Firstly, the communication was severely lacking. I reached out multiple times with questions about their services, but responses were either delayed or completely ignored. This lack of support made the entire process frustrating and left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
Secondly, the promised benefits of joining the panel were not delivered. I was led to believe that I would have access to exclusive offers and opportunities, but what I received was a series of generic surveys that seemed more like a waste of time than a valuable engagement. The rewards for participation were also disappointing; they were not nearly as appealing as advertised.

Buyer's Panel really seems to have missed the mark on delivering what they promised.
