I completed several jobs for BrokerPriceOpinion.com and accumulated over $300. They owe me this amount for 3 months now and I haven’t received a cent from them so far. This company has no intention to keep their promises and they have no place in business because of that. Please avoid dealing with that company no matter what.

I have completed 19 BPO/property inspection reports between November 2011 and February 2013. I have never been paid for any of my work. I have spoken with a few folks at the company who keep telling me they are "behind" in payments and to "please be patient" and they "cannot give me an exact pay timeline". I would take 4 pictures and answer some questions about the property (location, exterior condition ) and submit the pictures to brokerpriceopinion.com. I was to be paid $15.00 - $25.00 depending on distance. Did 16 orders than refused to do more as I did not get paid. I would tell anyone who is being contacted that in all probability they will not get paid.

This company does not pay - at least not for long. Had problems in [protected]. Finally got a check - made out to the wrong employer, but a check. Have not been paid since June 2011. Other agents I know in area are having the same problem. This company still has the nerve to call for BPO's and gives me homeowners phone numbers. I do one BPO a month now hoping it will trigger a check my way. I just filed complaint with Colorado BBB, Colorado Attorney General, NABPOP, and FTC. This company pays in the beginning, uses you, and strings you along until you figure out you are not going to be paid. (Referred to as theft of service)?. Then they get someone new and start over with that person. This apparently is how they do business. On some orders we are given the phone number of the owners to contact for clear photos. I have contacted some of the owners over the past few days to ask them which bank they are working with, and Eastern Bank seems to be it out this way. I am in Eastern MA. I will be calling Eastern Bank on Monday to voice my opinion on thier choice of BPO companies. Make complaints to the above agencies, call the homeowners, and call those banks. Meanwhile, if you get a check, take it, and cut your losses.

brokerpriceopinion.com/ First Valuation has $1100 in unpaid receivablesdue me.

When I asked about payment, first they said 60 days. At 60 days, I asked, then I was told 90 days, then payment plan, no payments.

I have been researching the resposnible parties and pssible contacts to assist with my collection. Walter Coats [protected] or [protected], Brandy (Coats) May [protected] or [protected]

BrokerPriceOpinion.com non payment

I have done BPO's for this company for a couple of years. I have always gotten paid from the company, until last spring. Right now they owe me over $200.00 in fees. I have contacted them a couple of times over the winter, and they always tell me that I will receive what is owed to me the next month. Well, I have not gotten paid for my services since last April.

I am a real estate agent, and I started working with Broker Price Opinion, when I was in need of some extra cash, $35-50 here and there. They used to send payments in 30 days of the BPO order being finished, then they started saying they would send payments in 90 days, and then payments stopped coming all together. After doing numerous orders and waiting for my money to come in, I called them and they told me that my payments have been "postponed" indefinitely because they weren't getting payment for the orders they put in!? Now I've taken my name out of their list of agents to contact for BPOs until I receive payment for the orders I've already done.

They are liars and thieves. they are scam artists not paying Realtors for the services that they are contracting for. They are sending Realtors out on jobs with promises to pay and then refuse to pay. They lie everytime they are called and are told that the payment is not scheduled yet but will be, should be and they will look into it. NEVER happens. They are scamming hard working Realtors who are trying to serve them with utmost professionalism. They need to be driven out of business. Lying dirtbags. is the nicest thing I can say. They promise to pay and never do. NEVER NEVER NEVER do any work with this company. they are totally dishonest to all levels of business.

Same here. I do lots of BPO's. Most of the time the checks roll in regular and it's hard to keep track from so many vendors. The repuable companies have a system and it's easy to track. As an agent bombarded with work, I think nothing of it when another vendor calls. Sure I had it to the list. I started doing work for www.brokerpriceopinion.com again early this year and discovered they have not been paying. I had same problem with www.evalonline.com . I stopped working for evalonline.com and www.brokerpriceopinion.com. I am preparing certified letters to send to brokerpriceopinon.com . I sent the same letters to www.evalonline.com in July 2011 and wha la! I got paid what was due to me $900.00. Broker Price opinion .com is not in Wisonsin, According to my research it is located 8700 Turnpike Drive, Westminster, CO [protected] . I cross referenced the phone # [protected]. In the state of TN you can put a mechanics and material man's lien on a property when services, labor or materials have not been paid. But first you have to send a letter of non-payment via certified mail. I have 30 properties so I sign and print a letter for each property and put them all in a large envelope and send the large envelope certified. If they do not respond you can then prepare a Notice of Lien signed by yourself and take it to be recorded at register of deeds office. (not sure of the time frame) seems like 30 days. When the property is sold, the title company has to pay you. Keep your letter copies and your certified return receipt. Check your own state laws. Just google search your state name with the work code annotated. I have attached a sample. I put the work order number and the address. Log in to your broker price opinon account and print each property for which you are owed for. This is tricky because of the frames. Just click on the Info link on the line where the address is. The work order details will come up in a seperate window. It is still a challenge to print from here (due to frames). Highlight all the details and right mouse click and copy. Open a word document and past into the word document. Then print. I Saved each one and printed each one for fear the data would be lost or deleted. I have been waiting since March to get paid for $400. They stopped answering my emails and returning my phone calls mid July. I am in Wisconsin. Until then there was always an excuse.

