sharp material coming out of chicken nuggets
I bought the chicken nuggets from the Burger king today. When I was chewing on it, I found out a sharp thing coming out from the nugget. I almost swallow the thing and I am pretty sure that would've caused pain in my throat. I am now so disappointed with the burger king. I am so mad and I am mentally frustrated. I enjoyed eating Burger King this past years, but now I'm afraid of going to Burger king again.

Cleaning supplies behind restroom door could not wash my hand due to cleaning supplies in sink cleaning towles throwed all over restroom. The restroom has not been cleaned yet and no customers in drive thru or in lobby waiting to place order. The employees are just talking and laughing walking around and only one employee at front counter working hard. No soda in machine in lobby as well not to pleased with my visit.

Ever since managment was changed food is always cold no matter what time of the day it is. Food is always cold. My family and I use to go to eat at burger King at least 2 days a week to spend family time now maybe 3 times a month because service is not good at all. All the girls have fake nails and in the food service they are not to have fake nails . I use to be a manager in the food service and there is so many things employee's are not supposed to do. In burger King. Today it just might be my last day.
Quite honestly, choosing for today to be your last day eating at Burger King will only be helpful to your health. Consuming fast food at a minimum of twice a week is very detrimental to your health. Just as well, choosing eating as a 'family time' activity is not a good example to set for children, especially when it is food that has proven negative effects on health. It can also easily enable a cycle of over-eating. I'm sorry you're unsatisfied with your Burger King experiences, but you should put some serious thought into how much crap you stuff into you and your families mouths.

I use to work at your cheektowaga thruway plaza location where I was fired because a managers family member didn't like me and my gender WHICH IS WRONG . drive-thru order/time
Pulled into bk as I do on average once per week, tried to order some of the cheetos mac thingies as they were advertised on drivethru screen, but was told no longer available. Then I was rushed with my order just to be forgotten upon reaching window. If I hadn't paid with credit card i'd have gotten a refund. Without explanation or condolence I sat for twenty minutes waiting on; a spicy rodeo chicken sandwich, a bacon rodeo jr., and an order of onion rings. The chicken sandwich had only t he piece of chicken, a slice of cheese and a nickel size drop of bbq sauce. The onion rings were ice cold and mixed with chicken fries. I was already frustrated and bothered nearly to point of anger so I didn't even attempt fixing it. Then to top it off after returning home I went to the mybkexperience site to do survey and completed it in its entirety including more than this paragraph... Only to be told that site was currently unavailable.

I went to the burger king in lacy lakeview store #3714. I literally had to go through the line 3times and they still didnt get my order right. It really upset me when i tried to call the back and they wouldn't pick up. This is the fourth time this week this has happened. They really need to be mindful of people food allergies if i ask for only mayo n cheese its because im allergic to it not tryna be picky smh. Glad i only took one bite before having to spit it out so i wouldnt have an allergic reaction
all of your salads
I have been eating at this yankton sd burger king for so many years. A few years ago, they did away with carrying healthy salad dressing options.
Seriously, if I am ordering garden salad, or ever a grilled chicken garden salad, the last thing I am looking to add, is a pile of shredded cheddars cheese and a 200 calorie packet of salad dressing. Doesn't this defeat the whole purpose of ordering salad. Is your nutritional staff just that unaware of what is really a low cal healthy salad? I wanted to order a "garden salad" and the only thing that it came with is about 3 cups of iceburg lettuce, 2 tomato chunks and a pile of cheese, and then my choices of dressing are all high calorie packets around 200 and more. Last I checked a garden salad, meant veggies from the garden. How about peppers, cucumbers, snap peas, something for pete's sakes. Someone get a clue and lets bring the low cal dressing packets back at least. If your not aware of this situation in yankton, then I think its highly time for an "undercover boss" show situation. I'll have to drive to a grocery store from now on and buy a ready made salad that I know I can get for around 250 calories, dressing and all.
Seriously do you have a license in nutrition science? Wow. Salad dressing is one of the biggest issues when it comes to what people add to a otherwise healthy salad full of greens and veggies. It's the easiest thing for any food establishment to offer a healthier option. Sounds to me like your the one who needs to educate yourself OR maybe you just need to eat a salad.

It sounds like you have no idea what a calorie is. The cheese, provided it has no processed additives, is doing good for you in the salad. Also, instead of complaining about the dressing being 200 calories, how about you try not using the whole package? Or better yet, complain about the dressing having corn syrup in it instead of how many calories it has. Educate yourself.

