When visiting the Burger King in Dublin, GA tonight I received a raw chicken sandwich. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was eating it in the dark in my car at night time and the texture tasted funny. I had already eaten half of the sandwich when I turned the light on and discovered it was raw chicken. This is unacceptable and I hope that I do not get sick from it.

I purchased food thru the drive thru that was not eatable. I called them right after to inform them the excuse was it busy lunch time. I asked for the corporate number. I called and made a compliant on the phone. They took my information. I yet to hear from the manager of store #6755. Pulled up to BK at 11:30pm and the menu light was off so we couldn't see anything and felt pressured to order quickly, maybe cuz it was close to closing time. We think the lights were off to appear closed and avoid customers. After we ordered snd paid we were asked to pull up front to wait for our food to be brought out, mind you that we were the only ones there. After 15 minutes of waiting, we got our food and assumed it was fresh and was the reason for the wait but when we arrived home, we had 2 orders of large fries that had to be under a heat lamp for hours, they were dry, cold and uneatable. My partner was only looking forward to the frys which led to this complaint. The nuggets we ordered were also cold and stale, the whopper had ketchup that I asked to have without, and the Bacon tendercrisp had no bacon... The only thing that came out right was the Large Sprite w/o ice... What is the reason for so many mistakes? And lack of service? Why did it take so long when there was no line and none of the food was freshly made? What's the staff smoking there?

3/28/18--9:45pm, went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 whoppers & 3 King meals, all burgers ONLY meat & cheese. I asked her please meat & cheese only( Shea, manager, took my order). Guess what i get home and my daughter bites into her burger and has everything on it, i was HOT!, my daughter went ahead and ate it because she was tired n ready to go to bed. I went back up there, mind you, she never gave me a receipt for my order, and told the guy that my order was messed up, and she (Shea) comes to the window and said ill fix it, i had the food n she asks for it, and what does she do, take it back through the drive thru window, that is a big No No in the food industry, cross contamination! I tell her to remake my 3 orders and she only makes 2 orders and one fry, so i end up loosing, having to go home and eat hot burgers with some cold fries, how would you like that? You wouldn't. So i suggest something is done about this, she is a manager, she should keep the customers happy, not give them half [censor] orders, when they are the ones that messed up in the first place. The bullies, slackers, sex on the job, weed smoking, customer service, attitude (bad)... Management as a whole should motivate employees not speak to them badly or speak badly of them... The past visits have been a SMH visit... Something should be done not something I want to endure again..closer attention should be paid in treatment at this location... It horrible really...

I usually don't do this but I feel it is important that u r aware. I just went thru the drive through of Burger King in albertville al. Well I'm actually still here in parking lot. I order a ham and cheese courssant. When I got it the cheese was still cold, needless to say it hadn't even begin to soften or melt. The sandwich itself was just a touch warm. The girl that was at the drive through never said a word, I spoke, I said thank u, she never said a word back. Just turned her head and continued with I guess the next order. I understand she's got a job to do in a fast pace, but she could be somewhat friendly as well. It's part of customer service.

on February 25th, I went to the local Burger King located on Union Street in Bangor, Maine at 4:30 pm. I waited in the drive through 15 min. ordered 2 whoppers and told they were out of Whoppers. I asked how could that be at 4:30. I then ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches for over $9.

When I got home, I looked and the grilled chicken was black, dry, cold and couldn't be eaten, really couldn't tell what this was.

I could hear the kids laughing when they handed me the dinner, now I know why. Because I complained about not having the whopper sandwiches. I have been ordering from there for years and have never had such bad service and meal. I didn't see a manager all I could see is teenagers, so I didn't go back with the sandwiches to complain. I never though to take picture to prove my complaint, I just threw them away, my dog wouldn't even eat them.

I ordered my child a kid meal at drive thru. I couldn't hear the woman on the intercom. So after ordering I pulled up. She said the only drinks that were available was coke and Dr Pepper. My child can't drink dark cola. They didn't even offer a orange juice or milk. So I asked if she could have a cookie since the drinks weren't available. She said she didn't know so I asked her to ask her manager. She did. Came back to the window and said "give me back the drink" which I did NOT! I said so I have to exchange for the Cookie. Let me talk to your manager. She the slammed the window and started acting rude. The manager came to the window and ultimately gave me the cookie. It was not my fault they didn't have or offer different options for not having what's on the menu. I left very upset and will not go back.

I stopped at the Hickory Run travel plaza in PA on 2/19/18 and my son and I went to Burger King for a "quick" lunch. There was one person working at the behind the grill area and one at the counter who was also bagging food. they were both working hard however, the person at the food/register was handling money and then handling food with no gloves and no sanitation. By the time we received our order it looked as though a manager came to handle the food. He washed his hands and sanitized before starting. This is deplorable and inexcusable on many levels.

I just walked in to the most racist experience of my life without even saying a single word.

I came to niagara to spend time with my wofe and son, my first time in the u. S and its a racist as we hear. Im african canadian, never been to the states, been here a month now.
I walk in at 11.15pm as I see someone from outside. I wave in gesture to ask if they are still open and the girl I see says to come in. I asked before walkimg in and then I do and the girl calls out to someone maybe the manager and before I could say a single word, the lady says "I dont know how you got in here but you need to leave.." whats that supposed mean.. I didnt say anything and just leave with a stone in my heart and tears in my eyes with how racist white people can be! Im appalled and filled with disgust.

