burger cold, items on burger missing
Hello I went to Burger King on 221 Graves mill rd, drive thru. I requested a whopper with chesse, I received Whopper no chesse or onion. The burger was cold also. I have never had a issue before. I called back to let manager know, smart [censored] worker kept me on hold for over 5 min. No one ever came to phone. If this is how a potential customer gets treated, I will not go back or my family .
racial discrimination while taking orders
I was at Burger king, in Hannover city. There were only two counters open to receive orders. The first one was handled by manager him self and next one by a sales girl. There was just one waiting line. Customers would choose either one of the counter when it's free. When my turn came. I went to manager's counter, at the same time one more guy entered shop. I tried to explain the guy that he should come in line, but manager intervened and took his order not mine. When asked for explanation, he kept saying he can't talk to me and I can leave. He showed least interest or respect to me as if he doesn't want me as his customer. He even humiliated me by saying good bye while laughing at me.

On 9/7/2015, myself and a passenger stopping by Store 3042, bellingham, WA and ordered a dinner (Order #79, for $28.10). We ordered via the drive thru. Admittedly my passenger was having a difficult time with the process (very senior and hard of hearing) and was certainly less than gracious to the young person on the other end of the speaker/microphone. Nanette less we got order and went on our way. However, about 15 minutes passed before I attempted to drink the "Mocha Iced Coffee." Almost immediately I detected to chemical flavor and poorer it out--but not before I had unwittingly swallowed some of it. The next 24 hours were immensley painful. I will not, nor any of my family members or associates ever patronize another Burger King and in fact one of my daughters is pervasive blogger, and will by my direction, will relate this even as far as she is able.
I didn't but should sought medical help but I managed to get through it on my own thank to some previous medical training. Had I gone to the emergency room, my lawyer would be writing this not me.
bacon king
I went to the Burger King in Smiths Falls, Ontario, Canada and paid over $9 per burger (got 2) and was shocked when I got home. On your commercials you say 6 pieces of thick bacon on top of 2 patties. Well when I did not see bacon on either sandwich I proceeded to take the bun off and was shocked to see only 5 broken pieces of bacon that when put together made only 1 piece of bacon, I will never buy that again because you have done false advertising or that franchise is ripping people off because this is a blatant rip off.
the whole visit
I am from Dallas and had to go and visit an uncle who is sick in Providence hospital. So it's late about 10:15pm I am diabetic and needed to eat something fast. There were no customers inside so we go in only customers order pay sit down and wait. Next you have another set of customers come in and they order so get this we are still waiting. Then we see they get there big bag of food and we are still waiting. Finally get fed up ask for a refund cause since we walked in bad customer service lots of workers and slow service everybody looks as though there on something. I've token me meds thinking okay I'll get my food shortly no. So here we go having to look for another place to eat. They didn't offer an apology nothing hey here's your food it was wait no good customer service. Moral of the story take care of your customers that came in first and there was no reason they got there order first before us. I will not visit your Burger King again #7144 in Waco Texas

My boyfriend went to our local BK in Shaws Plaza, Augusta, ME 04330 and ordered 6 rodeo burgers to go for he and his disabled roommate currently dying of brain cancer (all, he likes/craves are your rodeo burgers) when they arrived home, after eating a burger or two, when he opened and bit into the ne, t burger, he noticed there was a hair, he figured it was accidental and opened the burger to check. In the middle were 5 hairs that resembled pubic hair; coarse, black, short and kinky w/follicles still attached like someone pulled them out intentionally. When he returned to the store, providing these hairs, the customer associate quickly shook the paper containing the hairs and pretended to see nothing. He tried calling the store SEVERAL times; the advised him to return (all he asked was for a replacement burger or refund) and they would replace; they did not once he arrived, in fact, they charged him again! All he did was request Fresh/hot off grill and they all, seemed bothered/angry about providing it to him and it seems purposeful and malicious.
We did call customer service BUT I wanted to ensure our situation be heard by someone interested in helping loyal/regular customers.

