Terrible customer service, I've sent multiple emails without any response. Placed my order on Thursday april 23rd and as of today may 1st my order hasn't even been processed. I told them I want my $54 back and have had no reply. Based on the multiple reviews I've read online with nearly identical issues I'm assuming I just lost the money since it was already taken out of the bank. These people are a bunch of crooks and should not be allowed to stay in business

I ordered two 100 ml bottles of e-juice cotton candy flavor on April 4 and the order has not even been fulfilled yet. I have contacted the company twice and have been told they will contact their vendors to see what the hold up is. They have a guarantee that their products will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. This is not even the case as my order has NOT even been fulfilled! I have paid them $45 and some change! I would like either the products immediately or my money back as I have told them this with no response back from the retailer!

Placed order with Breazy and was notified product had been shipped. They claim to use the USPS but provided tracking link to unknown website. Tracking showed item stalled in a location for 11 days with expected delivery day moved out daily. Tried to contact Breazy but received no response regarding my concern. I have requested refund since my shipment appears to have been lost. I would never recommend or do business with this company and believe they are operating fraudulently.
An order over $100 was placed a month ago. I have yet to receive my products and they refuse to issue me a refund because they say it's in transit. But when I spoke with their courier they say they do not have my package. I feel like I've been more then patient and I'm tired of getting the run around. I want my money back.

Breazy took a commission for each sale on their website and held the remaining funds in escrow to be remitted to Hidden Star. These escrow funds have not been remitted to Hidden Star although Hidden Star has fulfilled the orders. Breazy Inc has become unreachable once we asked for our funds to be sent to our bank. VENDORS BEWARE, BREAZY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

On 4/21, I placed an order with Breazy.com. As of today 5/7, this still remains unfulfilled in their system. On 4/30, I reached out and was told that their vendor had not responded and that they would check. I never heard back further. On 5/4 I asked for a refund as nothing has been processed, I was informed that they had to again check with the vendor who was no responding to any inquiry and had not sent out items since order placed on 4/21. I then sent notes on 5/5, 5/6 and 5/7 and the company just decided to stop responding. I am out 55.50 for this order. Simply put this company stole my money.

I purchased vape supplies at the end of April . The package has never arrived and the shipping label shows that it has been sitting in Wyoming for over a month. Contacted breazy and their customer service person. NYLA, has basically told me its not their problem. To be patient. How much longer? I think I have been plenty patient. She will not refund my money. Will not send out a new order. Can not get ahold of anyone else or even the courier. I placed an online order with Breazy, Inc. on 4/14. I ordered vape juice products and paid additional for expedited shipping totaling around $50. Per their website, where I placed my order, it states that orders a fulfilled in about 24 hrs. The expedited shipping I opted for stated my order would be delivered in 2-3 business day. I have sent emails and "chat requests" and have gotten no response. There is no phone number listed for this business. There is nothing on their website about delayed orders or shipping due to COVID-19. Once I submitted my order online, the money was debited from my account. So, here I sit, with no product, no communication, and $50 less in my checking account.

When I reached out to these folks they give me the run around and tell me they don't do refunds or exchanges. Then it was send us a picture of what you have. They have the same order number and photo of the item as I do. What a sorry bunch to do business with. It's just under $19 and I can afford the loss and will throw this in the garbage because that's all it is to me. I just wanted to make people aware that this company is one to avoid.

