Burger King customer service

To Whom It May Concern:

First of all I would like to say, I am not very satisfied with your company's handling for complaints. This is the 3rd time that I am mentioning the same issue that occurred on 9/10 at 1:55 pm. I called to advise your company that I was not satisfied with the treatment I received at Store#6357. During the Hurricane Irma scare. I went to the aforementioned
location to get some food and was turned away. They told me that they were closed when I walked in the door at 1:55pm, yet more people got
into the Drive Thru line while they ushered me out of the store. Those individuals were not refused service, but I was. I was irritated to say the
least. I do not know what kind of fast food establishment your company is, but I do not like it. There are too many other places to go to without worrying about Burger King. Some manager named Steve made a half hearted attempt to contact me so that he can say he did. He left me a voicemail to call him back, which I did. The phone rang over 40 times at the number he called from but did not give me the opportunity to leave a voicemail. Also, no follow up on his part.

I have been dealing with business situations for 40 years and this is spiraling out of control. It is not my job to satisfy Burger King, but the other way around.
If your business does not care about the customer, then I will let the media know this issue. In case BK wants to talk to me, I will once again leave my
contact information . I do expect to hear from someone very very soon. If I do not answer, a voice mail message with a working phone number would be fine. Also the name and best time to call would suffice.

Burger King bad service

Since new management came to the lake city mn burger king the place has been nothing but a [censor] show. They never get orders right, we have waited up to 40 min in the drive through for food that you then recieve cold. The employees are on drugs and no one takes the job serious. Very poor service many people have experienced this now and ready to boycot them.

Burger King employees

Went to bk store #7736 last night. The employees up front were to busy playing on their cellphone to give any decent customer service. I watched the cook with no gloves on handle raw meat then start filling orders of chicken nuggets. After that he started making the food I had ordered. He still has no gloves, wiping his forehead dripping with sweat, then continue making burgers. Normally do not have any complaints with bk service. Last night was just gross. The restaurant was not clean. Will not be going back to this location.

Burger King employee taking advantage

I was dining at the burger king in fruit cove florida (495 state road 13, jacksonville, FL 32259) today (9/20/2017). I had 3 of my children with me (ages 5, 5 and 10) and we chose to sit in the playroom to eat. There were 4 children (all dressed in uniform type clothes) who were terrorizing the playroom. They were VERY loud and followed my children around the entire time and did not respect their space and allow them to even eat. We ended up leaving early, taking food with us. When I asked the oldest child where his parents were, he replied "My mom works here and we come almost every night to play and eat while she works." I just don't think this is appropriate. It would be different if the children were well behaved and sitting quietly while waiting for their mom (an employee) to get off work, but they were acting like they ran the place. It was not a good experience for me or my children and it was disrespectful to everyone trying to just enjoy a dinner out.

Burger King I am complaining about product

I had a coupon for a 2 whopper meal which came with the two burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Also added on a 10 piece chicken nuggets so my total came to $11.70. When eating the burger it tasted good but then towards the middle I tasted what I though was crumbs but the more I bit into it, it tasted worse. I turned the burger over to wait looked like a power substance and it tasted gooey and thick. Very disgusting and horrible quality within the product. I did have a coupon and was trying to get my brother some food after school and this was the horrible product we got. Thanks a lot, will never be returning. What will you be doing about this.? The location to be exact was off white lane and Gosford.

Burger King this is not a complaint but a suggestion

I am not making a complaint but a suggestion hopefully company
would consider this seriously & effectively. Please seriously considering
in getting a TV in Burger King. It will really boost up increasing moral,
customers in ages dine in more in my area. We really need 2 TV's there.
I see need increase on customers badly.

Burger King no receipt, overcharged and then denial by manager

Dear Burger King,

I normally would never complain to a corporate headquarters but tonight I'm 95% sure that a money stealing scam was attempted by a manager at one of your locations. The location is 17015 North 7th Street. I just got back from this location and the approximate time of the issue was around 8:45 PM on Tuesday September 19th.

