Dear Bravofly Travel Agency,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the way my recent experience with Bravofly has been handled, specifically regarding Booking ID: [protected], which has a total value of 612.81 EUR.
I feel compelled to emphasize that the presentation of crucial information, such as the expiration date and other pertinent details of the Travel credit, in minuscule print at the bottom of the email, represents a serious violation of my consumer rights. If this information is indeed vital, it should be prominently displayed and communicated clearly. Placing it at the bottom of the email in the smallest font size possible only serves to further exacerbate the lack of transparency in this matter.
I want to make it abundantly clear that I am prepared to take this matter to all relevant governing bodies and make it public knowledge through any means necessary to ensure that my rights as a customer are upheld and respected. If
resolving this issue necessitates legal action, I am fully willing to pursue it.
I expect a response from your agency promptly, outlining your proposed course of action to rectify this situation.
Failure to address this matter satisfactorily will leave me with no choice but to proceed with the actions mentioned above. I hope it does not come to that, and we can find a mutually agreeable solution.
Sincerely,
Assaf Dovrat