I placed an order for ejuice through Breazy. I had made previous orders through them numerous times without having any issues with them. Well, I received my order and one of the bottles was open (with the seal on the lid broken and juice spilled in the box). Sadly, with this world being the way it is, I do not feel safe using this product. So, I filed a complaint and asked them to please replace that bottle. The replies that I have received from the numerous messages that I have sent to them is that they credited the points for that purchase to my account, but that they will not send me a new bottle. I should have looked at ComplaintsBoard.com before spending my money. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income (which I informed them of) and it does not matter to them in any way. I cannot believe how they can get away with business practices like this

I contacted customer service and was told it would be corrected they would send out what I ordered and I would get an update soon to verify. I waited 4 days still no response so I messaged them and was told here is your return label send the wrong item back before we send you the correct item you have already paid us for. This is unacceptable the correct item needs to shipped to me and then I will return the incorrect items. Also I was not told in the beginning that I need to send it back. Their website states they do not accept any returns. I wouldn't want to purchase something that was sent to someone else by mistake and then sent back to the store especially something that is liquid and you inhale into your body. So I opened one of the bottles and used little of it because I was out of juice. (the reason I was ordering from them) I figured they would say sorry for our mistake

On 5/19 I placed an online order for $59.01 for some supplies from Breazy. I was supposed to receive my package in a timely manner with the items in new and working order. That did not happen. I never received my package. The shipping company *** Ex) supposedly attempted to deliver it 3 times, yet they never left any kind of notice showing they were there. My Ring Doorbell never saw anyone coming to the door. My roommate never saw anyone trying to deliver it. The last tracking update was 5/28 and it just says 'delivery unsuccessful'. I assumed it would be returned to Breazy, but their customer service people can't help me and blame it on the shipper. I want a refund because I did not get what I ordered from Breazy, and I paid Breazy, not the shipping company. There is no way to contact the shipping company other than email and they don't respond at all. Breazy says they will give me a refund when they get the package back. It's been 3 weeks and no tracking updates. Help!

I tried writing them numerous times, and they haven't made any attempts to contact me back about my order. I didn't get a tracking number or anything, but they definitely took the money from my account for the purchase seems to me they want the money but they don't want to provide the customer with their order. I spent 95.00 dollars for that. It was taken from my bank account I placed the order before making an account so I made an account thinking that might help, and had to verify it. It briefly popped up showing I placed the order and that it was unfulfilled. I am 21 years old and am legal to vape. I want my liquid that I ordered and I think that they should send it, please make them send it and I think for all the trouble they caused they should give me another bottle or something for the trouble they caused me. I have checked my bank account my money wasn't refunded to me, but I seriously need my liquid because I can't go to a local vape shop to buy it due to the Corona virus. I placed an order with this company on Jan 7, 2021. I was charged IMMEDIATELY and emailed and order # and confirmation. After nearly a week without any updates on my order OR ability to check its status on the company webpage, I contact customer support via webchat on Jan 13. They started a "ticket" and said there was no explanation why the delay. Again, no emailed updates. On Jan 15 (again via webchat) I requested to cancel the order and was told it could not be cancelled as "part had already shipped" I did get a USPS tracking number for this, although I have no idea if the delivery address is accurate as it had only just shipped out from Nevada, not New Jersey where the company is. I got no assistance or expect no update with the remaining portion of the order yet to ship and the customer service agent I spoke with simply dumped my chat (I didn't use foul language or speak disrespectfully at all). EVERYTHING about this company is shady and sloppy, despite them having a flashy website and featuring many aspects that might look like they are customer oriented. I hope I get the rest of my order and I will take my business elsewhere in the future - there's only a billion other similar vendors out there.

I placed an order with Breazy on Monday, August 17th, expecting a two-day delivery to my Florida address, though I also have a residence in New York. By the following day, I hadn't received shipping information, so I inquired via the website's text service as they don't offer phone support. The package was handed to FedEx the subsequent day. FedEx received it on Tuesday, the 18th, but the delivery date was set for the next Tuesday, August 25th, which felt misleading and fraudulent. An email confirmed my purchase, mentioning a rewards program and my receipt with an invoice number. The order included 10 packs of Tobacco Disposable Pods, with a total cost including USPS Priority Mail 2-Day shipping. Payment was made via Visa. A follow-up email from Breazy indicated the shipment was en route, providing an invoice number but no tracking number. The items shipped were detailed, and although the destination address and tracking number were omitted, the email mentioned FedEx as the courier and provided a link to track the shipment.