I pulled up to the drive through and simply ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and one value fry. Upon reaching the window the cashier mumbled the total to me and all I heard was something 42. I didn't think much of it and handed over my debit card. As soon as she handed me the bag of food I knew something might be wrong as it was far too heavy but I pulled away. I pulled into the parking lot and checked my bag of food. I had received what looked like 2 value fry's and my 10 piece nugget. Okay no problem they must have heard me wrong and gave me two frys instead of one. No problem at all. I still sensed something was off so I checked my mobile banking account and noticed a charge for 7.27 from this Burger King just now. I searched through my bag and of course there is no receipt. Doing simple math in my head $1.29 x 2 for the fries and $1.49 x 1 for the nuggets doesn't equal $7.27.

I take my bag of food (with no receipt) back into the location and speak with the young woman working the register. I explain to her I was overcharged and ordered one value fry and one 10 piece nugget and was charged 7.27. She looks perplexed and the woman that handed me my food at the drive through (who I find out is the manager) immediately sees me and says "you ordered 2 value fries, we both heard it on the headset". Okay fair enough, I didn't order 2 value fries but I understand mistakes happen. I explain to her this and say okay so if you think I ordered 2 value fires and a 10 piece nugget why was I charged $7.27 and not provided a receipt. She immediately begins acting strange and pulls out her phone to use her calculator and does some rough math and tells me she owes me $2.85. I didn't see her pull this money out of the cash register so I can't confirm where this money came from but the whole situation just felt like she was trying to skim a few bucks off of me thinking I wouldn't catch what happened.

Wrong order, no receipt, no acknowledgment that she was wrong and strange behavior from the two staff members that I encountered. I don't want to fully call her out for attempting to scam but I just would like to pass this message on to see if there was anything else suspicious from this manager or the location. I have never had any problems with Burger King but seriously felt like the manager had attempted to take advantage of me. I would include a receipt but I was never given one and when I asked for my receipt inside the subject was immediately changed to giving me the difference back by using the calculator on her phone. I will be monitoring my debit card to make sure there is no other suspicious charges.

The manager appeared to be about 5"3, dark brown hair with a pony tail and of the hispanic background. I looked for her name tag and of course she didn't have one present for me to say. I should have asked for her name specifically but with this time frame you should be able to figure out who this person is.

Mistakes happen but in my opinion everything was too perfect to be a mistake. Over charged, no receipt, manager immediately knew why I was back, money not taken out of register and clearly flustered and defensive "manager". There's a chance I'm wrong but I'm fairly confident this was an attempt to steal money from me. This is the first time I have ever had a situation like this happen and I would like to try to protect others if it's a trend at this particular establishment.

Burger King appearance of crispy chicken sandwich

I went to order a crispy chicken sandwich drove away realized I had a spicy chicken sandwich that was as thin as a piece of balonie and cooked to a crisp and dripping saturated with spicy chicken sauce, I didn't return because I was already headed towards my destination and it would of been more of a hassle than it was worth. I've never had such a bad experience with a chicken sandwich in my life.

Burger King health hazard & overcharging in connecticut bk on route 5 off of 15 south

We ordered food for a lunch stop from Vermont to Maryland at the Burger King on Route 5 coming down 15 South. No problem ordering the meals but when I went to the ketchup dispenser to fill out paper cups with ketchup the substance that squirted out of the dispenser was basically WATER with a hint of red. At first I thought something was wrong with the dispenser and I filled another cup and then another until I realized the management had diluted the ketchup with (tap) water. That is disgusting and a health hazard putting tap water in with ketchup and leaving it at room temperature to grow bacteria. This manager is asking for a law suit for food poisoning. I went to the counter and complained and it was immediately apparent I was correct. NO ONE denied the ketchup being watered down. I asked for a ketchup packets and was handed ONE and then told I would be charged 25 cents for each additional packet. I don't know if this is the usual practice of all BKs or just this one but I don't plan on finding out as I will never go to another BK again and risk my health. And I was not the ONLY patron to complain about the ketchup. DISGUSTING WAY TO SAVE A FEW PENNIES BY BK!

Burger King receipt for survey doesn't have survey code at bottom to take survey online.

Store #11906 in New River AZ is NOT putting the survey codes at the bottom of the receipts. Without the Survey code, One cannot take the SURVEY. This is the 2nd time I have received a receipt w/out the Survey code. One problem w/ the order for this receipt, was that the chicken patty for the original chicken sandwich was overcooked, like cardboard. The fish sandwich was perfect but the chicken sandwich on a scale of 1-10, was about a '2'. Receipt #1708696 and employee (cashier) on the receipt was Rebecca.

