I have been a loyal and thoughtful survey taker through Branded Surveys for several months
I have been a loyal and thoughtful survey taker through Branded Surveys for several months. I have completed well over 500 surveys and totaled $800+ in cash rewards. I recently reported several instances where I completed a survey and my account was not credited properly with the points I worked for. These requests, albeit 100% truthful, were rejected, and now my account has been locked and I am unable to redeem my current cash rewards that total $72.33. I spent tens of hours accumulating the points to equal that cash value and now because I reported several issues I am unable to deposit those funds into my account. I would like Branded Surveys to reinstate my account and allow me to continue to take surveys. I enjoy doing so and I take pride in taking thoughtful surveys. It also serves as a secondary income in difficult economic times. I am a branded elite gold member through December 31 - the highest survey ranking their system allows. I have attached two images. One image shows back-to-back issues I reported both involving the same situation where I completed a survey all the way to the end - in many cases spending *** minutes to complete - but then upon submission was told that the survey was full and awarded nothing. Typically you are always notified immediately upon selecting a survey that it is full and thus not allowed to spend all those efforts giving your honest answers for absolutely no reward. You will see that one report was approved and the other report was denied. In total, three reports were rejected. The second image shows the cash balance I have available to redeem but have been locked out from redeeming. If they refuse to reinstate my account then I would like to be able to deposit the $72.33 which I worked extremely hard for and that is now being held hostage. These are funds that I desperately need access to and put in real work to earn. Please assist.

I had the same issue as the person who complained on 8/29/22. I completed survey after survey, I spent HOURS filling out their forms and surveys - for well under minimum wage. I have thus far accumulated just under $10, for at least a dozen hours of my time. In spite of the compensation being so far below the actual worth of my time - I participated anyway because I need the money.All was well, until I tried to schedule a payout - then all of a sudden, my account was suspended. I made a complaint with the company, asking them nicely to reactivate my account. I received this form letter in response :Hello Chrys,Thank you for reaching out to Branded Surveys regarding your account.We aim to ensure our community is full of attentive panelists who are able to dedicate their time to answering surveys with honesty and care.Through a thorough review, your account has been suspended.Thank you,*** No attempt to resolve, no explanation, and no problem until it was time to pay me out as promised. Funny how there was never any issue with me UNTIL I tried to schedule my first payment. Presumably, the companies who paid them still get to keep and use my data, since I have no way of revoking my permission with the third parties who paid Branded to administer their surveys. Branded got paid, used me to extract information, coerced my permission to collect my data under false pretenses, and blocked me when I tried to collect the money they promised me.They are using the same language as with the complainant on 8/29. There is no question that I am honest and providing real feedback. If they actually spent any time reviewing my answers (which are consistent), or asking me about any things that don't make sense to them, they would know that. They also require address verification WHICH I PASSED. But I am not the one who needs to explain, here. Branded needs to explain their dishonest actions!This seems like a total scam. I will update if anything changes.

My Branded surveys account is unfairly flagged, When I contacted Branded Survey customer support representatives they told me your system is saying I have multiple branded survey accounts. I have never created or used multiple branded survey accounts. I only have one branded surveys account and you disabled it. I'm a gold badge member on my branded surveys account and my account is completely disabled and your customer support representatives are refusing to re enabled my account. I also had $14 dollars in my account balance that I worked hard on surveys for on your website and you disabled my account and never paid me the money I earned from the surveys. I have never scammed those survey companies and you blamed me for creating multiple accounts when I never did that I have no reason to lie, I had to work hard on your website to become a gold badge member I do not benefit from creating multiple accounts or violating your terms.My Branded Surveys account became disabled after I was typing in a cell phone number to update my existing phone number.When I was entering a new phone number to update the original phone number my Branded Surveys account was linked to I accidentally typed the wrong phone number in and it caused my account to be confused with another users branded surveys account phone number. I would like for you to restore my account so I can add the phone number I was trying to add not the phone number I typed in incorrectly.I never violated branded survey policies I do not have multiple branded survey accounts. I never scammed any surveys on your website. I was a gold badge member of your website the highest badge ranking on your website.Your customer service representatives stated they can't restore my account but your website when I sign in tells me to contact customer service representatives to restore account. This is unfair! My account is disabled and I never violated your terms my Branded Surveys account email is

When I try to log into my account, it displays a message and denies me access. I'm confused about what's happening.
Also, I tried fixing it by refreshing the page, relogging in clearing my cache I don't know what else to do.