All the employees, with I exception of 1 (Jack), were slacking off yelling at one another. We waited and they went and got Jack who was cleaning the bathrooms to take our order. after receiving our order from Jack he started mopping the lobby. manager was rude!!!
The incident happened yesterday dated September 5, 2017. I ordered drive thou and the crew let her manager handle my order. I ordered whooper sandwiches but instead the manager gave me chicken sandwiches. So, I went back and talked to her that this was not my order.
You know what the manager did she yelled at me and told me she was not deaf she made it right! She got mad at me!
She was a Mexican manager, one crew even went near to me and advised me to file a complain for that rude manager the crew told me they are also in doubt with the manager it's like she was using fake documents!
Now, Burger king the manager owe me an apology for being rude and not a good example to everyone, but she owes you the most...maybe it's time you have to put her under investigation of her fake papers and rude behavior she does not deserved her position, she should be cleaning only the toilet and not talking to people with her behavior. Nobody deserves to be treated that way especially customers. We loved your food.

I went to BK in Menands on Broadway in upstate NY.
Ordered a small veggie burger meal NO MAYO and Orange HI C no ice. After I paid I was told I had to pull up and wait 1min for my meal. I waited 5 mins for my meal no biggie. I checked my bag before I pulled out burger covered in Mayo- I go in go over mistake and have them fix meal. I just assume it would not be messed up twice...clearly I was wrong. Get into my car drive away open veggie burger soggy soggy bun and again covered in Mayo. I could not go back as I have a 30 min lunch break. very very disappointed it was like they were pissed at me and wiped the mayo off and then just add more to it. Never ever go back and also my fries were cold- so still unsure why I waited 5 mins for cold fries and a wrong order x2.
I through the food out as Mayo makes me gag at the site of it and did not want to go back to BK 3 hours after with it (gross LOL)

I was at Las Vegas airport yesterday (Sep 5th) around 7:25 pm
As I had to catch a flight around 8:20 pm I figure Burger King would be a good fast food and I can catch my flight on time
Well the first thing that shocked me was the price for a whopper mean was $14 twice as what you pay outside... then I had to wait for around 20 minutes to get the food... as you can imagine the stress and since had that food last night until this morning I had a hard time digesting the food which is very strange
As Burger King is our families favorite place to go I hated to have such experience and to be honest I am sure that I will never try this location again and kind of hesitant to use your facility in other locations

I stop by Burger King the night of 9/05/17 at about 7:30 pm at 7064 Columbia Pike Annandale VA. 22003. I order two whoppers and the guy taking the order was very rud and rushing me with my order. I also ask for a large fries order and the guy seen like he did not want to sell any food. He keep stopping me and saying any thing else, any thing else, any thing else. That just made me not order any thing else even though I wanted other food. When I got to the window to pay and pick up my food he was just taking about personal staff with two other employees and I was just sitting in my car patiently wating for my food. When he gave me the food before he hang me the bag he told the girls I was and old lady and gave me the bag and did not even say thank you. I asked him for his name and he said it was Daniel. I told him he was very rud the way he takes orders and I could have order more but he is not giving a chance to even order the food and he told me that is how they do it and the manager Georgina does it the same way too. false complaint to police
On Sunday Sept. 3, 2017 Time approx. between {{ 4:15 an 5.00.}} I had went thru the drive thru at your business on Hatch Rd, Modesto, Ca. I ordered 2 10 pc chicken nuggets for my 10 yr old grandson and his friend. I had to tell the girl 3 time I wanted 2 orders. When we received our order there was only 1, I pulled around and parked in front to go in and get another order. When I came out with the order the police had parked behind me and proceeded to put me threw the drunk driver tests. And of course the officer went from drunk, to being on drugs. : NONE OF WHICH I WAS: The officer told me that the girl inside had called and said I was drunk. I was so embarrassed of course everyone was watching, Not to mention my boys were scared to death, and by that time there were 4 police officers there. My complaint is this could have turned out very badly.
Of course the police seen I was not drunk and let me go, but that was not going to change the fact of what I had to experience. I do not know what she was thinking or what she thought. I am a 69 yr old single woman trying to do my best to raise, and give me boy a safe and happy home. This appareled about this innocent. I do were dentures, and that day I did not have them on and it is hard to understand me sometimes. That is the only thing I can figure why she would think this.
In any case I am very upset about this . I do commend the girl for her efforts. I do recommend she knows what she is doing and very well right next time.Thank You, I felt it necessary you be contated about this matter

the shakes machine's
I have been to 6 burger king locations over the past 3 months a total of 16 times every time i go, they tell me the machines are broke or down and they cant make the milshakes. Why are they advertising in the stores the Lucky charms Froot loops and etc if nobody can ever have one due to lack of "machine opetation" . starting to think its not the machines but the employee how can 6 different locations over 16 times in 2 months nobody have a working shake machine that is working. Pull your advertising for the items that you cant produce. This is the only thing we keep coming back for. Thank you from a disgruntled guest.
handling of my food
I go to burger king a lot with my family. When I walked in today to order our food there was one employee messing with her hair. She never washed her hands before touching our food. This is nasty to me and I know to others. I've worked in the restaurant business for more than 10 years and we ALWAYS stressed to the employees to ALWAYS WASH THEIR HANDS after touching face, hair or restroom breaks or any other breaks or touching money. This can and will hurt your business.