I agree also! The same thing is happening to me when I try to do a survey after making a purchase. I made a purchase yesterday at 3:48pm and tried to complete the survey today at 1: 45. The same message kept popping up. I give up!

Burger King might as well stick the survey up where the sun doesn’t shine..every time I try to do a survey I enter the required information from my receipt only to get the same old BS..it says in Red letters CANNOT COMPLETE THE SURVEY WITH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED I check and recheck and same old crap..I thought maybe too old of receipt, so I purchased food on a Thursday around noon...filled out the survey the very next morning and my information was no good ?

If you don’t want to follow through with free food THEN STOP THE BS SURVEY. This response is after six or seven separate visits to you place...

It’s Mcdonalds for me and my family..They have an easy to fill OUT survey and have always came through...DONE WITH YOUR CRAP..

I totally agree, I get the same message after multiple tries. It's been 24 hours and I still get the same message. As far as I am concerned Burger King can stick everything where the sun don't shine. I ordered a double cheeseburger and asked them to add mayo and onion. I was charged $.30 for the onion. I have no problem with paying for something I asked to be added but I literally had one small ring if onion. One ring, not a slice😡 Also the meat didn't look real, it was a pale gray color that looked like it had been cooked in water. That would explain the lack of flavor. Never again Burger King!

Burger King store cleanliness, employee attitude/service

Burger King store #11441 in Ormond Beach, Fl
Floors are filthy, trash on the floors, condiments and straws are not restocked, the drink dispenser is sticky and dirty, etc. Today's visit(Sept 18, 2017) ordered a sandwich and it was made improper, asked for another and was told no and to watch my attitude. Also employees in food prep area wearing flip flops, no head gear, and not once did they wash hands and employees talking on personal cell phone and serving food and working front registers. Very irritated and unhappy with the service and the way I was talked to.

Burger King chicken sandwich and fries tasted bad

I bought two chicken sandwiches with two fries at your store front in Saratoga Springs, Utah. I first notice the fries had a peculiar taste and when I began to eat the sandwich it also tasted off. I did not finish the fries and did not eat the second sandwich.

I used to frequent this location frequently but I have had poor tasting food before. I am not interested in buying food even with coupons which continues to taste poorly. There are other food vendors in the area which do a much better job.

Burger King fresh food

I took my family of five to the burger king near my friends house in concoction it was about 8 o clock at night we ended spending near 50 dollars on a bunch of different things to have since we hardly get fast food. What a waist of my money. The fries were cold and not even filled up to the correct amount per size the nuggets were Okay for the price. My husband's burgers were supposed to be ketchup and mustard only they were made regular, but the worst part was we got 3 large size chicken fries and let me tell you they were as hard and old as can be. I'm not talking coupl hours I mean they were terrible. All three larges couldn't even been eaten by anyone in there right mind. I live about 45 mins away from there and I was not turning back after getting 20 miles in. I was sooo angry I waisted my hard earned money on a meal that no one took the time or effort to make decent. NEVER AGAIN.

Burger King drive-thru cashier

Went thru the drive-thru right before 10p.m. last night and was made to fill as if my wants and needs were a complete inconvenience to the drive-thru cashier. When pulled to speaker we was still figuring out what we was wanting and looking at menu, she said she could take our order and I said I needed time still and before we could figure out she said for me to put in my order not asking if I was ready or if needed more time. It was more her way making it known she wanted us to order already... Asked for sauces at window and said we had to pay bc we didn't order chicken nuggets but our meals had fry's and we was only aloud 1 pack each so any extra needed payed for which I did. After pulling away realized she must not of heard when I asked for salt packs for fries so came back thru the drive-thru when she seen me at window she asked what I needed and told her I needed salt I was told she had one pack in area where the salt packs are stocked and instead of going and getting more to stock up and give me I was handed one salt pack and was told that's all there was. I just felt as if coming to this store was wasting the time of your employees. Very very unwelcoming feeling.

Burger King food

Went to Burger King in Windsor heights, IA. Ordered 3 crispy chickens one turned out hard. I couldn't even break it apart with my hands. when I bit into it I felt it was going to break my tooth. The staff acted like they didn't know what they were doing. Acted very confused when I confronted them about the situation. It was awful I won't go back again.

