They say it’s nothing to do with Shaw but it has everything to do with Shaw. I went in to check on my connection and it is lit up and working. I have screenshots of the router proving it’s working. I have 2 iPhones - an iPhone 7+ and an IPhone 8+ - both are working perfectly. However both laptops come up with the same message - no internet connectivity - I also have a screenshot of that message. According to the message,
Desired outcome: I’m going to have to have a tech specialist and pay him to fix the mess the Shaw has made.