I am waiting as well to get paid $560. I had a lot more BPOS I was going to do until I found out they don't pay their sub-contractors. I have also filed a complaint with the AG of Colorado. No one returns calls-this place is a joke-I promise to make them famous through my marking firm

I have been trying to receive payment on over $1700 that is owed to me from brokerpriceopinion.com aka First Valuation. I filed a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's office. They have informed me that if we can get multiple agents who have not been paid to file complaints against this company that they will investigate them for unlawful business practices. I am urging you to file a complaint with their office. You can complete the complaint right online at https://www.coloradoattorneygeneral.gov/complaintform. I am trying to get agents to also come together in a class action suit to get the doors closed to this ripoff company the same way that we did with Evaluation Solutions. The only way you get paid is to contact Walt Coats, Brandy May, his duaghter and even then it takes 6-12 months, if he will talk to you.

Anyone who has done bpos for brokerpriceopinion.com (or any other bpo company) and has not been paid for bpo services rendered needs to speak up and report them; first, to the Colorado Better Business Bureau, second, to the Colorado Attorney General's office, and third, to NABPOP. BrokerPriceOpinion.com Non Payment

This company solicits Real Estate Brokers online, from all over the country to do Broker Price Opinions on homes. It does not pay the Broker's for their services. The payment to us is typically $45-65.00. They currently owe me for about 12 orders.
Do not bite the bait on this one, and please get the word out there.

Thankfully I only did three for them in August of 2018. I tried to collect for a year and then in the middle of 2019 they reached out to ask me to complete three more. I accepted the new offers and hoped I could hold the reports hostage to get payment on the old invoices but they just cut me off and now I can no longer log into their system. I've done hundreds of bpos and these are the only three that have never been paid.

Company owes me 1716.00 after I won in smalls claims court. Still no response. Going back to court to enforce 01/15/2020.
They have hired countless real estate agents to do evaluations and then refuse to pay. I know I'm not the only one to have to take them to court to get paid for my work.

Fortunately, I only did 1 BPO for $80.00 fee promised as payment. Like everyone, I am unpaid. I'll join in on a class action lawsuit if one is filed!

Currently owe us $880 in bpo's we completed for them, they have not returned any emails or calls, now their number is disconnected. We will be suing.

I'm a licensed real estate agent and completed 5 Brokers Price Evaluations for them, I have the emails to prove it. Have not been paid for over 90 days and they have blocked my phone and won't respond to my emails.
I did Evaluations for Sandra Sankey and also Tracy Avila.

Broker Price Opinion is still ripping agents off, they have not paid me for 19 recent BPOs, I have been following up on payment and they have excuses and ignore phone calls and emails. They recently canceled my login to their website. The BPO orders were placed by Roberta Haugen [protected] ext 1017 Roberta@firstvaluation.com and Jacinda Bustamante [protected] Ext. 1004 jacinda@brokerpriceopinion.com who are really just Scammers and not professionals as they order BPOs from Realtors that they know BrokerPriceOpinion.com will never be paying the Realtors for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS Please feel free to reach out to Roberta Haugen and Jacinda Bustamante and let them know it is Not Acceptable to Rip Off Realtors!

These [censor] scammers my finally be held accountable. I just received a class action lawsuit settlement statement. They are trying to settle a case. Go to HTTP://WWW.brokerpricesettlement.com/documents for info. Settlement allows them to continue operating. That is still unacceptable in my opinion. No one should do business with this company or any affiliated companies or people. They are unethical people and they should be shutdown.

I noticed the last comment was Dec. 2016. Are agents till having trouble getting them to pay? They owe me $500 for work going back to March 2017.
I am worried. I really need my money to pay my living expenses. They never answer the phone or the contact form on their site.