Our Burger King in Lockport, IL is closed due to a fire. There is construction work being done, and I actually think it was rebuilt. Can you tell me when this Burger King restaurant is scheduled to open? I really don't care for other fast food burgers. There is nothing compared to a Whopper. I'm currently having to go to the next town to get a Whopper at other Burger Kings. This isn't a complaint. It's just an inquiry. I miss our Burger King in Lockport, IL. Any ideal when the Burger King in Lockport IL is going to open? It has been under construction due to a fire. I actually thing it was rebuilt. I miss not having my Whopper, and I don't like going over to the next town to get my Whopper. This isn't a complaint, it's an inquiry.

refusal of service for discount
On Wednesday March 14th around 4pm, Ms. Janine refused to take my discount based on completing my survey. She also refused to prove to me where it says on the receipt that I had to buy a drink with fries in order to get a free Whopper. I showed her that it said I had to buy a free drink, but she wasn't able to figure out and prove to me on the receipt where it said I also had to buy fries. She was very rude. Please contact me so I can explain further and show you my pictures of my receipt. This was at store #12205 on Jerome avenue in the Bronx. The back of the receipt is attached.
no sugar in milk tea plus not even providing sugar packet
This Is a burger king shop in china, shenyang, tai yuan jie area.
I ordered a meal and asked for milk tea instead of cold drink and when I get my order the staff says they dont give sugar packets for milk tea they only provide it for coffee and when I take a sip of the milk tea there is not even little amount of sugar in it

cleanliness of the store unfriendly staff members
Me and my husband was out for the day with my 8 year old Grandson. He wanted to go to Burger King so we took him there. As we was ordering the girl was very unfriendly and never smiled or thanked us for our order. She was complaining about having to work cause someone had not showed up for her shift. We then went to find a table and there was no clean tables, trash was on tables and in the floors along with food on floor. We was very upset and ended up going out to the car to eat our food. Not very good business.
onion rings and wopper
We ordered 2 whoppers and 1 onion ring. First of all we got the 2 whoppers and 1 order of french fries. We told them we ordered onion rings, so they tossed the fries in the garbage and gave us some onion rings, however, when we took them to a table and took a bite they were cold, so we returned them and they eventually brought us a new order, which were warm but mushy. Both whoppers were only luke warm. Therefore our whole meal was unexceptable as far we were both concerned.

I am currently in your Denton Texas resturant! I am shocked the way the food was given to me on a tray, and the quality of the biscuit and hasbrowns. The biscuit completely crumbled apart where I had to use a fork to finish what I could. The hasbrowns have been cooked with very old grease. It was disgusting and a waste is good money. I have pictures if you would like to see them. I will never return to this location.

My order was not of the best quality you would expect from Burger King. I have ordered this same meal at different Burger King restaurant. That location offered a lot better looking plate of food than what I received at this location.
The offending location is on 4th street in Downtown Long Beach, California.
One of the burger patties looked burnt and tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp instead of being fresh off the grill. The other patty had a better color but it was not warm nor hot. I also could not read enough of the numbers for the Survey Code to let them know I was not satisfied with my meal.
terrible customer service
I arrive at Burger King Drive thru on 3220 W Columbus in Chicago IL 60652, at 8:51am I place my order and I pulled up to the window and paid my money. The young lady told me to pull around to handicap and she will bring it out. Now I didn't understand why she said that, because no one else was in the drive thru line. So I waited and after 5 minutes past, I watch as people was pulled up in the drive thru ordering and receiving their food.
So after ten minutes past since me ordering, I walked in Burger King ( which defeats the purpose of me going through drive thru) and ask for a refund. I told the manager I was outside waiting over 10 minutes for my food.
She NEVER apologize for the inconvenience or even tried to soothe the situation that they have caused. She had more attitude as if she was the one who was waiting. I WAITED OVER TEN MINUTES!
This Burger is terrible and the workers are extremely lazy. I need something to be done about this poor customer service was totally unprofessional . Burger King has lost my business forever.

