The kit kings - 2 x psg tracksuits
I ordered 2 x psg tracksuits for £99 on 12th November for my nephews birthday and still have not received anything. I had the order confirmation straight away but nothing after that! It ruined everything as it was for a special 16th birthday and I couldn’t afford then to buy another present. I’ve tried phoning, emailing messaging on Instagram and I’ve not had any correspondence 6 months later.
It’s appalling and clearly a scam. I’m now scared to buy anything else online.
Desired outcome: A refund if my £99

Placed an order qlmoat 3 weeks ago and still not recieved ot not even had a delivery date. Tried contacting the company via phone email and ticktock to get no reply . This is not acceptable .
Desired outcome: I'll be going through my bank to get money back if I've not heard anything within 24hrs
Wrong size and impossible to reach the seller
I ordered sport suit from the website www.kitking.co.uk. After I paid for the order, the seller hasn’t provided any info about it. I waited couple of weeks, but got completely nothing. I started to send them emails, but no one replied. After 2 months I got the suit, but it was completely wrong colour and size. I tried to return it, but the seller didn’t reply to my emails. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Poor service
Placed an order for a new set of kit for the team I coach on the 21st August and was told that it would take 2-3 weeks. I called after 2 weeks to find out the progress of my order and was told that the kits had arrived from the manufacturer but there was a mix up and the wrong goalkeeper set had been delivered and they were waiting for the replacement to arrive which I was told would only take a couple of days. I waited a further 5 days and tried to call to see if the goalkeeper set had arrived and see if the printing had been completed, I was unable to get through and just got the answer phone message which proceeded to tell me not to leave a message and that August /September is a busy time and to just keep trying to get through by phone or email. I have proceeded to do both for the last 3 days! Calling the same number at least 30 times a day and sending numerous emails! Yet still can't get through and have had NO reply via email! I am seriously regretting ever having anything to do with Kitking, especially after reading some of the horror stories on here! Looks I will have my work cut out even to get a refund out of them! How can companies like this get away with trading in such a fraudulant manner?!

Sadly I seem to be another one that has ordered kit from kit king I have been tracking my order online for 2 weeks now and the status has not changed from order being processed!
I have emailed them tried to call them on numerous occasions and they don't reply or answer the phone! I think the next step for me is to drive the 30 mikes to their warehouse and demand my order there and then or a full refund having read other people having to wait up to 10 weeks plus for their orders I am not happy and will never be using this online company again and would strongly advise against others using them!
Kitking complaint
We bought our kits from Kitking. BIG mistake. The numbers were on the wrong shirts, we sent them back at our own expense. When the new kit arrived the numbers were on the right size shirts, only one problem it was the wrong kit, Totally different colour and design to what we ordered. We have now sent them back and our trying to get our money back. Mickey mouse company and staff couldn't care less.

We received part of the order after 5 weeks and it took another 3 weeks, and plenty of telephone calls and email, for the rest of our kit to arrive. We were not entirely happy with the printing of the second lot of shirts, obviously done in a hurry, but due to the late delivery we did not have time to send them back and go elsewhere. We had no choice but to used them. We would not go back to kitking for anything.

KITKING SHOULD CARRY A HEALTH WARNING
I ordered some football kits from kitking. They said they would be with me in about 10 days. when they never arrived after 3 weeks I tried to contact them. The phone just rings or it is constantly engaged. I have sent emails but no one replies. I now have 4 football teams on my back wanting to know where are the football kits they have paid for. Its is so stressful and draining due to the worry all this is causing me. I have now been advised to contact the office of fair trading or trading standards. Never again kitking, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I cannot stress enough how bad kitking are. It is impossible to get an honest answer from them as to why the football kit we ordered has not been delivered. We were told up to 10 days and 8 weeks later we are still waiting. This company is run by a bunch of rude lying cowboys. Now we just want our money back and trying to get a refund is turning into a joke but I can assure you we are not laughing. These scammers are all the way to the bank.
The worst company I have ever used
The worst company I have ever used. Never return calls back or emails. Constantly make excuses up regarding delivery times. Took 4 weeks to even get a correct answer out of them. Asked for a refund no doubt this will take a long time as well.
THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED.
It seems I saw this too late. I ordered things online, and they were supposed to arrive this week. Now they aren't answering emails or calls, and today their website went down as well. I paid for a whole team's equipment, and I needed them for a final tournament in two weeks time, and they aren't answering anything anymore.
