added insult to injury.

Bramble Berry Buyer Beware: My Experience with Bramble Berry Coconut Oil

So, I was in a bit of a pickle when my usual coconut oil supplier ran out of stock. I searched high and low for a good deal and finally settled on Bramble Berry. I placed my order for a hefty 35-pound container on July 9th, 2020. I was expecting an email confirmation, but it never came. I tried to access my order information online, but since I registered as a guest, I couldn't do so. I decided to contact them through their website, but I didn't get a response.

Feeling frustrated, I reached out to them again today. After reading some reviews, I wish I had done so before placing my order. It seems like poor service and communication are common issues with this company. This is not the kind of business experience I'm used to, and it's definitely not what I expect.

Bramble Berry Bramble Berry Soap-Making Kit Review: Missing Items & Poor Customer Service

I'm a vet who's been disabled for a while now and I wanted to try my hand at making soap to earn a little extra cash. I found Bramble Berry online and decided to buy one of their soap-making kits that promised to have "everything" I needed. Unfortunately, when I received the kit, I found out that it was missing a few items that were crucial to making soap. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least.

I tried to contact Bramble Berry's customer service to see if they could help me out, but the guy I spoke to didn't seem to care at all. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer to send me the missing items. Instead, he just told me to find them somewhere else. I was pretty frustrated with the whole situation, especially since there was no warning on the site that the kit was missing items.

Despite my bad experience with Bramble Berry, I still wanted to make soap. So, I decided to look for the missing items elsewhere. It took a bit of searching, but I eventually found what I needed and was able to make some soap. It wasn't the easiest process, but I was proud of myself for figuring it out.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Bramble Berry to anyone looking to make soap. Their customer service was terrible and their kits are missing important items. If you're looking to make soap, I suggest looking for everything you need somewhere else.

Bramble Berry Poor Customer Service Experience with Bramble Berry - No Response or Order Confirmation

I gotta say, I ordered from Bramble Berry almost 2 weeks ago and I ain't heard a peep from them since. I checked their website and they say they take 3 days to process orders, but it's been 5 days and still no confirmation email. I even sent them two emails asking about my order, but no response. I get that things can get backed up, but come on now, at least update your info or respond to your customers. This customer service is straight up poor. I only ordered from them 'cause I heard they were good, but this first impression is just awful.

Bramble Berry Disappointing Experience with Bramble Berry: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service

So, I recently had an experience with Bramble Berry, and let me tell you, it wasn't the best. I was waiting for an order that I needed, and it still hadn't even shipped. When I reached out to the representative, they told me that the shipping department was preparing my order. I was pretty frustrated because it had already been 10 days, and their site was apologizing for delays of 5 to 7 days due to COVID-19. I mean, come on, right?

I asked if they could at least tell me when it would ship out, and the representative's response was less than satisfactory. They told me that I could've paid to rush my order, but they charge outrageously for standard shipping as it is. I was like, no thanks, I'll just shop elsewhere in the future. I mean, I'm a business owner myself, and I only buy supplies from people who want my business.

What really got me was that there wasn't a single apology or attempt to make it right. I mean, I get it, things happen, but it's important to take responsibility and make things right when they do. The representative just closed with "OK have a nice day." I mean, really?

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Bramble Berry. I'll probably be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Bramble Berry Bramble Berry Review: Quality Products at Decent Prices, but Customer Service Could Be Better

Bramble Berry is a great place to get your hands on some quality products at decent prices. Most of the time, you won't be disappointed with what you receive. However, it's important to note that they are a big company and sometimes it feels like they don't really care about their customers. For example, if you ask them to send two orders that you placed within the same hour and combine shipping, don't hold your breath. They just don't have the time for that kind of thing.

Another thing to keep in mind is that if you don't like a product, tough luck. They won't go out of their way to make things right for you. But hey, there are plenty of other suppliers out there who offer the same products. You don't have to put up with bad service. You can find the same or better products elsewhere for less money and with a company that actually cares about your satisfaction.

That being said, Bramble Berry is easy to find and they carry a lot of stuff. If they happen to be the only company online that has what you need, then go ahead and buy from them. But if you have other options, it might be worth looking elsewhere. After all, you want your vendors to want your business, right?

Overall, Bramble Berry is a decent option for those in need of quality products. Just keep in mind that they might not go out of their way to make things right for you if something goes wrong. But if you're willing to take that risk, then go ahead and give them a try.

Bramble Berry Disappointing Experience with Bramble Berry: Wrong Order and No Response to Contact Attempts

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Bramble Berry. I opened an account with them, but I can't even sign in! What's up with that? And when I tried to look up my orders, the website had no record of anything I've ordered. That's just ridiculous.

Now, I will say that my order did come within 4 days, which is pretty fast. But the problem is that my order is completely WRONG. I ordered 4 essential oils, but only 1 was correct. That's a pretty big mistake if you ask me.

Normally, I would just send the wrong items back. But here's the thing: I live in the high desert and the post office is 10 miles away. Without a vehicle, it's impossible for me to get there. So, I've been trying to contact Bramble Berry for 2 days now. I've emailed them and called them, but I haven't gotten a single response. That's just rude.

I know I'm just one person and my decision to not purchase from this company won't make a difference to them. But I think they could have at least addressed my issue in a better manner. It's just common courtesy.

Honestly, I think I'll be switching to NATURES GARDEN from now on. No more buying from Bramble Berry for me.
