I was on my way to work and I went the Mcdonalds drive thru on Nov. 19th, 2024 around 8:25 am at exit 8 on clifton Park N. Y, I was on the left hand side of 2 drive thru. I waited about 5 minutes and then I said hello, the drive thru attendant said hold on. I waited another 5 minutes and then I said hello, the drive thru attendant said to me again hold on. I waited another 2 minutes. I had my right side car window up, then I saw a mini van waited about 2 minutes and went to the cash drive thru to pay. I was very upset at this time waiting in my car about 15 minutes and then I ask the employee (she was a black female) for a manager she responded to me that she was the manager after 1 minute another manager came on the speaker drive thru (She was a white female) She started arguing with me and told me that all of the orders in drive thru is been recorded, she took my order which is a bacon egg mcmuffin combo. I had told her my order twice with 2 sugars and 4 creams in my coffee with my combo. Then I pull up to the cash drive thru, I ask the employee at the cash, how come yo took the minivan order before me which I waited about 15 minutes. Anyway my oredr was about $8:00 and change I give her $10:00. Then the actual manager (she was a white female came at the cash window I ask her why did the employee took the minivan order before me after pulling up in the right hand drive thru after I waited about 15 minutes in the left side drive thru. She waited about 2 minutes in the right side drive thru. The manager (white female started arguing with me. I ask her for her name she responded to me (I am not giving you [censored]) and close the cash drive trhu on me without giving me back my change from $10:00. So I advance to the second window in drive thru to pick up my food (bacon egg mcmuffin combo).
Another manager (White female) handed me my food she hand me my coffee the then said here is your sausage mcmuffin with egg combo. Now I really got upset (I mentioned to her it's a bacon egg mcmuffin combo). waited another 2 minutes she handed me my correct order. I ask her her name in the second booth drive thru. She responded to me get the [censored] out of my drive thru. So I left pulled up in the mcdonalds parking lot. I tasted my coffee It had no suger on which I had ask for 2 sugars and 4 creams. Then open my bacon egg mcmuffin and I saw the bacon was burnt black (see image) and the hashbrown was half cooked. I threw my breakfast away and waited about 1/2 hour at the clifton park n. y mcdonald's. I was very frustrated and angry. I left, I was late for work cause of a very ugly innapropiate actions and behavior by mcdonald's employee and managers. Keep in mind all of this innapropriate actions and behavior were recorded at the microphone and surveillance camera drive thru on which I was the cash booth (white female manager had mentiond to me). All of this happenned around 8:25 am to 9:00 am on Nov. 19th, 2024.

Desired outcome: I would like to the employee (black female in the cash booth) and managers (white females) in the cash booth and pick up booth have some of a discipline and severe actions taken towards them.

Get in touch with McDonald’s customer service and explain the whole situation to them. Tell them about how they were unprofessional, how the service was not appropriate, how the order was wrong, and how they refused to address your grievances. Expect that they will be able to take additional steps in order to deal with the problem. Reconstruction of the staff’s behavior should be enough. Be ready to take it to the top for business if the issues are not taken care of in a short duration.
