The account is up to date. My common law wife passed away on the fifth of this month. Her daughter would like the pictures and other heirlooms. The storage unit is no longer needed. Half way through moving the stuff out the manager locked it and I was informed I would have to pay for another month and provide a death certificate or it will be sold. So all of our memories are now being held hostage by Public Storage. Again the account was up to date we are still
grieving.
Claimed loss: Truck Rental, Labour costs, emotional and punitive damages.
