Mr. Lube Canada - Transmission and differential drives oil change

I visited Mr. lube in north Vancouver on Aug 24th for engine oil of my Porsche Macan model 2018 with 65000 Km. During the engine’s oil changing, the work service announced that I check in my system, and you should change the oils of the transmission (PDK) and three differential drivers. He said we checked them, and they are dirty, and the amount is low. He told me you supposed to pay $800 for transmission oil and $750 for three differential drivers ($250 for each). He said we have that oil and tools and part which manufacture recommended. During the process he told me we do one of differential oil change free! After the work done, I paid $ 1559.77 and left the service shop. Later I check the Porsche website, they mentioned that:

1- Transmission oil (PDK) must be changed with standard oil and at the same time it’s filter oil and O-rings must be changed.

2- Porsche Macan has just two differential drivers in front and rear (NOT 3). Differentia oil must be changed every 120k or 12 years with standard oil.

At your branch my car’s transmission (PDK) oil changed with none recommended oil by Porsche and it’s oil filter and O-rings did not changed. The oil in two differential drivers was replaced with nonstandard oil when it was not necessary to change them at all.

Now I am very disappointed and worried about possible damage to my car. I am looking for your evaluation and response before taking any further action.

Mr. Lube Canada - Fraudulent employees and business

Mr. Lube — oil change

Went in to get a basic oil change and the guy told me I should get my differential fluid changed.I showed him my invoices from a Toyota dealership. He noted that the middle had been done but stressed the fact that the rear and the front should have been done and that I was damaging my vehicle driving it etc. He went on making me feel like I it was imperative that I get it done and said it was $89 . I believed him, why would he lie to me? He said it was imperative to have the differentials changed. I agreed because I believed what he told me. He also said that if he typed in my VIN number he could pull up all work done in my vehicle. I didn't know that was a lie. When the bill came I was charged $129 each and THEY DID 3. even though he told me the middle had already been done. AND they charged me for an air filter they never installed.I paid way more than I expected and I felt bullied into paying it. I also just learned that there is only 2 differentials, he also charged me for some sort of transfer case maintenance. I would like most of my money back because he wasn't being clear about the work he was doing. When I went to Brain Jones, the customer service person, he refused to assist me and went on to tell me the staff is honest. I was clearly taken advantage of. I gave not received the refund for the air filter and feel I should be refunded for the differential changes as when I contacted the Toyota dealership and asked why they weren't changed I was told because they do not need to be changed.

Went in to get a basic oil change (2017 tacoma) and the guy told me I should get my differential fluid changed. I showed him all my invoices from a Toyota dealership. He noted that the middle had been changed but stressed the importance of having the front and rear changed. He went on to tell me I was damaging my vehicle. He went on making me feel like I it was imperative that I get it done and said it was $89, way cheaper than the dealership price. The bill came and I was charged $129 for THREE differential changes as well as for an air filter they never installed. They said they didn't have it in stock. I asked him to take it off the bill and ge said he could't but will refund after the transaction completes. TOTAL LIES. I paid way more than I expected and I felt bullied into paying it.
