Television (thru amazon firestick sign) in to britbox does not recognize me.
When I try to log into Britt box, I put my credentials in e-mail and pass word, and it says not found If I cannot watch the channel I will cancel as of now it has been a week so I should not be charge for something I cannot watch!
Also, the telephone number 888636 7662 say I cannot be reach from this area! I could be reached last year. Please provide me with a phone number

Lack of access to their product
In April I called Amazon's Pime Video online to arrange to use their services along with BritBox since it is not possible to have only BritBox, and they were my
first choice. I gave Prime my credit card so that they could take payment at the end oI the trial period. Idid have access to both services during their free trial offer. Some time after the end of BritBox trial Prime cancelled BritBox as the only card was registered with Prime. I got in touch with BritBox and paid a year's subscription
There was no action taken and I e-mailed them and asked them to let Prime know the money was there. The answer was that these were 2 separate companies and apparently didn't communicate. I e-mailed CritBox again (their company's customer service line does not accept incoming calls). I then asked them to refund my subscription but they refused. I asked them if I added FireTV would that let me access and they agreed. Ididthatand they no longer correspond with me and my account does not show the money
Desired outcome: I would be very happy to have them simply attach my subscription to my account so that I can enjoy their shows. Failing that,I would want a full refund ssince they are not fulfilling their part of the contract.

I subscribed to BritBox through ***, I believe in March. After a couple of months I unsubscribed through ***, and they show that I have no subscription. I discovered that I was still being charged, unsubscribed through Britbox in July, disputed the charge with my credit card company, and received a refund for 1 month. I am still being charged every month after unsubscribing twice.

About eight months later I was charged for auto renewal of my subscription. I called customer service and told them I did not want to renew and had not used the service for months. I was told I should have more closely read the terms and conditions, and the customer service representative hung up on me. I believe this to be unfair treatment and extremely poor customer service.

I wanted to take advantage of a subscription offered by Britbox. When signing up, it states that the discounted price will appear at the time you get the receipt. So I followed their instructions and on the receipt it had the non-discounted price. So I immediately tried to cancel the subscription thinking I did something wrong. It was clearly displayed 'subscription canceled '. A chat button suddenly appeared and i described my situation. The chat person confirmed that my subscription was canceled and i was still able to use the service. I asked how could I something that was canceled. She said it wasn't really canceled. Onlt the renewal was canceled. I had researched this and was not able to this info. If I had known, I would not subscribe. I wrote to Customer support also. They had the same stock answer but no proof of the cancelation policy. I also tried to cancel my credit card info and site does not provide for this feature. I want my account totally deleted and a refund.

I purchased an annual subscription on Sunday Nov 21st, 2021. When I went to download the app to use on my *** I discovered there was no app available. The only way to watch Britbox on my television was with the app from a phone that I would then use to cast shows to the television. Well my wife tried this at first and it just wasn't working. I then also tried to get it to work and it kept freezing up. The purchase had been for my wife and if she couldn't get it to work we decided to cancel and get a refund. We put in a cancel request the next day. Monday Nov 22nd, 2021. I was informed in an email from Britbox that the cancel request was completed but that no refund would be given for the remaining time i.e. 364 days that were left on my subscription. I was told in the email to buy a firestick which costs an additional $30-$50 to be able to watch the service on my television. This is unacceptable. First that this streaming service does not have an app that literally EVERY other streaming service has an app for *** Second, that in order to use the service as intended I would have to spend additional money. I am asking to be refunded for the 364 days left on my subscription that we will NOT be using. We paid in good faith and we tried in good faith as my wife LOVES the content. But if she can't get it to work easily, without having to spend additional money on another device we would just like a refund please. Thank you.