Burger King poor customer service

We went to the Burger King in Carroll, Iowa on Friday, September 15th around 1:30 p.m. When we got there, we noticed that one entire piece of the menu board was missing. Also, two different kinds of soda were out of order, along with the ice machine. We placed our order, after asking about certain items, because the menu board was missing. We waited 15 minutes for a salad and a Texas Whopper meal. Upon finally receiving our order, my husband noticed that his french fries were cold and very limp. While we were waiting 15 minutes for our order, they obviously did not make fresh fries. When I brought them upfront, they proceeded to hand me a new box right from the same batch that we had just returned on. So, once again cold. At this point, we needed to continue on our trip, so we just ate it. Upon entering the women's restroom, I noticed that one stall was blocked off and marked "out of order". The other stall obviously had not received any cleaning in quite some time either. I used it, flushed the toilet, and proceeded to find that the soap dispenser was broken off the wall and on the floor. Keep in mind, they had 3 people working, and the entire time we were in there, no more than 4 other people came in for food. I think we know why. Obviously, this Burger King needs a lot of help with some issues. Service should NEVER be that slow unless you are swamped. When someone returns a food item, you make them a NEW one. Finally, items that are broken need to be attended to. We have always enjoyed eating at Burger King before, but this one was just a shame.

Burger King wrong preparation of food and disrespectful employees

On at least 4 occasions I have ordered sandwiches without onion due to my allergy to them, and when I get them home they have onions. I have complained and threw away the food because I didn't have the time or inclination to drive back to the store. This last time about ten days ago, I drove back and the employees thought it was funny and were yelling give him extra onions and run onions on the roll. You have the worst employees for fast food in this area. That is probably why several of their stores closed in this area. I have 7 employees and uses to get BK take out frequently. THAT IS DONE. BK is no longer on our list of places to have lunch or dinner when we work late.
Your employees took away food that we enjoyed and made it a place that is considered so bad that I and my employees and family will no longer frequent that BK. Maybe you should send your employees to Chick Filet and let them see what customer service is. They could also learn respect.
BK obviously doesn't understand how important having a good customer service is and I expect this store to go the way the BK Turnersville went, CLOSED!

Burger King poor quality all around

So, I just visited one of the few Burger Kings left in operation in my area. I went out from visiting my elder mother to pick up lunch for us. I went to the nearest location which is Maple Avenue Burlington, NC 27215 (sorry I don't have the store # as I left the receipt on the bag). I had to go inside as the drive thru was temporarily out of service. I ordered for my mother and myself and received rank, old food that was room temperature at best. After an attempt to eat a portion of the food, I prepared to leave my mother stating that I was going back by there to request a refund. The manager came to the register and told me he needed ALL of the food back and stated that I had been gone a half hour also that they don't guarantee the food will be hot once we leave the restaurant or arrive home. I said, you know what? That's okay, just throw it away and I'll call Corporate. He didn't seem moved, concerned nor accountable to his poor conditions at this location. I even asked him, what were they doing with the money's they made? This was the last 'red' penny that this Burger King will ever see from me/us and you must know the value of Social Media? Others will know as well. It was above $7.00 for a $0.00 worth of crap!

Burger King service at burger king

First of all I am regular customer for more then 7 years. I never did complain before. This is the first time I am doing that and hopefully it will change. Whenever I go for my coffee I have to wait recently all the times Either there is customer or no customer but they always make me wait because they have to make fresh coffee that they says to me.If I go through then also I have to wait, what is the problem? It wasn't before like this way and now recently why it's like that way, I don't want any free stuff. I need only smiling face and no waiting for just coffee. Please do somthing and thanku in advance hope my this complain worth for other people too.

Burger King service

After spending $50 at store 6248 we got the worse service I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant first of all told we could not go into the store so went to the drive through and then had to go back when the order was not complete there were people sitting in on doing this they did not want to let us in to let them know it was wrong when they did they were rude and throw the burgers at us and gave us back our change while screaming at someone in the store and not even looking at me not sure how you train your staff but I think it needs looking into after looking at your customer service page all it is full of is bad complaints once again this is the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. 09/15/17.
