Mr. Lube Canada - Customer service

On Tuesday april 23,2024 I brought a spare tire to mr lube in edmonton, alberta on winterburn rd for a leak repair. The service tech pumped the tire to confirm it was leaking. As he try to break the bead, the puncture the tire on the tire machine. I pointed it out to him and he said I brought it in like that and nothing he can do about it so I took my tire to a different shop to get a new one.I contact customer service with pictures and talked to operation manager and he said he want to see the damaged tire which the other shop threw out and he said nothing he can do about it.
