We booked 2 flight tickets from Bali to Kochi dated 09/11/2023 on Malindo Airlines through Bravofly. When we reached the airport at Bali, We were only issued the boarding pass from Bali to Kuala Lumpur and was told that we will get the next boarding pass from Kuala Lumpur. Upon reaching Kuala Lumpur, we were told that our flight is delayed by 24 hrs (which actually means that the same day's flight were cancelled and they were putting us in the next day's flight). We did not agree to this and purchased a different flight ticket from another airlines and flew back to Kochi with the promise that the full amount for the Malindo flight will be refunded. Later when we contacted the airlines, It was told to us that all refund should be via Bravofly as the ticket was booked through their website. Bravofly acknowledge the cancellation refund and said it will take upto 2 months to get the refund back. Now after 2 months, they are still not refunding the money and is not giving any assured time by when the money will be refunded.