On September 2, 2017 I went to Burger King drive thru located at 171 W. Chelten Ave., Philadelphia, PA with a passenger who also wanted to make a purchase. I requested two separate orders because two separate cards were being used and was told it could not be done we would have to go through two times to make the purchase which did not make sense to me. Other fast food restaurants let you make a minimum of two purchase in the drive thru. Why can't Burger King do the same?

The staff at the Claremont are ridiculous. They're rude, at the counter sometimes I have to wait for 5 minutes or more just for someone to notice me standing there. I'm there every morning. The service is ridiculous. Half the time, they all go outside to have a cigarette at the same time and leave no staff inside. I am very irritated with this, it's one thing to not notice someone at the counter for a couple minutes but for more than that AND to be rude is obnoxious because I do nothing wrong except order food.

I ordered the 2 for $6.00 Whopper deal and asked for no onions, no pickles and add cheese. The receipt is correct and list HEAVY cheese - 2 slices for $.50 on each. When I paid the girl asked me to pull ahead and wait and they would bring it out. I figured my special order would take a few minutes. After over 10 minutes, my order was finally brought out. I got home to find NO CHEESE, which I paid for. I also found Onions, which the receipt clearly says...NO Onions. It was not that hard of an order and to have to wait for the order to be wrong, made it even worse.

I came threw the drive threw and ordered 2 20 piece nuggets and 2 large fries. I was asked to pull around and they would bring my food out to the car. They then bring my food out and i drive 10 mins home only to find no fries at all. I then call and explain that i drove ten mins home and my fries were not in the bag. As I am explaining she tells me to hold on as she talks to her friend about somthing else with me still on the phone. Then responds I guess if u want to drive back we could make u those fries for you. I dont like to eat my food cold but what choice do i really have at this point. So I then drove 10 mins back to just to be met by a rude employee. Apperently it is my fualt for not checking the bag. They then gave me the fries that were barely warm. Needless to say by the time I got home the fries were cold along with the nuggets that have now been sitting in the bag for 30 mins. this is not the first time either. last week was almost an identical incident at the same burger king. where we ordered our food only to get home and find the two cheese burger kids meals that we got with our food were both missing the cheese burgers. They did offer to remake the hole kids meals in this incident but again i got to eat my food cold becuase i had to drive back and get my kids there food. I really like burger king but someone needs to do somthing becuase i am tired of eating cold food and will not continue to go back being treated so badly.
hours of operation and product shortages
I work late and usually stop at the BK at 3811 Nova Rd in Port Orange, Fl. I have gone there at midnight and they were closed for "end of day". This was also true when I went at 1AM, 11:20 PM. Luckily there is a McDonalds across the street. The sign outside says open 24 hours. I would think "End of day" could be run at 4AM on a Saturday which would not inconvenience customers. Also, I have been there at 5PM or 5:30 PM and once they were out of buns for my favorite chili dog, and a second time when they were out of hot dogs. I should point out they are located in Dunlawton Square with a Publix a few feet away. I don't think this is a great way to run a business.

overpricing
I just ordered the 2 for $6 Whoppers and a large drink and the total came to $11.85. I am unable to speak so I tried my best to let the girl know that the price was wrong. I even managed to get out a few words. I can do that when I am mad. I pointed to the window that days 2 for $6 so she went and got somebody else she came in and said it would be more. I just grabbed my drink and would of stormed out of the store but had to wait on the sandwiches. I did just come home and added it up in case for some reason I spaced out and the total should of been $9.61 if tax is still 9%. Even if it's 10% it should of been $9.70. I tried my best to get the girls working there to see what I was talking about but there was no getting threw to them.
If you want to know which store it was it was the one on 1555 Montgomery Hwy, Hoover. I swear I almost ran back down there after I came in here and added it up but by then the 2 Whoppers I did get would be ruined.
