Burtons Bridals

Burton's bridal came highly recommended by my best friend who got married the year before I was. The prices at burtons are on average about 10%-15% less than most bridal shops. What you save in monetary amuny does not make up for the things you will have to deal with from the manager Carol and her fellow employees. All of employees including Carol are rude and unprofessional. I dreaded going in for fitting.gd or even having to call them on the phone. carol ordered 4 of 9 my bridesmaids dresses in the wrong size. For those that had a dress their size, she charged $65, the cap amount for alterations. She convinced 2 that they would need extra length, when the tried on the dresses they were 4-5inches too long and charged for that alteration. Staff at Burtons will offer you a cheap price but at what cost? I had no peace of mind. I had to bite my tongue so many times for dear that they would mess with my wedding dress. They are well aware that I am unhappy with their service. The best friend who recommended them agrees that they are rude but because of the savings she dealt with the nonsense. I don't recommend dealing with nonsense in Exchange for some savings.
