I checked to the best of my extent if business-class.com is something trustworthy. I worked with Zachary Scola on our tickets and the whole process couldn't have been nicer. The way he guided us through the ticketing process was commendable. The best part was he always replied to our texts and messages. That was one of the major reasons why we went through the process. He also managed to book 10 business class tickets without much hassle and accommodated our requests from time to time. I wish the best to him and business-class.com. We will work with them more in the future.

Relief, jubilation and a feeling of contentment
Relief, jubilation and a feeling of contentment. Business Travel Group and more specifically *** gave me 5 Star treatment. I tried for two days to find the best route with a great price, it was an exhausting experience. I called Business Travel Group and was very fortunate to have *** answer my call. Within 15 minutes he found a fabulous route with the shortest layover time and the savings was shockingly lower than anything I had seen. *** was calm confident and extremely knowledgeable in this task of putting business class routes together. If you want this very difficult process to be handled by a professional do yourself a favor and ask for ***. Make you day and save $ and tons of grief. Happy Travels..

It took 3 voice mails, 2 emails, 1 dropped call by customer Service and 4 days before a person returned my request to buy tickets. I had a voucher from a previous cancelled flight (Covid issues in destination). Much back & forth Result: After applying my $1489 credit, the price for a RT non-stop ***-Stockholm was the same price I could have gotten by booking directly with SAS. A "second chance" try for the site for an RT *** cost even more than I could get on my own because they automatically applied trip protection which I didn't want. All transactions go through third parties with no direct confirmations. Using Business class Air was far too complicated and time consuming.

Great Service. I've used them twice. They are my go to planner for business class travel.
At first, I was skeptical, purchasing the tickets, because it seemed too good to be true. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received, and the great discount. My representative Lewis Eldi was the best! He was always quick to answer my phone calls, text messages or even emails. We saved almost $3000 flying business class to Egypt and being that we travel overseas extensively. I will definitely be using them again as well as making sure I have Lewis as my representative.

For a while I was very disappointed with Business class. We had used them on several trips and felt that it was hard to communicate with their agents because of a language barrier. Others tried to cheat us during covid by asking us to pay 4x the fare that we could get on Kayak. Others were inflexible about changing our trip and blamed the airlines. The airlines blamed the booking agent. I had decided never to use them again. However, one agent, *** single-handedly changed my entire perception of Business class. She was eloquent, and empathetic. Instead of saying that the change cannot be done, she asked me to be patient and that she would try. She finally go the change done. She was absolutely wonderful. A God-sent for business class. If I book again with them, I will use her and nobody else! God Bless her soul

One day before my flight they canceled my flight because they said the airline, Turkish canceled because of overbooking. I checked the dates I was flying out on Turkish for business class and it was available. They lied. They not only didn't offer to pay the difference to put me on a different day ,they wanted me to pay an additional $2500 for something that was not my fault. I honestly feel they did this on purpose. The flight I was supposed to be on was 3x more expensive than what I paid, and I am sure they sold it to someone else. I am extremely disappointed in them. Horrible customer service. If they canceled or airline did, they are the agency and should have helped me rebook without any fees or fare differences. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. *** messed up my reservation, 100%

I kept asking the rep to call me and she would only text or email me saying I am driving I can't speak (then who can you text and email?). So I got very concerned and when the rep finally called me it came up as a spam call. Needless to say I freaked out thinking this site was all a scam as it was my first time. I kept asking for my confirmation so I can call the airline directly and verify. The gal said oh the airline won't have it because we book it - I said that is not right at all and freaked out again. All in all I think it was a language barrier. I got my confirmation and confirmed it with the airline...I will know for sure once I get to the airport for my flight in 2 weeks.So the company needs employees who can communicate the process a bit more clearly.

