My wife and I are both disabled and so order food in often. The last 3 times we ordered from KFC @ 1125 Main St. WPG, MB, CA. we ordered early in the day (between 10:30 and 11:30am) from the internet. We had a horrible time with their website; every time we put in our address their system would change it. After fighting with that for a half hour the order finally went through. All 3 times we specified delivery for close to 5 pm but they tried to deliver within an hour of ordering. It's so annoying to sit home waiting a delivery and it doesn't show up. All 3 times we had to phone the store back to ask where the delivery is and 3 times they blame it on the 'other manager never told me' but all 3 times they find our order but then we have to sit and wait yet another hour to get our food. Unbelievable! The incompetence is astounding. Their idea of compensation? A small bit of popcorn chicken free if we order again before... Not bloody likely! Any reputable restaurant would have at least given 50% off. If that's how KFC runs its business then I can't believe they aren't bankrupt.
Desired outcome: A refund for my order of a 20 pc bucket, large fries and gravy and two 7-ups that cost me 50.02