I ordered a chicken salad and the quality was terrible, the letters turned a rusty color and the chicken was dry and hard. It looks like they had it for a while. I did go back and the manager said they make it fresh and shrugged his shoulders. I will never patronized this restaurant. I hope they get their act together and change

On March 7, 2018 at 9:00 pm I pulled up to the drive through speaker with my daughter Brittany and my niece to order food. I had no idea this particular BK closed that early. There was a car ahead of me that pulled up to the window. I have no idea if they were served or not. The lady spoke on the speaker and said sorry we are closed, my daughter said but you just served the car in front of us. The lady on the speaker got raged in her voice and said "no I didn't I told him we were closed too". I then said "hey there is no need to yell at us" she then said "I told you we were closed", I said you need to watch your tone and it's not professional, she then said "you need to watch your tone [censor]" I was like what a minute you don't know me to call me out my name. I pulled up to the window to see if I could see anyone such as a manger. I saw no one except this young guy at the fries and when he saw me, he put his middle finger up at me. My daughter recognized him as Carter, he used to work with my youngest daughter at Target in Crystal MN and my ex-husband used to be his boss. I then called the store hoping to talk to a manager she answered and I said you didn't expect me to call your tone and behavior is not a representation of Burger King and I will be calling your manager in the morning. She started to scream at me and saying she didn't call me a [censor] and I said no worries I'm a minister and you have no idea who you are talking to and if you talk to Burger King customers like this and they approve then shame on Burger King. I hung up and she called me back from the store line (which I know they are NOT supposed to do). She begin to apologize for calling me out of my name and I told her you know what I accept your apology but I'm still talking to the manager, and tell Carter I saw him stick his middle finger up at me. She then got quiet and was really apologizing I told her do not call my phone again, and I hung up. I told my youngest about it when I got home and she texted Carter (because they worked together) and she said do not ever disrespect my mom again, and he said I was disrespectful that is why he put his middle finger up at me. Never once was I disrespectful mainly over FOOD! I went into BK this morning and spoke to the store manager and put in my complaint, I didn't feel assured that she would do anything about it so therefore I'm sending my complaint form directly. If these are the type of employees and managers (because I found out this morning she is the manager) then it's an embarrassment on BK that you would allow such people and behaviors to represent your companies. I do not do violence or negative energy ever, and that is what I teach my children I am a minister at my church and I teach positive behavior (I attend The Purpose Church where Bishop Terry D. Williams oversees - feel free to call them) so to start an argument because of being closed is not my nature. The store manager came off as if it was my fault, if it was my fault there would be no reason for me to make time to stop by before heading to work to make a complaint, and if it WAS my fault no manager has the right to call me out of my name nor stick their middle finger up at me. I will NEVER go to that BK again. I do hope something is done about this. I'm not seeking coupons or anything free I just don't believe in this type of customer service from any establishment.

I ordered 3 diet cokes, and 1 sprite.
Their soda machine was down. As I wait, I notice one of the employees pouring regular coke in the cups. (I assumed it wasn't for me initially) but then I see her pour diet coke on top after motioning to her coworker that she realized she made a mistake. Instead of dumping it. They were giggling as if it was funny, and the lady who poured the drinks shrugged her shoulders that she didnt care. They did not realize I was looking. When the other lady goes to give it to me.. I clearly ask if those are really diet because my husband is diabetic! The lady looks at me directly in the eye and says yes they are diet. I said, I will be able to tell the difference and if its a lie I will report it. They both gave me a snarky smirk, and I just left. I had my daughter in the car, and there was a line of vehicles behind me. I did not want to make a scene there. As soon as I got home, I did the taste test, and sure enough... 2 out of the 3 were regular coke mixed. I could tell because they were much sweeter than the actual diet coke.

This is not acceptable.in fact, it is dangerous. Had I not noticed and my husband drank that soda, he would have gotten ill and I would have sued the pants off of that establishment. This happened last night at the burger king in 1318 pocono blvd. Mount pocono pa 18344. My order # was 82 at 7:57pm march 5 2018.. I still have the sodas and the receipt. The one pouring the drinks was a african american heavy set woman, and the one who clearly saw her and continued their game was a possible older caucasian lady with dark hair. I called the store today march 6 2018 and spoke to someone there about the situation. I am not confident that anything will be done. These 2 lady's have no business working in a food establishment. The one thing that should never be messed with is other peoples food. It is extremely dangerous and people can die because of someone else's negligence. I am very dissatisfied with the temp of your burgers. I got a couple of cheese burgers and whoppers with cheese and they were cold and cheese wasnt even melted on them. This isnt the first time this has happened. A plain cheese burger was totaly ice cold. Most likely this will be the last time I eat a your resteraunts. Half of the menu at the drive thru was all brown you couldn't even read it. The window were the girl handed you the food and all the window were filthy. Even when you look thru the kitchen everything looked dirty. This store was remolded not to long ago. You think it would look clean. Then my salad I ordered had no salad dressing or anything in the bag. This was the Burger King on route 37 west in Tom's River, New Jersey. Terrible management I guess. This was the second time I was at this one and it will probably be my last.