Had the pleasure of working with *** on our upcoming trip to ***. Traveling during peak season and waiting until now to book for Dec 2022 I knew we may not be able to get tickets within our budget, BUT *** came through! He was very active in listening, gave us many options and helped us get 4 business class tickets within our budget and timeframe. He was/is very communicative, great at follow up or giving status. Only hiccup we had was once I made the payment they needed to make a change in itinerary bc pricing went up on original. Luckily the change wasnt that bad and we were ok with it and it didnt cost us anything extra. Its our first time using Business Class and I was very nervous about not getting scammed. I read lots of reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com and *** and decided the many positive reviews far outweighed the few negative ones(mostly bc of Covid cancellations). Praying all goes well! And will definitely be using them for a trip in the summer!

However, when I had to change my tickets due to COVID problems in the country I was travelling to, then I hit a MAJOR SNAG. I then had to deal with customer service, and the help I received was ATROCIOUS! So much so that the customer service representative tried to charge me another $4,000 odd for the same tickets, just changed to another date. He also had me flying into one ***) from overseas and flying out of another state () on the same day at the same time. How I was supposed to get from CA to *** was a mystery! I believe the company, Business-Class.com, are scam artists. My daughter became involved in the situation, and only then, were we both told that the consolidators made a mistake, and I should not have been charged the extra money. 'Once bitten twice shy'. I will never use Business-Class.com again, and my daughter also recommends that no-one else uses them either. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!By the way, I never did pay the $4,000 odd!

The agent also sold me insurance for which I paid 300$+, telling me that it would be much easier to change dates with them id necessary and I would still get the great discounted prices.I had to changes my dates and eventually led me to the horrible experience of trying to book tickets again. Several things led to the misery - You don't get the same experience at all when trying to reboot tickets with credit. You can't talk to agent over the phone. As opposed to the first time, they call back right away to sort out. They take 3-4 days and several follow *** The prices and selection of tickets is way worse than even what's available on United.com. First they said for the dates I requested the price was 50% more than on United. After I sent them proof of price and itinerary on United, they gave me almost the same price as on United, but I couldn't use my credit. They don't tell you but, it seems to me the prices you get while rebooking is not the same. It seems the travel insurance is pretty much a scam, I think I would have been better off just rebooking through united. They may charge a fee on rebooking, but its the same price as he insurance.

DO NOT USE - horrible customer service. It was easy enough to book my flight through their website. It saved my ~$600 on an international flight. After that it went downhill.One of my connecting flights was cancelled. The only way to modify my reservation was to call them. They are difficult to get in touch with. They assigned an agent to me that never answered his phone and never called me back. After trying several times and explaining my challenges, they transferred me to someone else. I had VERY limited options to find another connecting flight. Why couldn't I fly into an airport *** the airport 9 hours? In the end, they were supposed to change it to the later departing flight - I NEVER got the flight change. I checked my British Airlines reservation and they never made it. Then, I got COVID and needed to cancel my flight. In bed suffering, I had to call them numerous times to try to find out my options. In the end, I couldn't make the trip and had to cancel with limited information.I received a voucher for $1000 less than I paid for the ticket with NO explanation. I don't know if I can only use it to fly into that same original city? Can I fly to another *** destination? So many unanswered questions. I will never use them again unless they improve their customer service.

I repeatedly told him that I wanted a flight plan (outbound and inbound) with only one stop or two at the most, no more than that. We spoke several times and each time I reminded him of that. He stated he understood and that he and his manager were trying to find the best route to meet my needs. He sent me several options and I picked the following option:*** > *** > *** (non-stop) and Return *** >*** > *** > *** (two stops)I was asked to complete the online booking form for this option and pay for the ticket and was told once I submit the booking there will be no refund. I agreed and completed the necessary paperwork. When the electronic ticket was finally emailed to me, I was horrified to find the Return trip was 3 stops instead of 2 (*** >Tokyo > LA > *** > ***). When I confronted *** about this, his impertinent response was S, take it easy. We proceeded very rapidly, and it slipped me by. Its a technical stop, not a layover. The airline clearly categorizes it as a layover on their flight itinerary.*** was deliberately deceitful and devious, knowing full well I would not have purchased that ticket if I knew it had 3 stops. I paid a $100 tip for an agents lies and dishonesty! If the agent and the Company have any integrity, they would return the $100 tip.

