McDonald's

Tuesday, July 9th we ordered a drive thru meal.I got the Quarter pounder meal combo, my wife ordered the Chicken bacon ranch combo, with poutine and a coke.Chicken grilled.When we got home, we found they got her sandwich wrong and gave her the CRUNCHY chicken instead.She started eating it and the very first bite, got something very hard stuck in her gum line.Pulling it out, she discovered an inch and a half wood splinter had buried itself in her gum and roof of mouth, I immediately told her to place the object in a seperate container and I was calling that McDonalds.The manager was rude.Spoke poor english and did not believe me.I hung up after telling her i was coming back to the store WITH the entire meal including the splinter.She took a look at the splinter, never apologized but asked what I wanted.I lost it.I told her shes lucky I dont burn the damned kitchen down, she should inspect every last chicken burger they have for contamination, now my wife has to go for tetanus shots.She refunded the entire cost of the meal but I heard sweet eff all from McDonalds corporate.Nada.No apology squat,
