#98042 - I received an order confirmation, but have not yet received a shipped confirmation. My account has been charged for the necklace I ordered.
I called the Customer Service phone number and all recorded messages send you to email customerservice@bynsave.com.
They assure the customer that they will respond within 24 hours. Still waiting.
Had I read the reviews and complaints for this website, I NEVER would have ordered from you!

It was ordered on september first and it's been longer than 15 days and hasn't arrived yet the contact information I entered was my phone at [protected]. I stopped the text mail updates because of a lot of advertisements. It may just be running a little late but I hae no way of knowing because I didn't realize that the text messages were the only way to get updates

I ordered a dual neck fan on August 1st. I received an email with an order number shortly after, but never received the product. When I received the confirmation, there wasn't even a tracking number included. I sent an email to the support@bynsave.com and again never received any response. I just tried calling the contact number and the only thing it provides is to email the exact same email I've already used.
I either want the product or my money back.
This company is on some B.S. I ordered it on Aug.3 and never received it. I also got a fake tracking # and emails blaming it on their warehouse, and after 3 emails they stopped replying!
I purchased an item order # 86896 on 7/9/10 and I have not received it. I tried calling you no luck. I tried going on line and you want me to pay you $5. I'm not going to pay you anymore money as I'm already out $23.94 that I paid for the item that I did not receive .
Ordered fan over a month. Was told on September 15th I would receive order in four days. Today is September 28th no fan and no reply to latest inquiry. Will be contacting PayPal for a refund. This unacceptable. They have my money, I have no product.

Same here. I ordered the neck fan on August 16, 2019 and as of today (September 12, 2019) it still hasn’t arrived. I contacted them twice and they apologized saying they had a problem in the warehouse. They even gave me a tracking number the second time. UPS says they never received anything from them. They’re crooks.

n August 22, I ordered a personal cround the neck fan. I never received this item. According otheir website it was being sent to DHL. DHL never received. I emailed them and they told me that it was a problem in the warehouse and gave me the old DHL tracking number. Even after 4 emails I have nt been able to get in touch with them. I have asked for a refund and yesterday contacted PayPal to dispute the charges. What is going on.

I am tired of sending emails and getting fake tracking numbers in return. This has been going on since the beginning of JULY. I do not want this product and I am/ have requesting a credit to my account that was prematurely charged.
This is so ridiculous. I received an email stating that there were shipping problems, that is fine, but credit my account. I no longer want this product. Stop sending emails that mean nothing!

On July 1st 2019 I ordered very high priced leather conditioner I saw advertised on line from bynsave. Supposedly it was going to be delivered in 2-3 weeks, after 3 weeks time I started emailing them asking where my product was I got no response even though when you call the recording states your email will be answered within 24 hours! I kept emailing them finally got a response, they sent me the tracking number I tried tracking my order and got a no such tracking number response. So back to the drawing board I started emailing again after a couple of emails they finally responded with your order is on its way. Obviously they never processed the order...wonderful. So I finally received the order on August 20th only to find out I paid $30 for a jar of conditioner that wont even cover my the leather in my vehicle I dont know how much is in this tiny jar because everything is written in Chinese! So the directions that are on this tiny jar I cant read and they didnt bother to send any! That sucks but I figured what the heck it took forever to get so lets give this a shot. This product does absolutely NOTHING at all totally a waste of money, all that aggravation for nothing! I would not buy from this company ever again, this is the worse experience I have ever had with any company...still cant believe it

OH how we were scammed! I even put in a huge https:// thing to "track" my order...AOL search engine can't find this. Emails sent, no response. These are sorry [censored] from some place we can't go to kick their [censored]...they all operate this way. It's my last email order. If I can't call or better yet have it in my hand in say Walmart or HomeDepot, I really don't need it. I purchased a fan to help me survive being a teacher in Arizona with bus and playground duty! My card was charged on July 26th for the $22.95. I am still sweating and have no FAN on Sept. 5th! How long does this really take! Guess I need to let Facebook know and everyone I know. There were many other teacher and coaching friends that wanted to order! I ordered gel grip tape and packet chainsaw, June 8th. I received a tracking number. It says DHL but the number is too long and its the correct amount for USPS that says your package is lost. I have emailed them 12 times. I asked to cancel the order and they got back to me stating it was shipped. I don't think they know what the hell they are doing. The 800 number is a joke. Please refund me $44.93 or I will contact my bank.

I order the dog flea collars on the 30 of may they said they would be here in 4 to 7 days, on the 11 of June I asked where my order was they said it was mailed, I called on the 20 of June to the 800 number it's a robotic caller never spoke to any one so I emailed agin, they said the distribution department made a mistake on delivery and would send it, well it's been 30 days and I have emailed agin with no response at all. As of this day Feb. 12, 2019 I have not received my order. I contact them by email and was told that I was to get it my last Saturday (no ice scraper) tried to retext them, website unable. This company is a SCAM! They "create" a shipping label and charge you for your order. Then they never ship it. I have contacted them several times and they tell me they will contact their ups person. Then nothing. I email them again asking for a refund. Then I get an email saying it has shipped, they apologize but ups lost my package. But if you go to taco it is "on its way" to a ups facility and had been for the last 2 weeks. nothing, I sent an email again saying I wanted a refund, but I don't think it will come. Good thing I used my Visa, I will file a complaint with them.

On 11/22 I ordered 1 Felt Christmas tree. I checking on the order I found they had charged me for 2 items and expedited shipping. My original order of $29.99 has now cost me $59.80 and I have not received my order as of 12/14 . I have requested that they either ship my order or reverse all charges and have only gotten a patent response that my order is being shipped to me. When checking on the order it says that a label has been made and it is waiting to be shipped. I will never shop with them again and hope that nobody else gets scammed like this. Why have you not sent out my order yet? I checked and the label has been generated and you have not shipped it yet! What kind of a scam is this? Please reverse the charges to my account and do not bother shipping this as it was a felt Christmas tree for my Granddaughter and it is too late for it. I had originally ordered one item. I feel bad for all of us scammed by Bynsave. All these complaints and nothing was done to them. How did they get away with scamming so many of us? We, all complain and nothing it done? I contacted BBB they gave up. I contacted the Attorney General, make copies of everything, filled out a 3 page report and mailed it. Never heard from them. With all these complaints why wasn't someone sent to their address, why are they not charged with a crime?
I am a low income senior. I got scammed and no one cares.

This company is terrible. I ordered Gel Grip Tape and six weeks later I still have not received it. They took my payment and gave me a tracking number that is incorrect. They keep giving me excuses about why I have not received it. Blamed the courier at one point. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