I personally went there,but this person Alan Martin did not bother to came and talk to me.He talked on the phone stating that Qatar Air Line and denied my refund. Well, *** is excellent. If you have someone to work with, it is great.I made my booking with a girl, first name *** (No stars )I got the tickets paid for it gave her a 100.00-dollar tip. After reviewing the itinerary realized that Chigo and *** transfer is challenging for the disabled. Most reviews show a lack of staff and a bit of rudeness at the airport. So, I asked her to change my reservations. Well, one day she was off and then was on holiday and transferred me to another collogue. Plus, she said protection would refund me if I needed to cancel but forgot to mention that only if I spent a day in the hospital. In the US now, hospital admissions have decreased unless you are critical. So that demand is tough to full fill. But I gave her no stars as she was very inconsiderate and not fit to work in this industry.After realizing the situation, I kept calling to see whom I could talk to, but they spoke and said we would call you back for options. No calls came back. In the meantime, I canceled my ticket as I am a member of *** Airlines. I got the credit of $5149.00. I spoke to another agent, and he said that to rebook, I would have to pay $2500.00. Realizing this procedure, he said it would be better if I could rebook on ***. After that, I never heard back. It may be that he was off duty. Very well spoken. Being impatient tried again and got Mr. Best of the best, he stayed on the phone with me, checked flights together, and found the best flight with just $ *** extra and the airport of my choice. Plus found just one stopover for the return flight. I give him *** five stars. He then emailed me the seat map and asked which seats were good as I had a left lower leg deformity. We got the best seats, 2+ hr. transfer time, and mobility assistance. Rules to follow: Do not pay till you are 100% sure. airline tickets were purchased but never credited back once flights had been cancelled due to COVID I purchased 2 business class tickets and paid in full on sept 19,2019. Once the flights were cancelled, we could not receive a credit only vouchers, we refused teh vochures and demanded refunds, they issued vochures, and we filed with DOT, they got in touch with United and united airlines credited business class teh refund 4/24, the day after they cancelled the flights. To this day 7 months later we cannot get a refund from Business lass, they continue to be unresponsive and uncooperative.
Business-class.com is inflating prices on air tickets when attempting to use a travel credit that they issued on a previously cancelled flight. I had originally booked 4 air tickets on British Airways through Business-Class.com. The flights were cancelled by British Airways and I requested a refund. Business-Class.com refused a refund notwithstanding that this is in breach of DOT regulations. I reluctantly accepted a travel voucher for the full amount ($10,887.90) which had to be used by 12 November 2022 and which could be used for any destination (copy attached). I am now attempting to use the credit but Business-class.com has quoted $4,774 more than the identical itinerary booked online through the airline (two quotes attached). It is evident that they are reducing the value of the credit by fraudulently inflating the prices of the flights. There original reason was that I had requested a change in class of booking which is not the case.
They are offer business travel tickets at low rates, they are making people travel on someone else's miles account. The Airlines classify such travels an illegal and when I declined to travel they kept on billing even when they themselves canceled my booking. Product_Or_Service: Travel Tickets

We call JD and tell him our family received a refund and he said it may take longer to process through their company maybe 8 weeks. I called JD Morgan and he told me that it will now be 8-12 months before the airline will issue refunds and that they are trying to slow the refund process to hold the money longer. I explain to him that I know that is not true because our family received refunds and he said that he wasn't sure but he can't help us because refunds are delayed and it will be another 8-12 months. It has already been over 2 months since the flight was canceled. It appears that this agency is being deceitful and holding our money unnecessarily.
