I ordered a platter for a relative that was completely embarrassing. I called the store lactation 8 times during business hours. No answer. Left 2 messages. No reply. Next day at 10:30am called again. Spoke to someone who asked me to email a photo to masi.[protected]@gmail.com. This person driving his car speaking very loudly on Bluetooth tried to justify why the platter looked like it did. He kept interrupting me. Speaking over me. Raising his voice & called me rude. Said owner may not have time to call me. Expecting me to accept that. I asked or a refund as spending $80 on tiny masted up cheesecakes is unacceptable. He said I won't get a full refund. I asked him to email me this outcome. He said I need to open a ticket. This is the worst customer service I've ever received from such a giant company. I've ordered Edible Arrangements 100 times. For all occasions. Never had a problem. Dealing with this manager was a joke & laughable. He thought he was talking to his buddy & almost yelling into the phone. He claims the website photos are if plastic food & his orders can never look exactly like the photo. He's a poor excuse for an employee let alone a manager.
Desired outcome: I would like a resolution to this matter & a full refund.