Left me at drive thru waiting over 20 mins when asked to pull forward. Had to go in and they said they forgot about me.

Rude service when ordering at drive thru and when picked up order not one word was said to me. Handed order shut window. Coffee was ice cold and was looked at and avoided at window until after several minutes a lady came to window and when asked about coffee was told they had not made any this morning yet...at 830am. Said we will have to make some told to pull forward. Did and it was never brought out to me

The website states this Burger king closes at 2am, as well as the sign on the doors. I went through the drive thru at 1:10am and waited 5 minutes till I said hello. The kid asked how the rally was? Not sure what he meant. I asked for a two woppers and a fry. He said nope cant do, not tonight we are closed I told him it was 50 minutes till closing. He said nope not tonight, short staffed. The problem is he wasted time and was very rude. I drove 30 minutes to this so called open burger king. Veru disappointed.

I purchased 2 combos. They both had medium Dr Peppers and the Dr Pepper has a strong clorox like smell and taste. It hurt our mouth to drink. I have repeatedly tried calling the La Joya, Texas store at [protected] at it says international call can not go through. My order was #61 at BK #15814 on Thursday Feb 22, 2018. The hours are posted on the building 6am-11pm, but I went through the drive thu at around 7:30am and got no response and the doors were still locked with workers inside. I returned and still at 8:00am there was no response. Plus while sitting in the parking lot I saw at least 12 other people get unserved as well. Lot of lost business for you guys. This branch needs to be assessed so that you guys aren't losing money.

I was running through the airport in Charlotte making my connection flight from Baltimore to Greensboro. aI was starving but had no time to waste so I stopped at Burger King. After my food was ready I had to run like greased lightening to make my flight and immediately boarded. After taking my seat I went to eat. Sadly, the burger I had gotten less than 5 minutes before I went to eat it, was cold. I wasted time at Burger King and money for a sandwich I couldn't eat and still ended up hungry. Add to that the fact that our flight was delayed on the tarmac one and a half hours due to a operational issue, I was not a happy traveler. But I was a hungry traveler.

I am a courier for Community Blood bank from Erie, Pa. After delivering blood to UPMC Hospital in Williamsport I stopped for a quick sandwich on the way back to Blood Bank, on 2/21/2018 at Store # 2613 in Williamsport, Pa., I ordered two Whoppers with cheese. When I opened them to eat them after getting back on the expressway headed for my next pickup, I discovered that the buns contained a burger and a slice of cheese nothing else. There was no lettuce, no tomato, no onion no nothing. I would like coupons or something for free sandwiches to replace these. Thank you.

Got home they were so dried out tough and very dark. Probably been laying under a lot for a very long time. Went to the Burger King's to get my order replaced or money back. The manager on duty refused to replace my order or to give me my money back. Was very disrespectful argued with me they were not bad it was just the breading on them. Have pictures. She kept my receipt said she would show it to her general manager to see what she says about it. I have never been treated so bad in my entire life over to chicken sandwiches. Or any food for that matter. This lady needs to be fired big time in my opinion. I'm a Christian person and don't believe in treating anybody that way over to sandwiches or for any reason. I arrived at the burger King off US 33, in indiana at 7:55, with 4 cars in front of me. I was asked to wait before ordering. 15 minutes later, I was told I could order. I ordered a #5 large with onion rings, and a cherry dr pepper, another LG onion ring and cinnamon toast crunch shake. Sorry no shake. $12.63 pull forward. 25 minutes later and my food is wrong, and when I ask for a receipt the guy ducks down towards the back and doesn't return. Should have taken a total of 5 minutes, to drop fresh meat and only 2:45 for onion rings to cook. This is rediculous, 4 cars drove past me while I was waiting. What's going to be done to fix this problem.

Orlando, FL 32828 and I was eating at the restaurant with my children and a group of people arrive and 2 of them identify themselves as employees in a defiant way talking with GM Miguel Baez. Suddenly a brunette woman named Tanya arrives and identifies herself as an employee of the restaurant without saying a word. they begin to beat and fight all the clients we retire from the restaurant and we leave until the food we feel threatened several clients we refer to the GM he identified himself as Miguel Baez and we asked him why he allowed this and that the man identified as Joseph and another william They beat a woman and he did not call the police. He did not do anything. We also asked him how he could have these violent people as employees. He just smiled and said goodbye to us. I hope that the top management of this aforementioned restaurant will fire those people I think there was also a person identified as Sandra and another Bryan in the store I hope that the corporation responds to ste complaint and do not have those people working in any of its restaurants and that GM Miguel Baez can not use them thanks for your attention

Ordered Whopper w/cheese at BK A1A around 3PM and holding trays held about 25 burgers! When my order received it was cold, disheveled and barely edible. Add the severe body odor of the cashier and I barely managed 2 bites before I threw my sandwich away. Horrible experience, will NEVER go back. Lots of loud infighting by work crew, no one managing customer service at all.
