Brenner did an amazing job. They were great to work with . Always showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. They worked with the insurance company and they did it all. They made an uncomfortable situation (Flooded Master bedroom) bearable.

My water heater leaked, ruining the dry wall in my entry way, living room and closet. They replaced the dry wall, and also repainted the walls all the way to the ceiling in the house and in the garage. They were friendly, quiet and efficient. They also dealt with my insurance company. If you are looking for excellent work, call Brenner Construction.

Brenner Construction exceeded my expectations. At the start I was told their work would be as good as it was before the damage happened, or better. I had two big holes replaced with dry wall in two rooms, both rooms had to be repainted and one of the rooms had to have the underlay and carpeting replaced. When the work was completed, it wasn't just better; it was like new. 5 out of 5 stars!

Very professional from office contact (Chelle), project manager (Allen) to the various teams that did the rebuilding of our bathrooms (walls, plumbing, eletricians, painters, team that installed the tile in showers was amazing). All very courteous, professional, personable and clean. Great constant communication. With the COVID-19 going on, respectful and wearing masks at all times. Left everything clean and spotless. I highly recommend their Brenner Construction and their work. Has been a joy workng with them. Excellent.

The team at Brenner Construction was awesome! They kept us informed at each step of the process from getting an insurance claim to completing the job! I had multiple questions and there were many parts to this job and they completed it within the time table given and to a high standard. After the job we noticed a few things that needed touching up (some places on the floor didn't get glued down on the edge, the cabinet was needing to be supported better). We got on the schedule and everything got addressed, and then some! They found something I hadn't thought of and they fixed it on the spot! A small portion of one room was not included in the insurance claim, but they added flooring and paint to that space as well! Brenner was great to work with!

Worked with Byron and Sergio from Brenner to get estimates for reconstruction from water damage. They were easy to work with expalained what needed to be done. Sub contractor was Joshua who was a pleasure to work with. They fit us in quickly to get the job done without a 3 week wait time as originally stated. It was very much apprecaited. Joshua came everyday to supervise his workers and did the majority of the work himself. We had a small issue, where something didn't meet our satisfation, we notified Joshua and Joshua got right on top of it (he came the same day) . He came out that same night by himself to correct the situation to make sure job was done properly and to our satisfaction. This is what you call customer service. Appreciate Joshua's professionalism more than words can express.

From the very beginning of our experience with Brenner Construction to the completion of the project (reconstructed flooded bathroom) we were extremely pleased with everyone. From the superb office staff who always answered the phone with a smile in their voice, to the estimator who was so friendly, to the superintendent who oversaw the project, to the professional who completed the repairs so efficiently; we were amazed. (How can they do their work so quickly, so well, and make so little noise? We hardly knew they were here.) We are more than pleased with the results. Everyone arrived on time (sometimes even early!), were knowledgeable and shared information with us so we were never surprised at the next step in the process. What a joy to have such professionals in this day and age. We highly recommend Brenner Construction to anyone needing their expertise!

Overall I am giving Brenner Construction a 4 out of 5 rating. Justine and the office staff that was in contact with me from the beginning was very pleasant (5 out of 5), My construction process in total was lower (3 out of 5). My contractor supervisor did not reach out to me prior to the repair to choose the items (it took me contacting the company). Day 1 of construction the supervisor was late to the house. Day 1 the supervisor left around 1:30 stating he would be back the next morning at 7, day 2 he showed up at 9:05. Day 2 the supervisor left at 2 pm, and day 3 the project was finished. 2 days after the project was finished my toilet started leaking ( this was the original problem). I contacted Brenner they said it being a Holiday this upcoming weekend they wouldn't be out until next week. It took almost another whole week for the supervisor to come out and finish the job. Overall I am happy with the way the bathroom looks, even though it took jumping through some hoops to get there. I would recommend the company but the supervisor I had has some things to work on.

Brenner Construction was hired by us to fix our pantry coz of a leak and water damage. They said it would take 2-3 days to finish the job. But they didn't order any flooring for our pantry. When we asked about it, they said they didn't have any floor that would match the old one. We waited for a new floor to be ordered, but it's been 2 months now and still no floor, no finished job, and wood and shelves all over the place making a mess. We keep calling them and asking when they'll finish the job, but they don't respond.

The work done by Brenner Construction was not up to par. They didn't finish the water heater pedestal with bull nose corners and didn't paint the closet shelving system. They charged for work outside of the closet that was never done and didn't do any work in the spare room. They charged for content manipulation, removing the carpet, removing the carpet pad, laying existing carpet, and cleaning and deodorizing the room, but didn't complete the work. I signed the completion certificate under the impression that they would come back to clean the carpets, but they didn't. When I pointed out the incomplete work, the worker didn't care and said they were just trying to get paid. They initiated a change order for the carpet pad, but that work wasn't done either. I was fed up with their greed and lack of honesty, integrity, and common sense. The change order was issued for the carpet pad, but it seems like they never removed the pad or carpet. The billing was done improperly.
